本发明提供了一种可吸收椎间融合器,由内芯和表层组成,所述表层与内芯表面紧密结合,所述表层完全包裹内芯,所述内芯采用机械强度较高的可吸收材料,如:人体内可吸收的镁合金材料,所述表层采用另一种保持固态的可吸收材料,如:聚乳酸材料,所述一种可吸收椎间融合器外形为筒形,侧壁开孔,其上下表面均设有凸刺或锯齿。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种医疗器械,尤其是一种可吸收椎间融合器。
背景技术
椎间融合技术是脊柱外科主要的手术方式之一,利用椎间融合器植入椎间隙将病损椎间隙撑开、压缩及稳定,即可解除病变所带来的脊椎不稳、疼痛等问题。其一般成型为圆筒状。医生在给病人行椎间融合术时,一般则是在病人身体其他地方切割一小块骨骼作为骨诱导材料,并将其固放于相应圆筒状结构的椎间融合器内,以使相临两椎体生长骨骼连接为一体。如此,即实现病人两椎体之间在术后融合而形成一整体。目前,常用的材料有PEEK(聚醚醚酮)或钛,这两种材料不被人体吸收,因此,术后需要留在体内,阻挡了大部分椎体的融合,降低了连接强度。
近年来可吸收椎间融合器逐步用于临床,克服了上述缺陷,如中国专利公开号CN1436518A公布了由聚乳酸材质而制作的可吸收融合器研制过程,但其强度有待提高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种可吸收椎间融合器,克服了上述缺陷。
所述一种可吸收椎间融合器,由内芯和表层组成,所述表层与内芯表面紧密结合,所述表层完全包裹内芯,所述内芯采用机械强度较高的可吸收材料,如:人体内可吸收的镁合金材料,所述表层采用另一种保持固态的可吸收材料,如:聚乳酸材料,所述一种可吸收椎间融合器外形为筒形,侧壁开孔,其上下表面均设有凸刺或锯齿。
有益效果:所述人体内可吸收的镁合金材料,固态机械强度较高,但其固态时间较短,与体液接触后易分解被吸收,不符合椎体生长周期要求,所述聚乳酸材料与体液接触后固态时间也较短,且其机械强度较低,本发明所述一种可吸收椎间融合器,其结构设计利用两种材料叠加,制造出来的可吸收椎间融合器,机械强度满足椎体强度的要求且延长了保持机械强度的时间,克服了上述缺陷。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可吸收椎间融合器,其特征在于所述内芯采用机械强度较高的可吸收材料,所述表层采用另一种保持固态的可吸收材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可吸收椎间融合器,其特征在于所述内芯采用人体内可吸收的镁合金材料,所述表层采用聚乳酸材料。
