the collection assembly (2) consists of a shell (201), a filter (202) and a fan (203); the shell (201) is connected with the rotating shaft (104), the filter (202) is connected with the fan (203) through a pipeline, and the fan (203) is communicated with the purifying assembly (3) so as to convey asphalt smoke into the purifying assembly (3) through the fan (203);
the purification component (3) consists of a cooling chamber (301), a washing tank (302), a solvent tank (303), a circulating pump (304), a water interceptor (305), an activated carbon adsorption chamber (306) and an exhaust pipe (307).
2. The plant for the on-site collection and purification of asphalt fumes according to claim 1, characterized in that the stationary assembly (1) further comprises a fume sensor (101), a power supply (102), a drive motor and a control unit (103);
the driving motor is connected with the rotating shaft (104), and the power supply (102), the smoke sensor (101) and the driving motor are all electrically connected with the control unit (103);
the smoke sensor (101) is used for transmitting a signal to the control unit (103) after sensing asphalt smoke, and the control unit (103) controls the working state of the driving motor according to the received signal, so that after the asphalt smoke is greater than a set concentration, the power supply (102) is controlled to supply power to the driving motor to drive the rotating shaft (104) to rotate until the collecting assembly (2) is located at a second position; the control unit (103) is also used for driving the rotating shaft (104) to enable the collecting component (2) to be in the first position after the work is finished.
3. The device for the on-site collection and purification of bituminous fumes according to claim 2, characterized in that said collection assembly (2) and said purification assembly (3) are electrically connected to said control unit (103), said control unit (103) being adapted to control the operation of said collection assembly (2) and said purification assembly (3) when said collection assembly (2) is in the second position.

The device for the on-site collection and purification of asphalt fumes according to claim 1, wherein the collection assembly (2) and the purification assembly (3) are fixedly connected and closely attached to the fixed assembly (1) when the collection assembly (2) is in the first position; the control unit (103) controls the collection assembly (2) to rotate by 90 degrees around the rotating shaft (104) to be unfolded to a second position when starting, and the cover opening (201-1) of the shell (201) faces downwards; after stopping working, the collecting assembly (2) rotates around the rotating shaft (104) for 90 degrees to return to the original position.
5. The device for on-site collection and purification of asphalt flue gas according to claim 1, wherein the housing (201) is in a horn shape and mainly comprises a hood opening (201-1) and an air duct (201-2), and a vacuum area is formed at the hood opening (201-1) during air suction; the cover opening (201-1) can filter out large particle impurities, and asphalt flue gas enters the filter (202) through the air duct (201-2);
and a filter element is arranged in the filter (202) and used for filtering particles in the asphalt smoke, and an air outlet pipeline of the filter (202) is connected with an air suction port of the fan (203).

The device for on-site collection and purification of asphalt flue gas according to claim 1, wherein the purification assembly (3) further comprises a cooling chamber (301), a solvent tank (303) and a circulating pump (304), wherein two ends of the cooling chamber (301) are respectively connected with the fan (203) and the washing tank (302) so as to discharge the asphalt flue gas after being absorbed and filtered by the collection assembly (2) into the washing tank (302) after heat exchange and cooling;
the solvent tank (303) is respectively communicated with inlets of the washing tank (302) and the circulating pump (304); the solvent tank (303) receives the solvent discharged from the washing tank (302), and the solvent in the solvent tank (303) is absorbed by the circulating pump (304) and then discharged into the washing tank (302) again to realize the circulation of the solvent.
7. The device for collecting and purifying asphalt smoke on site according to claim 1, wherein the washing tank (302) is provided with a smoke inlet (302-1), a smoke outlet (302-2), a solvent inlet (302-3), a sprayer (302-4), a filter membrane (302-5), a liquid level controller (302-6) and a solvent outlet (302-7), asphalt smoke enters the solvent in the washing tank (302) from the solvent inlet (302-3) at the bottom of the washing tank (302), the smoke which is not adsorbed by the solvent continuously rises, the solvent sprayed by the sprayer (302-4) above is used for washing and stays at the filter membrane (302-5) for adsorbing for a period of time, and the residual asphalt smoke is discharged from the smoke outlet (302-2).
8. The apparatus for on-site collection and purification of asphalt flue gas according to claim 7, wherein a water interceptor (305) is further provided in the scrubbing tank (302), and the water interceptor (305) is located between the sprayer (302-4) and the flue gas inlet (302-1) for intercepting the liquid portion of the asphalt flue gas discharged from the scrubbing tank (302).
9. The device for on-site collection and purification of asphalt flue gas according to claim 1, wherein the activated carbon adsorption chamber (306) carries out activated carbon adsorption on residual gas discharged from the water interceptor (305) to make the residual gas reach emission standard, and finally the residual gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe (307).
10. A method for the on-site collection and purification of bitumen flue gas according to any of claims 1-9, characterised in that: the asphalt flue gas collecting and purifying process comprises the following steps:
firstly, asphalt smoke volatilizes in the process of paving the asphalt mixture, a smoke sensor (101) transmits a signal to a power supply (102), and the power supply starts to supply power;
the control unit (103) sends out an instruction to control the whole body formed by the collection assembly (2) and the purification assembly (3) to rotate by 90 degrees around the rotating shaft (104) and unfold to be horizontal, and then the whole body starts to operate at the same time;
thirdly, the fan (203) sucks asphalt smoke, the smoke is filtered for the first time when passing through the cover opening (201-1) to remove large-particle impurities, and the filter (202) filters the smoke for the second time to filter small-particle impurities;
fourthly, the asphalt smoke absorbed and filtered by the collecting assembly (2) is discharged into a cooling chamber (301) by a fan (203) for heat exchange and cooling, and then is discharged into a washing tank (302), and the asphalt smoke is washed and adsorbed by a sprayed solvent;
after liquid drops in the residual asphalt flue gas are intercepted by the water interceptor (305), gas is adsorbed and purified in the activated carbon adsorption chamber (306), and is finally discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe (307);
when no asphalt smoke volatilizes, the smoke sensor (101) transmits a signal to the power supply (102), the control unit (103) controls the collection assembly (2) and the purification assembly (3) to integrally rotate around the rotating shaft (104) by 90 degrees until the collection assembly and the purification assembly are vertical, the components are commanded to stop working, and the power supply (102) finishes supplying power.
