The central oxygen supply device 1, the positive pressure ventilation device 2, the mixer 5, the humidifying device 7 and the mask 9 can all adopt the prior art. The oxygen supplied by the central oxygen supply device 1 and the pressurized air supplied by the positive pressure ventilation device 2 are uniformly mixed in the mixer 5, and then the mixed gas is humidified by the humidifying device 7 and finally supplied to a patient through the mask 9.
The oxygen supply pipeline is provided with an electromagnetic valve 8, the electromagnetic valve 8 is electrically connected with a timing device 11, and the timing device 11 is electrically connected with a printing device 12. The solenoid valve 8, the timing device 11 and the printing device 12 may all adopt the prior art. The electromagnetic valve 8 is used for controlling the on-off of the oxygen supply pipeline, and the timing device 11 forms timing information according to the on-off signal of the electromagnetic valve 8, wherein the timing information specifically comprises the opening time and the closing time of the electromagnetic valve 8.
The timing oxygen therapy machine also comprises a processing device 10, a database server and a file template server. The database server stores basic information of patients, and the basic information of the patients comprises the bed numbers of the patients, the names of the patients, the hospitalization numbers of the patients, the ages of the patients and the sexes of the patients. The processing device 10 is respectively electrically connected with the database server, the file template server, the electromagnetic valve 8, the timing device 11 and the printing device 12; the processing device 10 reads the basic information of the patient from the database server, reads the execution form template from the file template server, reads the timing information from the timing device 11, fills the basic information of the patient and the timing information into the execution form template, and then prints the oxygen inhalation execution form by the printing device 12.
Further, the processing device 10 may calculate the time of the oxygen therapy based on the timing information.
The processing device 10 is also electrically connected with a display 13 and an input device such as a mouse and a keyboard, and basic information of the patient and the execution form can be input and modified through the input device. The display is used for displaying information such as basic information of a patient, the starting time and the ending time of executing the single template and the oxygen therapy.
The mixer 5 includes a housing 501, an air inlet 502 and a mixture outlet 503 are respectively disposed at opposite ends of the housing 501, a hollow flow guide ring 504 is disposed in the housing 501, the air inlet 502 is located on an axis of the flow guide ring 504, and a plurality of spray holes 505 are uniformly disposed on one side of the flow guide ring 504 facing the air inlet 502 and an inner side wall of the flow guide ring 504. The air inlet 502 is connected with the positive pressure ventilation device 2, the mixed gas outlet 503 is connected with the humidifying device 7, the guide ring 504 is connected with the central oxygen supply device 1, pressurized air enters the shell 501 from the air inlet 502, oxygen enters the shell 501 from the spray holes 505, the flow direction of the pressurized air is perpendicular to the flow direction of the oxygen sprayed from the spray holes 505 on the inner side wall of the guide ring 504, the pressurized air and the oxygen can be efficiently mixed, and part of the pressurized air flows to the edge of the shell 501 and is mixed with the oxygen sprayed from the spray holes 505 on one side of the guide ring 504 facing the air inlet 502, so that the mixing uniformity is further ensured.
The deflector ring 504 may be fixed to the center of the housing 501 by two connecting posts 506.
A first flow valve 3 is arranged between the central oxygen supply device 1 and the mixer 5, a second flow valve 4 is arranged between the positive pressure ventilation device 2 and the mixer 5, and an oxygen concentration sensor 6 is arranged between the mixer 5 and the humidifying device 7. The first flow valve 3, the second flow valve 4, and the oxygen concentration sensor 6 are all prior art. The oxygen concentration sensor 6 may monitor the oxygen concentration in the mixture in real time, and may adjust the first flow valve 3 and/or the second flow valve 4 as needed to adjust the oxygen concentration to an appropriate value.
