Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a system architecture to which embodiments of the present invention are applied, the system architecture including a monitoring system client 100 and a plurality of zone servers 200.
The monitoring system client 100 is connected to the plurality of area servers 200, and the monitoring system client 100 is configured to obtain network parameters corresponding to each area server 200, and connect to the area server 200 according to the corresponding network parameters. So that the user sets the information to be deployed on the monitoring system client 100, and the monitoring system client 100 stores the information to be deployed after generating the information to be deployed.
The area server 200 is configured to receive information to be deployed issued by the monitoring system client 100, control a background service corresponding to the identification information in the information to be deployed on the area server 200, and set an operating state, uninstall or install the background service corresponding to the identification information according to a deployment instruction. The area server 200 periodically monitors the background service to be deployed and the index parameters thereof, records the abnormal data when the abnormal data is found, and transmits the abnormal data to the monitoring system client 100 so as to inform the user through the monitoring system client 100.
It should be noted that the structure shown in fig. 1 is merely an example, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Based on the above description, fig. 2 illustrates an exemplary flow of a method for monitoring a background service according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the flow may be performed by an apparatus for monitoring a background service.
As shown in fig. 2, the process specifically includes:
Step 201, network parameters and information to be deployed of the regional server are acquired.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network parameters of each regional server correspond to the monitoring system client, and the monitoring system client needs to configure configuration information corresponding to the network parameters of each regional server before acquiring the network parameters of each regional server, so as to acquire the network parameters of each regional server. The network parameters generally represent the regional server address. For example, the network parameters of the regional server are an authorized IP (Internet Protocol ) address and port number that are responsible for the authorization of the urban traffic signal system products, a database IP and port number where the urban traffic signal system is located, and the like.
The information to be deployed comprises a deployment instruction, an installation package of the background service to be deployed, identification information and customized parameters. The deployment background service is used for providing data services for the regional server and comprises a plurality of functional background services. For example, the real-time status service is used for periodically monitoring the running status and status information of each background service on the regional server, and the acquisition service is used for acquiring the data information of each background service on the regional server. In the embodiment of the invention, the number of the background services to be deployed can be one or more, and the background services to be deployed are not limited herein.
The customization parameters are set by the user. The customization parameters may be IP address and port number information of the third party interface, for example, IP address and port number information corresponding to the signal lamp and the system platform of company a are customization parameters.
Step 202, connecting the regional server according to the network parameters, and sending a query instruction to the regional server so that the regional server queries the background service installed on the regional server according to the query instruction.
In the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring system client matches with the regional server according to the preset configuration information and the network parameters and connects with the regional server. After connection, the query instruction is sent to the designated area server, so that the designated area server detects the background service to be installed, feedback information is generated and sent to the monitoring system client, so that the monitoring system client can know the background service installed by the area server, and whether the background service corresponding to the identification information is installed on the area server can be judged.
Step 203, receiving the feedback information sent by the area server, and determining whether a background service corresponding to the identification information is installed on the area server according to the feedback information and the identification information of the background service to be deployed, if yes, judging whether the customized parameter is the same as the configuration parameter of the background service corresponding to the identification information on the area server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the feedback information comprises feedback identification information corresponding to the identification information, so that whether the background service corresponding to the identification information is installed on the regional server is determined according to the feedback identification information and the identification information.
Specifically, the feedback information includes a background service list queried by the area server.
Further, inquiring whether the background service corresponding to the identification information exists from the background service list according to the identification information, if so, determining that the area server is provided with the background service to be deployed, otherwise, determining that the area server is not provided with the background service to be deployed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the background service list sent by the designated area server, whether the background service corresponding to the identification information is installed on the area server is determined by detecting whether the background service corresponding to the identification information exists in the background service list. And then judging whether the background service corresponding to the identification information selected by the user is installed on the regional server or not, if so, further judging whether the configuration parameters of the background service corresponding to the identification information are the same as the customization parameters or not so as to control whether the regional server installs the service to be deployed or not.
Step 204, if the customized parameter is different from the configuration parameter of the background service corresponding to the identification information on the area server, the deployment instruction and the information to be deployed are sent to the area server, so that the area server installs the background service to be deployed according to the deployment instruction and the information to be deployed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the fact that the customized parameters are different from the configuration parameters of the background service corresponding to the identification information on the area server is determined, and only after the fact that the customized parameters of the background service to be deployed are monitored to be completely configured, the information to be deployed, which is packaged in advance by a user, is sent to the area server. To ensure that the user makes errors in the addition or modification. For example, when a user modifies or adds the customized parameters in the information to be deployed, periodically monitoring whether the customized parameters are configured and submitted, and if yes, packaging the customized parameters modified or added by the user, the deployment instruction and the like to obtain the information to be deployed. And then sending the customized parameter to the regional server, otherwise, re-monitoring whether the configuration of the customized parameter is completed and submitted until the configuration of the customized parameter is completed and submitted, and packaging the customized parameter modified or added by a user, a deployment instruction and the like to obtain information to be deployed. And then sent to the regional server.
The deployment instruction includes a stop instruction, an uninstall instruction, and an install instruction.
The stopping instruction is used for indicating the area server to set the running state of the background service corresponding to the identification information to be finished.
The uninstallation instruction is used for indicating the area server to uninstall the background service corresponding to the identification information.
The installation instruction is used for indicating the area server to install the background service to be deployed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the area server firstly sets the running state of the background service corresponding to the identification information to be finished according to the stop instruction, namely, closes the background service corresponding to the identification information, then uninstalls the background service corresponding to the identification information according to the uninstallation instruction, the background service on other area servers is not influenced in the period, and then the service to be deployed is installed on the area server according to the installation instruction, so that the configuration parameters of the background service corresponding to the identification information are changed under the condition that the other background service is not influenced. The deployment instruction further includes an open instruction, configured to instruct the area server to open the encapsulated information to be deployed for other instruction control, before executing the stop instruction.
Further, the deployment instructions also include a launch instruction.
The starting instruction is used for instructing the regional server to set the running state of the background service to be deployed as starting.
And periodically acquiring and displaying the running state of the background service to be deployed on the regional server monitored by the regional server, wherein the running state of the background service to be deployed is determined and sent by the regional server.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the service starting instruction issued by the user, the control area server starts the background service to be deployed corresponding to the starting instruction, and periodically monitors the running state and other information of the background service to be deployed. For example, when each background service to be deployed is started on the control area server and in operation, authorization verification, database connection establishment, monitoring of a service port and the like are performed, and then monitoring results are sent to the monitoring system client so that the monitoring system client displays the monitoring system client to a user. For example, the database is connected with abnormal conditions such as TNS (TRANSPARENCE NETWORK SUBSTRATE, transparent network bottom layer) errors, occupied service ports and the like, the running state of the background service to be deployed on the control area server is set to be abnormal end, the abnormal reasons are recorded, and meanwhile, the abnormal reasons are reported to the monitoring system client side, so that a user can check the abnormal reasons.
Exemplary, periodically monitoring an index parameter of the regional server; the index parameter is monitored and sent by the regional server, if the index parameter is larger or smaller than the safety threshold, the index parameter is determined to be abnormal information, alarm information is generated, and an alarm is carried out.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the index parameter of the area server is an index parameter of the area server itself, for example, an index parameter or data information of usage status of a hard disk, a memory, a CPU, etc. of the area server. And when the index parameter is larger or smaller than the safety threshold, determining the index parameter as abnormal information. For example, when the remaining hard disk space of the area server is smaller than the safety threshold, determining the hard disk information of the area server as abnormal information, generating alarm information, and sending the alarm information to the client so that the client alarms to the user.
It should be noted that the safety threshold corresponds to the index parameter, that is, each index parameter has its corresponding safety threshold. For example, the safety threshold of the hard disk surplus space of the area server is 5Gb, and the use rate safety threshold of the CPU of the area server is 90%.
In the embodiment of the invention, the node numbers and the IP of each regional server are acquired so that the monitoring system client is connected with each regional server, then a query instruction is sent to the regional server, feedback information uploaded by the regional server is received, whether each regional server is provided with a background service corresponding to the identification information is determined, after the fact that the background service corresponding to the identification information is not provided on the regional server and the customized parameters are different from the configuration parameters of the background service corresponding to the identification information on the regional server is determined, the background service to be deployed is installed and started to operate on the regional server through the deployment instruction, the increase or modification of the background service to be deployed is realized, the background service is not interfered with other background services, and the deployment efficiency of the background service is improved. And the monitoring system client receives the network test data packet sent by the regional server. Network parameters such as network arrival conditions and delay conditions of the regional server and index parameters of the regional server are obtained, whether the running state, the network condition and the like of the background service to be deployed on the monitoring regional server are good or not is determined according to the network parameters, and all network parameter results are stored in a warehouse. And triggering the regional server of the safety threshold to generate corresponding alarm information according to different safety thresholds corresponding to different index parameters, and reporting the alarm information to the monitoring system client so that a user can check specific abnormal index parameters through the monitoring system client and timely check network problems.
Illustratively, the information to be deployed further includes common parameters.
For any background service on the area server, determining whether the public parameters of the background service are the same as the public parameters in the information to be deployed, and if so, sending the deployment instruction and the information to be deployed to the area server so that the area server modifies the public parameters of the background service according to the deployment instruction and the public parameters in the information to be deployed.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the user needs the shared parameter, the configuration parameters of all background services on the regional server are modified, wherein the shared parameter can be an authorized IP address and a port number which are responsible for authorizing the signal system product, a database IP and a port number where the signal system is positioned, and the like.
To better explain the above technical solution, fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of a method for deploying a background service.
As shown in fig. 3, the steps are:
Step 301: and connecting the area server.
And connecting the regional server according to the acquired network parameters of the regional server, for example, acquiring the node number and the IP address of the regional server, and then connecting to the regional server.
Step 302: and receiving information to be deployed selected by a user.
The method comprises the steps that a user configures a plurality of pieces of information to be deployed, wherein the plurality of pieces of information to be deployed can be background services installed on an area server or background services not installed on the area server, and the information to be deployed comprises an installation package of the background services to be deployed and corresponding customized parameters. For example, the acquisition service includes an installation package of the acquisition service and customized acquisition parameters. The installation package of the acquisition service is used for executing the internal process and executing the acquisition task. The customized acquisition parameters comprise network parameters of the regional server and data acquisition interface parameters of a certain company (such as an IP address, port number information and the like of the certain company), wherein the network parameters of the regional server are used for designating the regional server for installation and execution, and the data acquisition interface parameters of a certain map are used for enabling the designated regional server to realize data transmission with the certain map.

Step 308: and starting the background service to be deployed.
After the specified regional server installs the server to be deployed, starting the background service to be deployed on the regional server according to a starting instruction in the deployment instruction, and then periodically monitoring the background service to be deployed. For example, authorization checking, database connection establishment, service port monitoring and the like, when monitoring abnormality occurs (such as authorization checking error, database connection TNS error, occupied service port and the like), the reason of the abnormality is recorded and sent to a monitoring system client for the user to check.
Step 309: and starting the background service to be deployed.
The technical content is the same as that described above, and will not be repeated.
In the embodiment of the invention, for operations such as adding the background service or modifying the configuration parameters of the background service on the specified area server, the operation of stopping all the background services on the area server and unloading and redeploying are not needed. Other background services are prevented from being interfered and not operating normally in the process of adding background services or modifying configuration parameters of the background services. On the basis of not influencing the operation of other background services, the speed of adding the background services or modifying the configuration parameters of the background services is improved. By remotely deploying the customized parameters, the background service to be deployed is installed on the specified area server, and independent deployment on the specified area server by people is not needed any more, so that the labor operation and maintenance cost is saved, and the risk of mistakes caused by human factors is reduced. Meanwhile, by monitoring the running state of the background service abnormally, the operation and maintenance efficiency is improved, and the manual inspection and problem investigation cost is saved, so that the normal running of the background service to be deployed is ensured.
And after the background service to be deployed is deployed on the designated area server, periodically monitoring the background service to be deployed and the area server on the area server.
Fig. 4 is a flow diagram schematically illustrating a method of monitoring a background service to be deployed on an area server.
As shown in fig. 4, the specific flow includes:
step 401, deploying a background service to be deployed.
The monitoring system client is connected with a plurality of regional servers according to corresponding network parameters, the regional servers install the background service to be deployed according to the deployment instruction in the information to be deployed, and then the background service to be deployed is started through the starting instruction after the installation is successful.
Step 402, periodically monitoring a background service to be deployed and an area server.
The method comprises the steps of periodically monitoring the running state of a background service to be deployed on the regional server (such as authorization verification of the background service to be deployed, establishment of database connection monitoring, monitoring of a service port and the like) and periodically monitoring index parameters of the regional server (such as index parameters of a hard disk, a memory, a CPU and the like of the regional server).
Step 403, store and analyze the data.
The regional server sends the monitored running state of the background service to be deployed on the regional server and the use condition of the index parameters of the regional server to the monitoring system client, and the monitoring system client stores the monitored running state of the background service to be deployed on the regional server and the use condition of the index parameters of the regional server and then analyzes the running state of the background service to be deployed on the regional server. For example, whether the authorization check of the background service to be deployed is successful, whether the database connection TNS is wrong, and whether the service port is occupied are analyzed. The hard disk capacity use condition of the regional server, the residual capacity of the memory of the regional server, and the like.
Step 404, reporting the abnormal data.
And reporting the analyzed abnormal data to display equipment so as to enable a user to check. For example, the abnormal data that the authorization check of the background service to be deployed fails is reported to the display device. When the hard disk capacity of the regional server is smaller than the safety threshold, corresponding abnormal data are reported to the monitoring system client. And generating alarm information and sending the alarm information to the display equipment to alarm the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the background service to be deployed comprises a regional system resource report service for acquiring index parameters of a regional server. When a background service is deployed on each regional server node, the regional system resource reporting service is installed on the regional server, one thread is started by the regional system resource reporting service, index parameters such as a hard disk, a memory, a CPU and the like of the appointed regional server are periodically acquired, whether the service condition of the appointed regional server is good or not is judged according to the index parameter analysis, and meanwhile, the index parameters are stored in a warehouse. Different safety thresholds are set according to different index parameters, and abnormal index parameters (such as too small residual space of a magnetic disk and affecting the normal operation of background service) are confirmed and reported to display equipment, so that operation and maintenance personnel can know the abnormal index parameters through the display equipment, and accurate maintenance of the abnormal index parameters is realized.
