Principle of operation
During the working process of the invention, firstly, waste paper is injected from a feed hopper 2, then a water pump 5 utilizes a water pumping pipe 6 to pump water liquid in a water storage tank 8, and utilizes a water guide pipe 4 to discharge the water liquid in a water spraying head 37 through a water outlet pipe 34 and a water spraying pipe 35, so as to humidify the waste paper on a large-aperture screen plate 71, the water liquid flows into the water storage tank 8 through the large-aperture screen plate 71, the water guide hopper 73 and a water outlet barrel 74, waste residue in the water liquid is filtered by utilizing a U-shaped small-aperture filter residue screen 76, when the waste residue on the U-shaped small-aperture filter residue screen 76 is more, the U-shaped small-aperture filter residue screen 76 is drawn out in a slot 75 by utilizing a handle 78 to be replaced, simultaneously, a driving motor 96 drives a driven wheel 972 to rotate through a driving belt 971, the waste paper is scraped in a material guide hopper 10 into a waste paper crushing tank 11 by utilizing a scraping hook on a spring pipe 973, and simultaneously, a crushing motor 12 drives a crushing blade 15, so as to crush and stir the waste paper water liquid in the waste paper crushing box 11, the qualified paper pulp after stirring flows into the finished product bin 18 from the conveying pipe 171 through the small-aperture paper block filter screen 172, and the paper crushing can be completed, the concentration of the paper pulp can be detected by the concentration sensor 173, and the bleaching agent in the bleaching powder storage tank 161 can be poured into the crushing motor 12 from the feeding pipe 163 when the waste paper is crushed, so that the bleaching effect can be achieved.

The multifunctional papermaking pulping system is characterized by comprising a washing frame (1), a feeding hopper (2), a spraying conduit structure (3), a water guide pipe (4), a water suction pump (5), a water suction pipe (6), a water circulation filter residue grid structure (7), a water storage tank (8), a waste paper rotary scraping frame structure (9), a guide hopper (10), a waste paper crushing box (11), a crushing motor (12), a top mounting plate (13), a transmission shaft (14), crushing leaves (15), a bleaching powder quantitative adding storage tank structure (16), a paper pulp concentration detection separation pipe structure (17), a finished product bin (18) and a longitudinal support (19), wherein the feeding hopper (2) is mounted on the upper portion of the left side of the washing frame (1) through bolts; the spraying guide pipe structure (3) is arranged at the upper part of the washing frame (1) through bolts; one end of the water guide pipe (4) is communicated with a water outlet of the water suction pump (5), and the other end of the water guide pipe is communicated with the spraying guide pipe structure (3); the water suction pump (5) is installed on the left side of the upper part of the water storage tank (8) through bolts; the water pumping pipe (6) is arranged on the inner side of the water storage tank (8), and the water inlet of the water pump (5) is communicated; the water circulation filter residue grid structure (7) is arranged at the lower part of the inner side of the washing frame (1) through bolts; the water storage tank (8) is arranged at the lower part of the inner side of the longitudinal support (19); the waste paper rotary scraping frame structure (9) is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the washing frame (1) through bolts; the guide hopper (10) is arranged on the left side of the upper part of the waste paper crushing box (11) through bolts; the waste paper crushing box (11) is arranged on the right side of the longitudinal support (19); the crushing motor (12) is arranged on the middle upper part of the top mounting plate (13) through bolts; the top mounting plate (13) is welded on the upper part of the waste paper crushing box (11); the transmission shaft (14) is arranged in the middle of the interior of the waste paper crushing box (11) and is connected with the lower output shaft of the crushing motor (12); the crushing blades (15) are welded at the lower part of the outer side of the transmission shaft (14); the bleaching powder quantitative adding storage tank structure (16) is arranged on the right side of the upper part of the top mounting plate (13); the paper block pulp concentration detection separation pipe structure (17) is connected to the right side of the waste paper crushing box (11) in a flange mode; the finished product bin (18) is connected with the right end of the paper pulp concentration detection blocking pipe structure (17) in a flange mode; the longitudinal support (19) is welded at the four corners of the lower part of the washing frame (1); the waste paper rotary scraping frame structure (9) comprises an installation beam (91), a fixing plate (92), an adjusting hole (93), an adjusting plate (94), a fixing bolt (95), a driving motor (96) and a waste paper breaking grabbing frame (97), wherein the fixing plate (92) is welded on the right side of the lower part of the installation beam (91); the adjusting hole (93) is formed in the fixing plate (92); the adjusting plate (94) penetrates through the adjusting hole (93) through a fixing bolt (95) and is installed on the fixing plate (92); the driving motor (96) is welded at the lower part of the adjusting plate (94); the waste paper breaking-off grabbing frame (97) is welded at the lower part of the driving motor (96); the paper block pulp concentration detection blocking pipe structure (17) comprises a conveying pipe (171), small-aperture paper block filter screens (172), a concentration sensor (173), a mounting shell (174), a display screen (175), a storage battery (176) and a power switch (177), wherein the small-aperture paper block filter screens (172) are respectively and longitudinally embedded into the left side and the right side of the conveying pipe (171); the concentration sensor (173) is embedded in the middle upper part of the inner wall of the conveying pipe (171); the mounting shell (174) is mounted at the middle position of the upper part of the conveying pipe (171); the display screen (175) and the power switch (177) are respectively embedded in the front surface of the mounting shell (174); the storage battery (176) is embedded in the mounting shell (174).

The multifunctional papermaking pulping system according to claim 1, wherein the water circulation strainer rack structure (7) comprises a large-aperture screen (71), a screen support (72), a water guide hopper (73), a water outlet barrel (74), a slot (75), a U-shaped small-aperture strainer (76), a rubber piston (77) and a handle (78), and the large-aperture screen (71) is bolted to the upper part of the screen support (72); the water guide hopper (73) is arranged at the lower part of the mesh plate bracket (72) by bolts; the water outlet barrel (74) is welded at the lower part of the water guide hopper (73); the slot (75) is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the water outlet barrel (74); the rubber piston (77) is connected to the right side of the U-shaped small-caliber residue filtering net (76) in a gluing mode; the handle (78) is glued at the right end of the U-shaped small-caliber residue filtering net (76).

The multifunctional papermaking pulping system of claim 1, wherein the spray pipe structure (3) comprises a support sleeve (31), a support frame (32), an adjusting bolt (33), a water outlet pipe (34), a water spray pipe (35), a primary adjusting valve (36) and a water spray head (37), wherein the support frame (32) is inserted into the upper part of the inner side of the support sleeve (31); the adjusting bolt (33) is in threaded connection with the connecting part of the support sleeve (31) and the support frame (32); the water outlet pipe (34) is glued to the upper end of the support frame (32); the water spray pipe (35) is inserted at the lower part of the water outlet pipe (34); the primary regulating valve (36) is arranged on the spray pipe (35); the sprinkler head (37) is embedded at the lower part of the sprinkler pipe (35).
5. A multifunctional papermaking pulping system according to claim 2, characterized in that the water guide hopper (73) is inserted into the water storage tank (8) through the water outlet drum (74).

The multifunctional papermaking pulping system of claim 1, wherein the waste paper breaking-off gripper (97) is further provided with a driving belt (971), a driven wheel (972) and a spring pipe (973), and the driving motor (96) is in transmission connection with the driven wheel (972) through the driving belt (971); the driven wheel (972) is coupled at the lower end of the waste paper breaking-off grab rack (97) through a shaft; the spring pipe (973) is arranged around the outer side of the driven wheel (972) through screws; the outer side of the spring tube (973) is also provided with a scraping hook.
