Description
Technical Field

Background
In the related art, the intelligent trend and the application of the door lock are more and more widespread, and the intelligent door lock generally provides an open communication verification interface, for example, an optical verification interface, for identifying a user's fingerprint, face or voice print, etc., or provides a Radio Frequency (RF) interface, for performing information verification operation by means of short-distance radio frequency resonance mutual inductance, to the outdoor side of the door panel on which the intelligent door lock is installed. With the continuous integration of such electronic functions, there are currently many intelligent door locks with cameras, the cameras of such intelligent door locks are generally configured with a function capable of remote wireless communication (such as WIFI, bluetooth or ZigBee), and the door lock structure itself also has a similar communication function.
At present, the setting mode of the intelligent door lock often causes that an optical verification interface (such as a camera module arranged in a door lock structure) of a verification module communicates with an indoor gateway device or a similar wireless intelligent device independently, and a wireless/wired communication of an electromechanical action driving module of the door lock structure and the optical interface are independent from each other, so that various disadvantages exist:
the first drawback is that the electronic control module of the door lock structure is provided with an independent remote wireless communication module, and frequent activation of the additional electronic functional component (such as the aforementioned camera component or similar sensor) will result in higher energy consumption of the lock body of the door lock, so that the service life of the built-in battery of the door lock structure will be reduced.
The second drawback is that if the remote wireless communication module of the door lock structure is damaged or has a connection failure, and the lock body loss and material waste caused by frequent battery replacement are obvious, the door lock cannot be normally used.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.

The embodiments described below may be applied to various door lock devices that may be mounted to various door controls, including but not limited to wooden doors, iron doors, etc. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Embodiment one intelligence lock
The embodiment of the invention provides a schematic diagram of an optional intelligent door lock, which can comprise:
the electronic control device is used for controlling the lock body mechanism and shares a first communication device with the sensor, wherein the electronic control device receives a verification signal through the first communication device and controls the lock body mechanism to be locked or unlocked under the condition that the verification signal is successful, and the verification signal is acquired by the sensor.
The lock body mechanism can be arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the door in a penetrating mode, the outdoor side is provided with the verification device, and after a user obtains verification information, the user can input verification signals such as password and optical biological characteristics to the verification module to drive the electric control device to execute the electromechanical action (locking or unlocking).
Optionally, the electronic control device may include programmed instructions written to perform the unlocking operation of the lock mechanism by receiving a verification signal from the verification device or a remote unlocking signal from a terminal device (e.g., a smart phone) at the first communication device shared by the electronic control device. In an embodiment of the invention, the electronic control device is further provided with a storage unit for receiving remote function updates of the electronic functions of the lock body mechanism.
The intelligent door lock can be in interactive communication with a sensor component (such as a camera), so that the sharing of the communication function between the sensor and the electric control device is realized (the first communication device is shared), the communication function of the sensor is opened in real time, so that extra power consumption is hardly brought to the sensor, the communication function of the door lock is closed in time, the integral power consumption of the door lock structure is reduced, meanwhile, the normal communication and opening and closing of the intelligent door lock are not influenced by the communication fault or damage of any party of the electric control device and the sensor component, and the intelligent door lock can be normally used, so that the technical problem that the communication power consumption is large in the intelligent door lock in the related technology is solved.
Optionally, the electronic control device is provided with a second communication device inside, the first communication device is connected to the communication device through a remote routing device (such as a wireless router/gateway), and the electronic control device shares a communication function with the sensor by accessing the first communication device, wherein the second communication device is controlled to be in a disabled state when the first communication device is triggered to be in a communication state.
Under the initial state setting of the door lock structure, the sensor is used as an active device to instantly trigger the second communication device to keep the wireless router/gateway arranged at the indoor side to normally perform wireless communication so as to upload data in real time, and at the moment, the first communication device of the lock body mechanism stops receiving or sending wireless data.
Optionally, the electric control device receives a linkage instruction through the first communication device or the second communication device, where the linkage instruction is an instruction broadcasted by the external device through one or more preset communication channels, and is used to control the other devices to perform linkage action with the lock body mechanism.
The linkage command from the external device (e.g., a mobile terminal, a portable device held by a user (e.g., a smart bracelet)) may be a motion linkage command of another device (e.g., another home device, a kitchen and toilet device) broadcasting mechanical motion about the door lock structure through one or more preset communication channels.
Optionally, the electronic control device receives, through the first communication device or the second communication device, a command identifier issued by the remote routing device, where the command identifier includes a universal identifier for different home devices, and a download instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the type of the first communication device and the type of the second communication device are at least one of the following types: radio frequency RF transceivers and low power wireless transceivers.
The linkage command can also be an identification code with the same format that the electronic control device can recognize, so that the identification code can be retransmitted through the first or second communication module. For example, the first communication device may include a radio frequency RF transceiver, such as a transceiver conforming to a relatively short-range communication mode of the 433 protocol, to transmit a small byte of action instructions, so that the electrically controlled device may be set in a low power consumption state, or the first and second communication devices may be wireless transceivers supporting a bluetooth low energy (e.g., BLE4.0) protocol, i.e., the first and second communication devices may have different device types or more suitably implemented combinations from each other.
In another alternative embodiment, a secondary programmed command identifier may be issued to the lock body mechanism by a remote routing device such as a gateway, which may contain a generic identifier for each home device and contain application download instructions. Of course, the command identifiers are each specific to different door locks and cannot be used universally. In some examples, the electronic functions of the door lock may also be grouped or assigned permissions to determine whether to recompile or update the coverage of its original function.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the electronic control device is communicatively connected to the sensor via the communication interface of the processor unit and sends a connection request, and upon successful receipt of the request feedback by the electronic control device, the electronic control device is configured to wirelessly communicate with the remote routing device via the second communication device without turning on the first communication device.
The electronic control device is communicatively coupled to the sensor (e.g., camera) via the communication interface (e.g., IIC serial port) of the processor unit and periodically sends a local/remote connection request, and if the request feedback is successfully received and the sensor is capable of remote wireless communication using the second communication device, then the electronic control device may be configured to wirelessly communicate with a remote routing device (e.g., wireless router/gateway) via the second communication device of the sensor without turning on its first communication device.
Optionally, when the sensor is the near field communication component, the sensor generates resonance induction with the communication device through the near field communication component, and performs unlocking verification operation, wherein whether to trigger the starting motor to perform unlocking is determined by setting the authority of the communication device.
When the sensor is a near field communication component, the first communication device may perform an unlocking verification operation by generating a resonance induction between the near field communication component (e.g., NFC mode) and a communication device (e.g., a user portable device, a bracelet, a head cover, etc.), for example, the driving pivot portion of the door lock rotates to disengage from the lock catch, so that the motor rotates to drive the lock tongue to retract into the lock body.
A tact switch may also be coupled to the electronic control device and configured to be engaged by the tact switch when the deadbolt is retracted to initiate a request for response to the indoor-side wireless device. Because the electronic control device is programmed for the second time, the authentication request sent to the terminal equipment by the first communication device and/or the second communication device to the wireless routing equipment at the indoor side can not be triggered any more, and the unlocking action of the starting motor can be directly triggered locally by permission set by the remote routing equipment.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in case the electronic control device is unable to communicate with the sensor through the communication interface of the processor unit, or the communication connection is interrupted, the electronic control device is still configured to wirelessly communicate with the remote routing device through the second communication device, and the first communication device is not turned on.
When the processor unit fails to establish a normal communication connection with the sensor or such connection is broken midway through the use of the door lock, the electronic control device is still set to prefer the second communication device to maintain communication with the remote routing device, and at the same time, the electronic control device is configured to maintain a predetermined time slot to send a communication connection with the communication interface of the sensor, and when the communication connection is successful, the second communication device can be used for wireless communication, the original first communication device is closed, and the communication function of the second communication device still using the sensor is restored and the wireless communication is previously performed.
Optionally, the communication connection between the first communication device and the second communication device is a short-range communication protocol, and the first communication device and the second communication device are configured to provide wireless radio frequency energy in a short range.
The communication connection between the first communication device and the second communication device is to select a relatively close communication protocol, such as NFC, RFID, Bluetooth or other similar wireless mode protocols, to significantly reduce the power consumption of the device. That is, the first communication device and the second communication device may be configured to provide effective radio frequency energy within a relatively close spatial distance for discovery by other wireless devices within the spatial distance. For example, the second communication device can be discovered and paired by the wireless home devices within the spaced distance area to perform the scene association, such that the second communication device is determined by the scene association logic established on the remote routing device as a common access interface of the lock body mechanism without the need to trigger the first communication device at any time, and the command identifier corresponding to the mechanical action triggering the lock body can also be coupled to the corresponding bit (byte) triggering the command identifier or instruction set as a camera monitoring function, thereby triggering the two electronic functions of the lock body mechanism in parallel.
Alternatively, a power statistics module is provided in the electronic control device for detecting and evaluating the power values provided by the motor and sensors of the lock body mechanism, and the power values are used for determining the power distributed by the first communication device and the second communication device.
The invention is illustrated below by means of a detailed example.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of network connection of an optional intelligent door lock according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the network connection includes: door 100, door lock mechanism 200, terminal device 5, authentication device 22, first communication device 21, second communication device 11, electronic control device 305, wireless router/gateway 4 (i.e., the aforementioned remote routing device), user portable device 6.
In one application, in the initial state setting of the door lock mechanism 200, the authentication device 22 (sensor + camera, which is understood to include sensor components) immediately triggers the first communication device 21 as an active device to keep the wireless router/gateway 4 arranged on the indoor side in normal wireless communication to upload data in real time, in which case the second communication device 11 of the lock body stops receiving or transmitting wireless data. The electric control device may contain programmed instructions written to perform the unlocking action of the lock mechanism described above upon receiving, for example, an authentication signal from the authentication device 22 or a remote unlocking signal from the terminal device 5 (e.g., a smartphone) via the second communication device 11 built into the electric control device 305 itself.
In addition, the action command from the terminal device 5 may be an action linkage command broadcast through one or more preset communication channels to other household devices related to the mechanical action of the door lock mechanism 200, and such linkage command may also be an identification code having the same format as that recognizable by the electronic control device 305 in the door lock mechanism 200, so that such identification code can be retransmitted through the first or second communication device. For example, the second communication device may include a Radio Frequency (RF) transceiver, such as a transceiver that conforms to the 433 protocol, in a relatively short-range communication mode to transmit a small byte of actuation instructions, so that the electronically controlled device 305 may be placed in a low power consumption state.
In one embodiment, a secondary programmed command identification may also be issued to the door lock mechanism 200 by a remote routing device such as the router/gateway 4, and such command identification may contain a generic identification for each home device and contain application download instructions. Of course, the command identifiers are each specific to different door locks and cannot be used universally. In some examples, the electronic functions of the door lock may also be grouped or assigned permissions to determine whether to recompile or update the coverage of its original function.
For example, the electronic control device 305 is communicatively connected with the authentication device 22 through the IIC serial port of the processor unit and periodically transmits a local/remote connection request, and if the request feedback is successfully received and the authentication device 22 is capable of remote wireless communication using the first communication device 21, the electronic control device 305 may be configured to perform wireless communication with the gateway 4 of the remote end through the first communication device 21 of the authentication device 22 without turning on the second communication device 11 thereof in this case.
When the authentication device 22 is a near field communication component, the second communication device 11 may generate resonance induction with the user portable device 6 through the NFC method to perform the unlocking authentication operation. For another example, the electronic control device may also have coupled thereto a tact switch configured to be touched upon retraction of the bolt to initiate a response request to the indoor-side wireless device, and since the secondary programming has been performed at the electronic control device 305, there may be no need to trigger further the sending of a verification request to the terminal device 5 via the first and/or second communication device to the gateway 4 at the indoor side, which may be permitted by the authority set via the gateway to directly locally trigger the unlocking action of the starter motor.
In another embodiment, if the processor unit is unable to establish a normal communication connection with the authentication device, or such a connection is broken midway through the use of the door lock, the electronic control device 305 is still set to prefer that the second communication device 21 remains in communication with the gateway 4. At the same time, the electronic control device 305 is configured to maintain a predetermined time slot in a transmit communication connection with the communication interface of the authentication device. Once the communication connection is successful and wireless communication is possible using the first communication apparatus 21, the original second communication apparatus 11 is turned off and the communication function of the first communication apparatus 21 using the camera is restored and the wireless communication performed previously is resumed.
In the above-listed embodiments, such communication between the first and second communication devices is selected to use a relatively close range communication protocol, such as NFC, RFID, Bluetooth, or other similar wireless mode protocols, to significantly reduce power consumption of the device.
In addition, the first and second communication means may be arranged to provide significant radio frequency energy within a relatively close spatial distance for discovery by other wireless devices within that spatial distance. For example, the first communication device 21 of the camera 22 can be discovered and paired by the wireless home devices within the spatial distance area to perform scene association. In this way, the first communication device is determined by the context association logic established on the gateway 4 as a common access interface of the door lock mechanism 200 without the need to trigger the second communication device 11 at any time, and the command identifier corresponding to the mechanical action triggering the lock body can also be coupled to the corresponding bit (byte) triggering the command identifier or instruction set as the authentication device monitoring function, thereby triggering the two electronic functions of the door lock mechanism 200 in parallel.
On this basis, the electronic control device is also provided with a power statistics component for detecting and evaluating the power level provided on the motor and the verification device of the lock body to determine the power to be distributed and the corresponding activated first and/or second communication device.

The linkage command can also be an identification code with the same format that the electronic control device can recognize, so that the identification code can be retransmitted through the first or second communication module. For example, the second communication device may comprise a radio frequency RF transceiver, e.g. a transceiver conforming to the 433 protocol, of a relatively short-range communication mode to transmit a small byte of action instructions, so that the electrically controlled device may be set in a low power consumption state, or the first and second communication devices may be wireless transceivers supporting a bluetooth low energy (e.g. BLE4.0) protocol, i.e. the first and second communication devices may have different device types or a more suitable implementation combination from each other.
Optionally, the type of the first communication device and the second communication device is at least one of the following: radio frequency RF transceivers and low power wireless transceivers.

Of course, the command identifiers are each specific to different door locks and cannot be used universally. In some examples, the electronic functions of the door lock may also be grouped or assigned permissions to determine whether to recompile or update the coverage of its original function.

Alternatively, in the event that the electronic control device is unable to communicate with the sensor via the communication interface of the processor unit, or the communication connection is interrupted, the electronic control device is still configured to wirelessly communicate with the remote routing device via the first communication device without activating the second communication device.
Optionally, the control method further includes: the communication connection between the first communication device and the second communication device is a communication protocol of a short distance, and the first communication device and the second communication device are arranged to provide wireless radio frequency energy in the short distance.
Alternatively, a power statistics module is provided in the electronic control device for detecting and evaluating the power values provided by the motor and sensors of the lock body mechanism, and the power values are used for determining the power distributed by the first communication device and the second communication device.
