the temperature adjusting system comprises a semiconductor refrigerating/heating device, a radiating pipe is arranged on the semiconductor refrigerating/heating device and comprises a base and a radiating circulating pipe, the base is attached to the semiconductor refrigerating/heating device, the base is communicated with the radiating circulating pipe so that a refrigerant circulates in the radiating pipe, an alarm device is arranged on the radiating pipe and used for outputting a control signal to the control panel when the temperature is detected to be higher than a preset temperature, and the control signal is used for disconnecting power supply of the control panel to the temperature adjusting system or regulating voltage or current to the temperature adjusting system;
the semiconductor refrigerating/heating device of the temperature adjusting system is arranged on the outer wall of the storage bin or tightly attached to the outer wall of the storage bin and used for controlling the temperature in the storage bin.
2. The dual temperature control device with mute function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alarm device is a temperature sensor disposed at the joint of the base and the heat dissipation circulation tube, and the signal line of the temperature sensor is connected to the control board.
3. The dual temperature control device of claim 1, wherein a fan is disposed on the heat circulation tube, and the fan is used for dissipating heat from the heat circulation tube.
4. The dual temperature control device of claim 1, wherein the heat circulation tube is provided with a heat dissipation strip, and the heat dissipation strip is disposed outside the heat circulation tube.

The silent cold and hot dual temperature control device according to claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation circulation tube is of a two-layer or multi-layer structure, and a support is arranged between two layers of structures or between two adjacent layers of structures of the multi-layer structure, and is connected and fixed through the support.

The silent cold and hot dual temperature control device according to claim 1, wherein the semiconductor cooling/heating device is a semiconductor cooling/heating plate, the control board is further provided with a temperature mode selection switch, when the control board selects the cooling mode, the positive electrode of the output port of the control board is connected with the positive electrode of the temperature regulating system, the negative electrode of the output port of the control board is connected with the negative electrode of the temperature regulating system, when the control board selects the heating mode, the negative electrode of the output port of the control board is connected with the positive electrode of the temperature regulating system, and the positive electrode of the output port of the control board is connected with the negative electrode of the temperature regulating system.

The mute cold and hot dual temperature control device according to claim 6, wherein when the control board selects the cooling mode, the positive electrode of the semiconductor cooling and heating piece is connected to the positive electrode of the output port of the control board, and the negative electrode of the semiconductor cooling and heating piece is connected to the negative electrode of the output port of the control board.

The mute cold and hot dual temperature control device according to claim 6, wherein when the control board selects the heating mode, the positive electrode of the semiconductor cooling and heating sheet is connected to the negative electrode of the output port of the control board, and the negative electrode of the semiconductor cooling and heating sheet is connected to the positive electrode of the output port of the control board.
