The medical intelligent management system according to claim 1, further comprising an entrance guard terminal device, configured to read identity information and access information of the first terminal, and transmit the identity information and the access information to the second terminal through the server, so that the second terminal determines whether a patient wearing the first terminal enters or leaves a target area according to the identity information and the access information.

The medical intelligent management system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first terminal is further configured to upload current location information to a server in real time; the second terminal is further configured to obtain current location information of the first terminal from the server.

The medical intelligent management system according to claim 1, wherein the second terminal is further configured to store and update an electronic medical record of a patient wearing the first terminal, and to derive the vital sign data reported by the first terminal in a report form at a set time period.

The medical intelligent management system according to claim 1, wherein the third terminal is further configured to trigger a reminding function according to the medication information to remind a patient or a nurse of medication, and trigger an alarm signal if a confirmation medication instruction is not received within a set time threshold after the reminding function is triggered.

The medical intelligent management system according to claim 1, wherein the first terminal is further configured to monitor whether the first terminal itself leaves the wrist in real time, and trigger a wrist leaving signal when the time for monitoring that the first terminal leaves the wrist exceeds a preset time.
7. A medical intelligent management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a first terminal monitors vital sign data of a patient in real time, wherein the vital sign data comprise body temperature, blood oxygen and heart rate;
the second terminal acquires the vital sign data reported by the first terminal through a server, updates medical information and reports the medical information to the server when the vital sign data is abnormal, wherein the medical information comprises medication information and related cautionary matters;
the third terminal receives the vital sign data and/or the medical information sent by the server and displays and/or broadcasts the data;
when the server issues the payment information to the first terminal and/or the third terminal, the third terminal displays the payment information, and the first terminal triggers reminding and/or completes payment according to the payment information.
8. The medical intelligent management method according to claim 7, wherein the steps further comprise:
the entrance guard terminal equipment reads the identity information and the access information of the first terminal and transmits the identity information and the access information to the second terminal through the server, so that the second terminal judges whether a patient wearing the first terminal enters or leaves a target area according to the identity information and the access information.
9. The medical intelligent management method according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the steps further comprise:
the first terminal uploads current position information to a server in real time;
and the second terminal acquires the current position information of the first terminal from the server.
10. The medical intelligent management method according to claim 9, wherein the steps further comprise:
the first terminal monitors whether the first terminal leaves the wrist in real time, and when the monitored time that the first terminal leaves the wrist exceeds the preset time, a wrist-leaving signal is triggered;
the second terminal stores and updates the electronic medical record of the patient wearing the first terminal, and derives the vital sign data reported by the first terminal in a report form in a set time period;
and the third terminal triggers a reminding function according to the medication information so as to remind a patient or a nurse to take the medicine, and triggers an alarm signal when a confirmation medication instruction is not received within a set time threshold after the reminding function is triggered.
