When the controller based on the single chip receives the alarm signal, the audible and visual alarm gives an alarm after waiting for 30 seconds, the GSM dialing and the output signal alarm are triggered at the same time after continuing to wait for 30 seconds, the time delay can prevent false triggering to ensure that the alarm signal is real and effective, and the time delay of the three alarm modes is different. As shown in figure 6, the control electric box of the henhouse outputs an alarm signal to an alarm circuit board as an external alarm signal through a normally closed point of a relay, when the normally closed point signal becomes a normally open point, the alarm outputs an alarm when detecting the alarm signal, and the alarm can receive normally closed input signals of 6 groups of relays at most. It should be noted that the henhouse control electrical box outputs an alarm signal through the passive normally open contact of the intermediate relay when the circuit breaker is tripped or cut off, the voltage is too high or too low, and the voltage is in phase failure and phase failure.

Furthermore, the alarm can have 3 high temperature alarm relay normally open output signal, and when chicken coop temperature sensor received high temperature information, normally open contact exported chicken coop control electronic box as fan start signal, and corresponding fan group is opened to the control electronic box, carries out emergent cooling.
As shown in the intelligent alarm panel of fig. 5, the nixie tube can display the henhouse temperature, and the temperature value can be the average temperature value of two temperature sensors; the low-temperature alarm potentiometer and the high-temperature alarm potentiometer can set the numerical values of low-temperature alarm and high-temperature alarm of the henhouse, and the alarm can give an alarm when the numerical values are lower than the low-temperature or higher than the high-temperature;
3 high temperature alarm output potentiometre can set up corresponding high temperature alarm numerical value, surpasss the high temperature alarm numerical value of this setting, and the alarm then can report an emergency, and simultaneously, alarm can output alarm signal to the control electronic box, and corresponding fan group is opened to the control electronic box, carries out emergent cooling.
An alarm on/off knob, wherein an on gear can activate an alarm to monitor henhouse alarm information in real time, and an off gear closes the alarm and stops working; alarm indicator, when alarm information, the pilot lamp can light.
Furthermore, the intelligent alarm also can be provided with a display screen which can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen; the intelligent alarm can be provided with an input device, the input device can be a touch layer covered on a display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the intelligent alarm, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
According to the method and the device, the alarm information is collected through two modes of external signal input and a temperature collection module, and then the signals collected by the external signal input and the temperature collection module can trigger alarm, so that the same alarm effect can be achieved no matter which alarm source is triggered; this application powerful, the suitability is strong, can match various equipment and insert and output alarm information, satisfies the all-round alarming function demand of poultry house.

Further, the controller can adopt multiunit high temperature alarm relay to normally open output signal, and when temperature sensor received high temperature information, normally open contact can regard as fan starting signal to export poultry house control electronic box, and corresponding fan group is opened to the control electronic box, carries out emergent cooling, and then carries out emergency control.
In a specific embodiment, the alarm module comprises any one or any combination of an audible and visual alarm module, a GSM dialing alarm module and an output signal alarm module;

a preset time delay mechanism is adopted to sequentially trigger the sound-light alarm module, the GSM dialing alarm module and/or the output signal alarm module to alarm;

the receiving module is used for receiving temperature data and/or an alarm signal output by the poultry house control electric box;
and the triggering alarm module is used for triggering the alarm module to alarm when the received temperature data meets the alarm condition and/or under the condition of receiving the alarm signal.
In a specific embodiment, the alarm module comprises any one or any combination of an audible and visual alarm module, a GSM dialing alarm module and an output signal alarm module;
the triggering alarm module is also used for triggering the sound-light alarm module, the GSM dialing alarm module and/or the output signal alarm module in sequence to alarm by adopting a preset time delay mechanism; the preset time delay mechanism comprises triggering an audible and visual alarm module to alarm when a first time period is over, and triggering a GSM dialing alarm module and/or an output signal alarm module to alarm when a second time period is over; the first period and the second period are consecutive periods.
For specific limitations of the poultry house alarm device, reference may be made to the above limitations of the poultry house alarm method, which are not described in detail herein. All or part of the modules in the poultry house alarm device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the module is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided a poultry house alarm system comprising a poultry house control electrical box, a relay set and an intelligent alarm as described above;
the poultry house control electric box is connected with the intelligent alarm through a relay set and outputs an alarm signal to the intelligent alarm; the relay group comprises 6 intermediate relays.
Specifically, the alarm signal receiving function is provided, the alarm signal of the control electric box is collected, and the contact signal of the relay of the control electric box can be received as an alarm input signal; this application increases warning output contact terminal, can counter control the fan and carry out emergent ventilation, can export contact signal as the trigger signal that opens of fan, carries out emergency control. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent alarm, comprising:
the controller is used for connecting the poultry house control electric box;
the temperature acquisition module is arranged in the poultry house and is connected with the controller; the temperature acquisition module acquires temperature data of the poultry house and outputs the temperature data to the controller;
the alarm module is connected with the controller;
and the controller triggers the alarm module to alarm when the temperature data meets an alarm condition and/or receives an alarm signal output by the poultry house control electric box.
2. The intelligent alarm of claim 1, wherein the temperature acquisition module comprises a plurality of temperature acquisition modules; each temperature acquisition module is connected with the controller;
each temperature acquisition module respectively acquires and outputs a temperature value of the poultry house;
the alarm condition comprises that the reference temperature of the poultry house exceeds a high-temperature alarm threshold or a low-temperature alarm threshold; the poultry house reference temperature is obtained by averaging the temperature values.
3. The intelligent alarm of claim 2, wherein the number of temperature acquisition modules is 2; the temperature acquisition module is a temperature sensor;
the digital tube is connected with the controller; the nixie tube is used for displaying the reference temperature of the poultry house.
4. An intelligent alarm as claimed in claim 2 or 3, further comprising:
the low-temperature alarm potentiometer is connected with the controller; the controller obtains the low-temperature alarm threshold value through the low-temperature alarm potentiometer;
the high-temperature alarm potentiometer is connected with the controller; and the controller acquires the high-temperature alarm threshold value through the high-temperature alarm potentiometer.
5. The intelligent alarm of claim 1, further comprising a first communication output port and a second communication output port both connected to the controller;
the first communication output port and the second communication output port are used for transmitting the temperature data to the outside.
6. The intelligent alarm of claim 5, wherein the first communication output port is a 232 communication port; and the second communication output port is a 485 communication port.
7. The intelligent alarm device according to claim 1, wherein the alarm module comprises any one or any combination of an audible and visual alarm module, a GSM dialing alarm module and an output signal alarm module;
the controller adopts a preset time delay mechanism to sequentially trigger the sound-light alarm module, the GSM dialing alarm module and/or the output signal alarm module to alarm;
the preset time delay mechanism comprises triggering the sound and light alarm module to alarm when a first time period is over, and triggering the GSM dialing alarm module and/or the output signal alarm module to alarm when a second time period is over; the first period and the second period are consecutive periods.
8. The intelligent alarm of claim 7, wherein the output signal alarm module comprises a plurality of high temperature alarm output potentiometers each connected to the controller; the controller obtains a corresponding high-temperature alarm value through the high-temperature alarm output potentiometer;
the output signal alarm module also comprises a plurality of high-temperature alarm relays which are connected with the controller; the high-temperature alarm relay is used for being connected with the poultry house control electric box;
when the temperature data exceeds the high-temperature alarm value, the controller outputs a fan starting signal to the poultry house control electric box through the high-temperature alarm relay; the fan starting signal is used for indicating the poultry house to control the electric box to open the corresponding fan set for cooling.
9. A poultry house alarm method, comprising:
under the condition that the received temperature data meet alarm conditions and/or alarm signals output by the poultry house control electric box are received, triggering an alarm module to alarm; wherein, the temperature data is obtained for the temperature acquisition module of locating in the poultry house.
10. A poultry house alarm system comprising a poultry house control electrical box, a relay set and an intelligent alarm as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8;
the poultry house control electric box is connected with the intelligent alarm through the relay group and outputs an alarm signal to the intelligent alarm; the relay group includes 6 intermediate relays.
