Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a system architecture to which an embodiment of the present invention is applicable, and the system architecture includes a monitoring system client 100 and a plurality of regional servers 200.
The monitoring system client 100 is connected to the plurality of regional servers 200, and the monitoring system client 100 is configured to obtain a network parameter corresponding to each regional server 200, and connect the regional servers 200 according to the corresponding network parameter. So that the user sets the information to be deployed on the monitoring system client 100, and the monitoring system client 100 generates the information to be deployed and stores the information.
The area server 200 is configured to receive information to be deployed issued by the monitoring system client 100, control a background service corresponding to the identification information in the information to be deployed on the area server 200, and set an operating state, uninstall or install the background service corresponding to the identification information according to the deployment instruction. The regional server 200 periodically monitors the background service to be deployed and index parameters of the regional server, records abnormal data when the abnormal data are found, and sends the abnormal data to the monitoring system client 100 so as to notify a user through the monitoring system client 100.
It should be noted that the structure shown in fig. 1 is only an example, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Based on the above description, fig. 2 exemplarily shows a flow of a method for monitoring a background service according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the flow may be performed by a device for monitoring the background service.
As shown in fig. 2, the process specifically includes:
step 201, acquiring network parameters and information to be deployed of the regional server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network parameters of each regional server correspond to the monitoring system client, and the monitoring system client needs to configure the configuration information corresponding to the network parameters of each regional server before acquiring the network parameters of each regional server, so as to acquire the network parameters of each regional server. The network parameters typically represent a regional server address. For example, the network parameters of the regional server are authorized IP (Internet Protocol) address and port number in charge of product authorization of the urban traffic signal system, IP and port number of a database in which the urban traffic signal system is located, and the like.
The information to be deployed comprises a deployment instruction, an installation package of the background service to be deployed, identification information and customized parameters. The deployment background service is used for providing data services for the regional server, and comprises background services with multiple functions. For example, the real-time status service is used for periodically monitoring the running status and status information of each background service on the regional server, and the acquisition service is used for acquiring data information of each background service on the regional server. In the embodiment of the present invention, there may be one or more background services to be deployed, which is not limited herein.
The customized parameters are set by the user. The customized parameter may be information of an IP address and a port number where the third-party interface is located, for example, information of an IP address and a port number corresponding to a signal lamp and a system platform of company a is the customized parameter.
Step 202, connecting the regional server according to the network parameters, and sending a query instruction to the regional server, so that the regional server queries the background services installed on the regional server according to the query instruction.
In the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring system client is matched with the regional server and connected according to the preset configuration information and network parameters. After connection, the query instruction is sent to the designated area server so that the designated area server can detect the background service installed, then feedback information is generated and sent to the monitoring system client so that the monitoring system client can know the background service installed on the area server, and further whether the background service corresponding to the identification information is installed on the area server or not can be judged.
Step 203, receiving the feedback information sent by the area server, determining whether the background service corresponding to the identification information is installed on the area server according to the feedback information and the identification information of the background service to be deployed, and if so, judging whether the customized parameter is the same as the configuration parameter of the background service corresponding to the identification information on the area server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the feedback information comprises the feedback identification information corresponding to the identification information, so that whether the background service corresponding to the identification information is installed on the regional server or not is determined according to the feedback identification information and the identification information.
Specifically, the feedback information includes a background service list queried by the regional server.
Further, whether the background service corresponding to the identification information exists is inquired from the background service list according to the identification information, if yes, the regional server is determined to be installed with the background service to be deployed, and if not, the regional server is determined not to be installed with the background service to be deployed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after a background service list sent by a specified regional server is received, whether the regional server is provided with the background service corresponding to the identification information is determined by detecting whether the background service corresponding to the identification information exists in the background service list. And then judging whether the regional server is provided with the background service corresponding to the identification information in the information to be deployed selected by the user, and if so, further judging whether the configuration parameter of the background service corresponding to the identification information is the same as the customized parameter so as to control whether the regional server is provided with the service to be deployed.
Step 204, if the customized parameter is different from the configuration parameter of the background service corresponding to the identification information on the regional server, sending the deployment instruction and the information to be deployed to the regional server, so that the regional server installs the background service to be deployed according to the deployment instruction and the information to be deployed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the customization parameters are determined to be different from the configuration parameters of the background service corresponding to the identification information on the regional server and only after the customization parameters for monitoring the background service to be deployed are completely configured, the information to be deployed which is packaged in advance by a user is sent to the regional server. To ensure that the user makes mistakes when adding or modifying. For example, when a user modifies or adds a customized parameter in the information to be deployed, whether the customized parameter is configured and submitted is periodically monitored, and if yes, the customized parameter modified or added by the user, a deployment instruction and the like are encapsulated to obtain the information to be deployed. And then sending the customized parameters to the regional server, otherwise, monitoring whether the customized parameters are configured and submitted again until the customized parameters are configured and submitted, and encapsulating the customized parameters, the deployment instructions and the like modified or added by the user to obtain the information to be deployed. And then sent to the regional server.
It should be noted that the deployment instruction includes a stop instruction, an uninstall instruction, and an install instruction.
And the stop instruction is used for indicating the regional server to set the running state of the background service corresponding to the identification information as end.
And the unloading instruction is used for indicating the regional server to unload the background service corresponding to the identification information.
The installation instruction is used for instructing the regional server to install the background service to be deployed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the regional server sets the running state of the background service corresponding to the identification information to be finished according to the stop instruction, namely closes the background service corresponding to the identification information, then unloads the background service corresponding to the identification information according to the unloading instruction, and does not affect the background services on other regional servers in the period, and then installs the service to be deployed to the regional server according to the installation instruction, so that the configuration parameters of the background service corresponding to the identification information are changed under the condition that other background services are not affected. The deployment instruction further includes an open instruction, which is used to instruct the regional server to open the encapsulated information to be deployed for other instruction control before executing the stop instruction.
Further, the deployment instructions also include launch instructions.
The starting instruction is used for instructing the regional server to set the running state of the background service to be deployed as starting.
The method comprises the steps of periodically acquiring the running state of the background service to be deployed on the regional server monitored by the regional server, and displaying, wherein the running state of the background service to be deployed is determined and sent by the regional server.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving a service starting instruction issued by a user, the control area server starts the background service to be deployed corresponding to the starting instruction, and periodically monitors information such as the running state of the background service to be deployed. For example, when starting and running each background service to be deployed on the control area server, authorization verification, database connection establishment, service port monitoring and the like are performed, and then a monitoring result is sent to the monitoring system client, so that the monitoring system client displays the results to a user. For example, when the database is connected to abnormal conditions such as a TNS (transparent Network infrastructure) error and an occupied service port, the operating state of the background service to be deployed on the control area server is set to be abnormal and ended, and the abnormal reason is recorded and reported to the monitoring system client, so that the user can check the abnormal reason.
Illustratively, the index parameters of the area server are periodically monitored; and the index parameter is monitored and sent by the regional server, and if the index parameter is greater than or less than the safety threshold, the index parameter is determined to be abnormal information, alarm information is generated, and alarm is performed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the index parameter of the area server is an index parameter of the area server itself, for example, an index parameter or data information of a use status of a hard disk, a memory, a CPU, and the like of the area server. And when the index parameter is greater than or less than the safety threshold value, determining the index parameter as abnormal information. For example, when the remaining hard disk space of the area server is smaller than the safety threshold, the hard disk information of the area server is determined as abnormal information, alarm information is generated and sent to the client, and therefore the client gives an alarm to the user.
It should be noted that the safety threshold corresponds to the index parameter, that is, each index parameter has its corresponding safety threshold. For example, the security threshold of the hard disk remaining space of the area server is 5Gb, and the security threshold of the usage rate of the CPU of the area server is 90%.
In the embodiment of the invention, the node number and the IP of each regional server are obtained, so that a monitoring system client is connected with each regional server, then an inquiry instruction is sent to the regional service, feedback information uploaded by the regional servers is received, whether each regional server is provided with the background service corresponding to the identification information or not is determined, and after the background service corresponding to the identification information is not provided on the determined regional server and the customized parameters are different from the configuration parameters of the background service corresponding to the identification information on the regional server, the background service to be deployed is installed and started to run on the regional server through the deployment instruction, so that the increase or modification of the background service to be deployed is realized, the background service to be deployed is not interfered with other background services, and the deployment efficiency of the background service is improved. And receiving the network test data packet sent by the area server through the monitoring system client. Network parameters such as network arrival conditions and delay conditions of the regional servers and index parameters of the regional servers are obtained, whether the running state, the network conditions and the like of background services to be deployed on the monitored regional servers are good or not is determined according to the network parameters, and meanwhile, all network parameter results are stored in a storage mode. And triggering the area server of the safety threshold value to generate corresponding alarm information according to different safety threshold values corresponding to different index parameters, and reporting the alarm information to the monitoring system client, so that a user can check specific abnormal index parameters through the monitoring system client and troubleshoot network problems in time.
Illustratively, the information to be deployed further includes common parameters.
And aiming at any background service on the regional server, determining whether the public parameter of the background service is the same as the public parameter in the information to be deployed, and if so, sending the deployment instruction and the information to be deployed to the regional server so that the regional server modifies the public parameter of the background service according to the deployment instruction and the public parameter in the information to be deployed.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the user needs the common parameters, the configuration parameters of all the background services on the regional server are modified, wherein the common parameters can be an authorized IP address and a port number which are responsible for the product authorization of the signal system, an IP and a port number of a database where the signal system is located, and the like.
To better explain the above technical solution, fig. 3 exemplarily shows a flow chart of a method for deploying a background service.
As shown in fig. 3, the steps are:
step 301: a zone server is connected.
And connecting the regional server according to the acquired network parameters of the regional server, for example, acquiring the node number and the IP address of the regional server, and then connecting to the regional server.
Step 302: and receiving the information to be deployed selected by the user.
Configuring a plurality of pieces of information to be deployed by a user, wherein the plurality of pieces of information to be deployed can be background services installed on the regional server or background services not installed on the regional server, and the information to be deployed comprises an installation package of the background services to be deployed and corresponding customized parameters. For example, the acquisition service includes an installation package of acquisition services and customized acquisition parameters. The installation package of the acquisition service is used for executing an internal process and executing an acquisition task. The customized acquisition parameters comprise network parameters of the regional server and data acquisition interface parameters of a certain company (such as the information of the IP address and the port number of the certain company), the network parameters of the regional server are used for specifying the regional server for installation execution, and the data acquisition interface parameters of a certain map are used for enabling the specified regional server to realize data transmission with the certain map.
Step 303: and determining whether the background service corresponding to the identification information is installed in the area server, if so, executing step 304, otherwise, executing step 305.
Step 304: and judging whether the customized parameters are the same as the configuration parameters of the background service corresponding to the identification information on the regional server, if so, executing a step 306, and otherwise, executing a step 307.
After the background service corresponding to the background service to be deployed is determined to exist on the designated area server, the configuration parameter to be deployed is only sent to the designated area server, then the corresponding background service on the area server is closed, the configuration parameter of the corresponding background service on the area server is modified into the configuration parameter to be deployed, and all background services on the area server do not need to be stopped, unloaded and redeployed.
Step 305: and installing the background server to be deployed to the regional server.
After determining that the background service corresponding to the identification information is not installed on the designated area server, directly sending the information to be deployed to the designated area server, controlling the area server to install the service to be deployed according to a deployment instruction in the information to be deployed, and then performing data transmission with a third party according to the customized parameters.
Step 306: and (6) ending.
And ending the processing, and not sending the information to be deployed to the regional server.
Step 307: and sending the deployment instruction and the information to be deployed to an area server.
After determining that the background service corresponding to the background service to be deployed exists on the specified regional server and determining that the configuration parameter of the background service corresponding to the identification information is different from the customized parameter, sending the information to be deployed to the specified regional server, so that the regional server installs the service to be deployed according to the deployment instruction in the information to be deployed.
Step 308: and starting the background service to be deployed.
After a server to be deployed is installed in a designated regional server, a background service to be deployed is started on the regional server according to a starting instruction in a deployment instruction, and then the background service to be deployed is periodically monitored. For example, authorization verification, database connection establishment, service port monitoring and the like are performed, and when monitoring is abnormal (such as authorization verification error, database connection TNS error, occupied service port and the like), the reason of the abnormality is recorded and sent to the monitoring system client so that a user can check the abnormality.
Step 309: and starting the background service to be deployed.
As with the above technical content, further description is omitted.
In the embodiment of the invention, for the operations of adding the background service to the designated area server or modifying the configuration parameters of the background service and the like, all background services on the area server do not need to be stopped, unloaded and redeployed. Other background services are prevented from being interfered and incapable of running normally in the process of operations such as adding the background services or modifying configuration parameters of the background services. On the basis of not influencing the running of other background services, the speed of increasing the background services or modifying the configuration parameters of the background services is improved. By deploying customized parameters remotely, the background service to be deployed is installed on the designated regional server, and manual independent deployment on the designated regional server is not needed, so that the labor operation and maintenance cost is saved, and the risk of errors caused by human factors is reduced. Meanwhile, the operation and maintenance efficiency is improved by monitoring the abnormal operation state of the background service, and the manual inspection and problem troubleshooting cost is saved, so that the normal operation of the background service to be deployed is ensured.
After the background service to be deployed is deployed on the designated regional server, the background service to be deployed and the regional server on the regional server are periodically monitored.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for monitoring a background service to be deployed on a regional server.
As shown in fig. 4, the specific process includes:
step 401, deploying background services to be deployed.
The monitoring system client is connected with the plurality of regional servers according to the corresponding network parameters, the regional servers install the background services to be deployed according to the deployment instructions in the information to be deployed, and then the regional servers are started through the starting instructions after the installation is successful.
Step 402, periodically monitoring background services to be deployed and regional servers.
The regional server periodically monitors the running state of the background service to be deployed on the regional server (for example, authorization verification of the background service to be deployed, database connection monitoring establishment, service port monitoring and the like), and periodically monitors index parameters of the regional server (for example, index parameters of a hard disk, a memory, a CPU and the like of the regional server).
At step 403, the data is stored and analyzed.
The method comprises the steps that a regional server sends a monitored running state of background services to be deployed on the regional server and a monitored use condition of index parameters of the regional server to a monitoring system client, the monitoring system client stores the monitored running state of the background services to be deployed on the regional server and the monitored use condition of the index parameters of the regional server, and then analysis is carried out. For example, whether authorization check of the background service to be deployed is successful, whether database connection TNS is wrong, and whether a service port is occupied are analyzed. The hard disk capacity usage of the area server, the remaining capacity of the memory of the area server, and the like.
And step 404, reporting abnormal data.
And reporting the analyzed abnormal data to display equipment so that a user can check the abnormal data. For example, the abnormal data of the failed authorization check of the background service to be deployed is reported to the display device. And when the hard disk capacity of the area server is smaller than a safety threshold value, reporting the corresponding abnormal data to the monitoring system client. And generating alarm information, and sending the alarm information to the display equipment to alarm the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the background service to be deployed comprises a regional system resource report service which is used for acquiring the index parameters of the regional server. When background service is deployed on each regional server node, regional system resource report service is installed on the regional server, the service starts a thread, periodically obtains index parameters of a hard disk, a memory, a CPU and the like of a designated regional server, analyzes and judges whether the service condition of the designated regional server is healthy or not according to the index parameters, and stores the index parameters in a storage mode. Different safety thresholds are set according to different index parameters, and the index parameters which are confirmed to be abnormal (such as the situation that the residual space of a disk is too small and the normal operation of background service is influenced) are reported to the display equipment, so that operation and maintenance personnel can know the abnormal index parameters through the display equipment, and the abnormal index parameters are accurately overhauled.
