It should be understood that, in the case that the computer device is a service terminal, the structure of the service terminal described in the foregoing embodiment of the present application is not limited to the service terminal in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, and in practical application, the service terminal may include more or less components than the structural components described in the foregoing embodiment, or may be combined with some components, such as at least one input device including a keyboard and a mouse, and at least one output device including a speaker, a vibration mechanism, a lamp, and the like, which are not specifically recited herein.
In addition, the system structure composition provided by the application is not limited to the image collector, the computer device and the like listed above, but can also comprise other service devices such as a database, a ranking device, an autonomous service device and the like, and can be specifically determined according to the specific application scene of the business audit monitoring realization system.
Referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of an alternative example of a business audit monitoring implementation method according to the present application is provided, and the method may be applied to the above computer device, where the product type of the computer device is not limited by the present application, and reference may be made to, but not limited to, the description of the corresponding parts of the above embodiments. As shown in fig. 3, the method for implementing business audit monitoring according to the present embodiment may include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
Step S11, obtaining monitoring parameters of a monitored object aiming at a business to be checked and checking the business to be checked;
in order to monitor the auditing state of the auditing personnel responsible for the business auditing task and ensure the reliability and accuracy of the auditing result given by the auditing personnel, the application proposes to take the auditing personnel as a monitored object, monitor the auditing state of the auditing personnel in the auditing process of the business to be audited (namely any business which is distributed to the auditing personnel and needs to be audited), and determine whether the auditing personnel seriously audits the business to be audited, if the auditing personnel seriously audits the business to be audited in the whole auditing process of the business to be audited, the auditing result of the business to be audited given by the auditing personnel can be considered to be valid (namely correct); otherwise, the auditing result of the business to be audited, which is given by the auditing personnel, can be considered invalid (i.e. incorrect), so that the auditing personnel is reminded to audit the business to be audited again, and the auditing result sent to the next auditing link is ensured to be correct.
Based on the above, the application provides that the auditing state of the shot object is shot in the process of auditing the business to be audited by the monitored object, and at this time, in order to ensure that the auditing state of the business to be audited by the monitored object can be more reliably reflected by the shot continuous images, the application further provides that the image acquisition is carried out according to higher frequency, so that the shot frequency is prevented from being too low, and the monitored object is prevented from being lazy in the process of acquiring the images of two adjacent frames.
Therefore, after determining the service to be checked in this time, the monitoring parameters for the service to be checked and the monitored object checking the service to be checked may be obtained first, where the monitoring parameters may include: the image collector shoots the target shooting frequency of the checking state of the checked business of the monitored object, but the target shooting frequency is not limited to the target shooting frequency, and can also comprise other monitoring parameters such as shooting angle, shooting resolution and the like of the image collector. The content contained in the monitoring parameters obtained by the application can be determined according to the requirements of actual application scenes, the application mainly takes the target shooting frequency as an example for explanation, other parameters can be flexibly selected according to shooting requirements, and the application is not described in detail one by one.
In practical application, the configuration of the shooting frequency of the image collector can be determined according to the importance of the service to be checked in the checking, for example, the higher shooting frequency can be adopted for image collection for the service to be checked which is important; on the contrary, for the less important business to be checked, the lower shooting frequency can be adopted to collect the image, and the corresponding relation between the importance of the business to be checked and the shooting frequency can be obtained according to business requirements or experience or model training.
In still other embodiments, the configuration of the shooting frequency of the image collector may be further determined in combination with a monitored object currently auditing the service to be audited. Specifically, since the attitudes of different auditors to auditing works are often different, the accuracy of auditing results of the same type of business is often different, the accuracy of auditing results of the type of business is higher for auditing personnel with serious attitudes, and otherwise, the accuracy of auditing results of the type of business is lower for auditing personnel with diffuse attitudes. Therefore, when determining the target shooting frequency of the image collector, besides referring to the importance of the service to be checked, the type of the auditor to which the monitored object belongs can be properly considered, and the corresponding relation between the monitored object and the shooting frequency is determined by combining the two factors (other factors can be included according to the requirement, and the application is not described in detail), and the specific implementation process is not described in detail.
It should be noted that, regarding the monitoring parameters in step S11, particularly, the acquisition mode of the target shooting frequency is not limited to the implementation modes listed above, and may be determined according to actual requirements, which is not described in detail in the present application.
Step S12, in the process of auditing the business to be audited by the monitored object, acquiring continuous multi-frame auditing state images shot by the image collector according to the target shooting frequency;
in combination with the description of the corresponding part of the embodiment, the computer device may determine whether to start auditing of the service to be audited based on the operation of verifying the service to be audited by the monitored object, and when determining to start auditing of the service to be audited, control the image collector to collect the image of the monitored object according to the target photographing frequency, and obtain the continuous multi-frame auditing state image photographed by the image collector, and the implementation method of the photographing process of the auditing state image may refer to, but is not limited to, the description of the corresponding part of the system embodiment above.
Step S13, obtaining effective auditing time of auditing the business to be audited by the monitored object according to the continuous multi-frame auditing state image and the target shooting frequency;
in the process of checking the business to be checked by the monitored object, the image collector captures the image of the monitored object, namely the checking state image, and then the image analysis can be carried out on each frame of checking state image to determine whether the monitored object in the checking state image is checking the business to be checked seriously.
In this embodiment, the target shooting frequency may be data information obtained by performing data fitting processing on the monitored object according to the importance of the service to be checked in combination with the error accuracy, or may be obtained in a manner described in the corresponding section above. Therefore, the size of the target shooting frequency can embody the importance of the business to be audited, the auditing attitude of the monitored object auditing business to be audited, namely, the larger the target shooting frequency is, the more important the business to be audited can be represented, and/or the auditing attitude of the monitored object auditing business to be audited is the more serious, based on the fact, in the process of acquiring the effective auditing time of the monitored object auditing business to be audited, the auditing states represented by two adjacent frames of auditing state images can be comprehensively considered, and the size of the target shooting frequency is determined.
For example, if the two frames of audit state images are respectively subjected to image analysis, it is determined that the audit states of the monitored object in each frame of audit state image are serious (which can be represented by corresponding identifiers, the application is not limited thereto), and it can be considered that the monitored object is seriously audited by the service to be audited between the shooting times of the two frames of audit state images, and the obtained effective audit time can be not influenced by the target shooting frequency, and is determined by the shooting times of the two frames of audit state images, for example, the shooting times of the two frames of audit state images are added to cumulatively obtain the effective audit time of the monitored object for auditing the service to be audited, but the application is not limited to this implementation mode.
If the two frames of audit state images (i.e. the two frames of audit state images at corresponding time points in the example) are respectively subjected to image analysis, the audit state of the monitored object in one frame of audit state image is determined to be serious, the audit state of the monitored object in the next frame of audit state image is determined to be not serious, a certain time point between the shooting times of the two frames of audit state images is indicated, the monitored object starts to steal and does not seriously audit the business to be audited, and if the shooting times are added in the mode, the obtained audit time is larger than the actual effective audit time, so that different shooting frequencies can be configured for the two conditions in order to ensure the accuracy of the obtained effective audit result.
Of course, the two cases listed above may be included in the captured continuous multi-frame audit status image, but the pre-configured target capturing frequency is fixed, and in this case, in order to ensure the accuracy of the obtained valid audit result, the valid audit time obtained for the first case is often greater than the valid audit time obtained for the second case. The application can determine the relation between the continuous multi-frame auditing state image and the target shooting frequency and the effective auditing time of the auditing business to be audited of the monitored object according to the analysis, thus, in practical application, the effective auditing time of the auditing business to be audited of the monitored object can be obtained directly according to the relation.
It is necessary to explain how to obtain the effective auditing time of the auditing business to be audited by the monitored object according to the continuous multi-frame auditing state image and the target shooting frequency, and the implementation method is not limited to the implementation manner described in the above embodiment,
and S14, verifying the effective auditing time according to the auditing time standard of the monitored object to obtain a monitoring result of auditing the business to be audited aiming at the monitored object.
As described in the above embodiments, for different auditors, audit attitudes of the same kind of services are often different, the application can pre-aim at audit attitudes of all kinds of services by each auditor, cluster the auditors, and determine the standard of the category auditors on audit time of the category of services according to audit time of each category of auditors on the category of services, namely audit time standard, and then judge whether effective audit time of monitored objects belonging to the category of auditors is in a reasonable range or not according to the standard, and further judge whether the monitored objects are subjected to serious audit in turn, whether audit results of the to-be-audited services are correct or effective or not, and the like.
It should be noted that, the method for acquiring the auditing time standard of various auditors to audit the business to be audited and the representation method thereof are not limited, and can be determined according to the requirements of the actual application scene.
Based on the analysis, after the embodiment of the application obtains the effective auditing time of the to-be-audited business of the monitored object according to the above manner, the auditing time standard of the monitored object can be obtained according to the monitored object and the to-be-audited business (which can also be obtained before or during the obtaining of the effective auditing time, the application is not limited thereto), whether the effective auditing time accords with the auditing time standard is judged, if so, the auditing state of the to-be-audited business of the monitored object can be determined to be serious, the obtained auditing result of the to-be-audited business is effective (i.e. correct), the next auditing link of the to-be-audited business can be entered, and in the next auditing link, the auditing and monitoring implementation method of the auditing personnel of the auditing environment can be realized according to the business provided by the application, and the auditing and implementation process is not repeated.
Through the verification, if the verification is not in accordance with the verification time standard of the monitored object, the verification state of the monitored object to the verification service can be determined to be inconclusive, the obtained verification result of the to-be-verified service is invalid (i.e. incorrect) and the re-verification prompt information can be output to remind the monitored object to re-verify the to-be-verified service, or the verification task of the to-be-verified service is sent to other verification personnel for execution, or, of course, if the current multiple monitoring results of the monitored object are all invalid, the verification task of the to-be-verified service is sent to other verification personnel for execution if the preset invalid time threshold is reached, and the application is not limited to the above.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, a scheme for supervising the auditing state of any service is provided, specifically, a computer device obtains monitoring parameters of a to-be-audited service and a monitored object for auditing the to-be-audited service, for example, an image collector photographs a target photographing frequency of the auditing state of the to-be-audited service by the monitored object, so that in the process of auditing the to-be-audited service by the monitored object, the image collector is controlled to photograph a continuous multi-frame auditing state image according to the target photographing frequency, and further, according to the continuous multi-frame auditing state image and the target photographing frequency, the effective auditing time of the to-be-audited service by the monitored object is accurately obtained, so that according to the auditing time standard of the monitored object, whether the auditing state of the to-be-audited service by the monitored object is serious or not is obtained, and whether the auditing result of the to-be-audited service is correct is determined, so that when the monitored object is determined to not to be-audited service by the present, a next auditing link of the to be-audited service is not transferred, thereby solving the problem that the prior art is finally discovered, and the waiting time is increased, and the time is wasted for customers.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of still another alternative example of the service audit monitoring implementation method according to the present application may be an alternative refinement implementation manner of the service audit monitoring implementation method according to the foregoing embodiment, but is not limited to this implementation manner, and as shown in fig. 4, the method may include:
step S21, obtaining the service type of the service to be checked;
step S22, determining a monitoring mode of a monitored object of a business to be audited according to the business type;
in this embodiment, the importance of each service may be determined according to the service type of the service, that is, the service type of the service to be checked may represent the importance degree of the service to be checked, based on which the monitoring mode of the monitored object of the service to be checked may be further determined, where the monitoring mode may be divided into a first monitoring mode, a second monitoring mode and a third monitoring mode according to the monitoring severity, where the monitoring severity of the first monitoring mode is the highest, the monitoring severity of the third monitoring mode is the lowest, and even monitoring may not be required, and the monitoring implementation process in each monitoring mode may refer to the description of the corresponding part of the embodiment below.
It should be understood that, in combination with the above analysis, for the service to be inspected with higher importance, the higher the monitoring severity of the monitored object of the service to be inspected is, the closer the determined monitoring mode is or the first monitoring mode is, that is, the higher the importance level of the service to be inspected of different service types is, the greater the corresponding target shooting frequency is. The application does not limit the acquisition mode and the representation mode of the corresponding relation between different service types and each monitoring mode of each service.
Step S23, if the determined monitoring mode is the first monitoring mode, obtaining a target shooting frequency matched with the service type, and shooting an auditing state of an audited service to be audited by a monitored object by an image collector;
in combination with the description of the relationship between the shooting frequencies in the above embodiment, for the to-be-checked service with higher importance, the higher shooting frequency may be configured, so the present application may determine in advance the relationship between different service types, different monitored objects and each shooting frequency according to the requirements of the actual application scenario, and the specific determination method may be according to, but not limited to, the description of the corresponding portion of the above embodiment. In this way, in the actual monitoring process, after determining the service type of the service to be audited and auditing the monitored object of the service to be audited, the target shooting frequency of the image collector for shooting the auditing state of the monitored object auditing the service to be audited can be determined according to the predetermined relationship, and the specific implementation process is not described in detail.
It should be noted that, the implementation manner of the step S11 of the present application is not limited to the technical solutions described in the steps S21 to S23 of the present embodiment, and the descriptions of the steps S21 to S23 of the present embodiment may be appropriately adjusted according to the actual needs and the inventive concept, which are all included in the protection scope of the present application, and the present embodiment is not described in detail herein.
Step S24, in the process of auditing the business to be audited by the monitored object, acquiring continuous multi-frame auditing state images shot by the image collector according to the target shooting frequency;
the implementation process of step S24 may refer to the description of the corresponding parts of the above-described embodiment.
Step S25, inputting the continuous multi-frame auditing state image and the target shooting frequency into an auditing time statistical model, and outputting the effective auditing time of the auditing business to be audited of the monitored object;
the auditing time statistical model can be obtained by training first sample data based on a neural network algorithm and a genetic algorithm, the first sample data can comprise different sample shooting frequencies and corresponding multi-frame sample auditing state images, and the specific training process of the auditing time statistical model is not described in detail.
In one possible implementation manner, when the audit time statistical model is trained, different sample shooting frequencies and continuous multi-frame sample audit state images shot at different shooting frequencies can be obtained, the sample shooting frequencies and the corresponding continuous multi-frame sample audit state images are input into a neural network, learning and training are performed according to a genetic algorithm until training constraint conditions are met, and the neural network model obtained through the last training is determined to be the audit time statistical model. The training constraint condition comprises the steps of utilizing test sample data to carry out accuracy verification on the output of the neural network model obtained through each training, determining that the obtained accuracy verification result meets accuracy requirements, for example, the accuracy verification result obtains a preset accuracy threshold value and the like.
In practical application, for the audit state image captured in the above manner, the audit state of the auditor (i.e. the monitored object) in each two frames of audit state images can be analyzed through manual data, and the effective audit time of the auditor is obtained according to the obtained audit state and shooting time, and then the effective audit time can be determined as historical data for training and verifying the audit time statistical model.
As described above for the audit time statistical model of the present application, a genetic algorithm may be used to optimize a conventional neural network, and the optimized neural network model may be used to learn and train the first sample data to improve the model output accuracy. In the model training process, training parameters such as weights and thresholds in the neural network can be realized by utilizing a genetic algorithm, for example, the number of parameters to be trained is determined by the genetic algorithm, the learning training of the neural network is completed according to the kolmogorov principle, and the specific learning training process can be determined by referring to the genetic algorithm and the operation principle of the neural network.
The neural network may be a neural network with a three-layer network structure, a hidden layer may be configured for the hidden layer of the neural network, and the number of nodes of the hidden layer may be determined by adopting a trial and error method, and detailed implementation process is not described.
In order to ensure the output accuracy of the model obtained by training, the neural network model obtained by training can be verified by utilizing test sample data, namely, a test auditing state image and a test shooting frequency in the test sample data are input into the neural network model to obtain effective auditing time to be verified, the effective auditing time to be verified is compared with the corresponding test effective auditing time in the test sample data, if the time difference between the effective auditing time to be verified and the corresponding test effective auditing time in the test sample data is smaller than a time threshold value, the output accuracy of the neural network model can be considered to meet the requirement, and the output accuracy can be used as an auditing time statistical model; conversely, training of the neural network model needs to be continued in the manner described above, but is not limited to the verification manner described in this embodiment.
And S26, inputting the effective auditing time and the portrait information corresponding to the monitored object into an auditing verification model, and outputting a monitoring result whether the auditing result of the monitored object to the auditing service is effective.
The verification model can be obtained by training second sample data based on an artificial intelligence algorithm, the second sample data can comprise different sample verification time and portrait information of different monitored objects, and the training process of the verification model to be verified is not described in detail.
In the application, the portrait information can be determined according to the parameters such as the historical behavior data and the personal attribute information of the auditors, which are determined above, and the portrait information characterizes the auditing state of the auditors, the auditing time standard of various business to be audited, and the like.
It should be noted that, how to use the obtained effective auditing time to obtain the monitoring result of the business to be audited for the monitored object is not limited to the model processing mode described in this embodiment, and the time comparison mode of the corresponding parts of the above embodiment may also be used, and the application is not described in detail one by one.
In addition, in practical application of the present application, regarding the content of the obtained monitoring result that whether the auditing result of the business to be audited by the monitored object is valid or not, and the steps executed by the computer device after obtaining the monitoring result, reference may be made to, but not limited to, the description of the corresponding parts of the above embodiments.
In summary, in this embodiment, in order to obtain more accurate and real auditing time of the monitored object auditing service to be audited, compared with the above embodiment provided by the present application, the present embodiment will be trained in advance to obtain an accurate and real auditing time statistical model of effective auditing time by using the auditing status image and the photographing frequency, so that in the process of auditing the monitored object auditing service to be audited, the image collector is controlled to directly input the obtained continuous multi-frame auditing status image and the target photographing frequency into the auditing time statistical model after photographing the continuous multi-frame auditing status image according to the target photographing frequency, thereby quickly and accurately obtaining the effective auditing time of the monitored object auditing service to be audited, and further reasonably verifying the effective auditing time by using the auditing time standard of the monitored object to obtain whether the auditing result of the service to be audited is reliable or not, so as to determine whether to recheck or enter the next auditing link. Compared with the auditing time of the auditing service which is obtained only by the time point of starting auditing service and the time point of ending auditing service with auditing service, the auditing time obtaining method provided by the application is more accurate and reliable, thereby ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the monitoring result of the auditing service of the monitored object.
When verifying the effective auditing time, in order to improve the verification efficiency and reliability, the embodiment proposes to divide the auditing personnel into a plurality of categories and obtain the portrait information of each category of auditing personnel, so as to train and obtain an auditing verification model for verifying whether the auditing time is effective or reasonable according to each portrait information and auditing time, thus, after obtaining the accurate effective auditing time according to the above mode, the portrait information corresponding to the monitored object can be determined, and then the effective auditing time and the portrait information are input into the auditing verification model, thus, the monitoring result of whether the auditing result of the monitored object on the business to be audited is reasonable can be obtained quickly and accurately, but the method is not limited to the implementation mode.
Referring to fig. 5, a flow chart of another alternative example of the service audit monitoring implementation method according to the present application may be a further alternative refinement implementation manner of the service audit monitoring implementation method according to the foregoing embodiment, where the present embodiment mainly describes a manner of obtaining an audit time standard of a monitored object, and for other implementation steps, description of corresponding parts of the foregoing embodiment may be referred to, which is not repeated in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the method may include:
Step S31, historical behavior data of the monitored object is obtained;
the historical behavior data can comprise related record data of various businesses which are audited in the past by the monitored object, such as attribute information of the audited businesses, effective audit time spent on auditing the businesses and the like.
Step S32, according to the historical behavior data, determining an audit time standard corresponding to the object category to which the monitored object belongs from audit time standards corresponding to each of the preset multi-category objects;
regarding the process of obtaining the audit time standard corresponding to each of the different types of objects, reference may be made to the description of the corresponding parts of the above embodiment, which is not repeated in this embodiment.
Step S33, verifying whether the effective auditing time accords with the auditing time standard of the monitored object, if so, entering step S34; if not, executing step S35;
and step S34, determining that the auditing result of the auditing business to be audited by the monitored object is effective.
And step S35, determining that the auditing result of the auditing business to be audited by the monitored object is invalid, and outputting the review prompt information.
The review prompt information is used for reminding the monitored object to review the business to be reviewed, and the output mode of the review prompt information is not limited.
Under the condition that the verification result is in accordance, the effective auditing time of the monitored object to the auditing service is reasonable, and the auditing result to be audited is correct and effective; otherwise, the effective auditing time of the business to be audited by the monitored object can be considered unreasonable, the auditing result to be audited is considered incorrect, and the business to be audited can be audited again or can be transferred to other auditing personnel for rechecking, and the application is not limited to the above.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, in each auditing link of a service to be audited, the auditing process of the corresponding auditor can be monitored according to the above manner, and under the condition that the auditing time of the service to be audited is unreasonable and the auditing result is invalid, remedial measures are timely made, so that the next auditing link of the service to be audited cannot be directly entered, and the problem that is discovered only in the last auditing link (or the auditing link at the back) is avoided, so that the service to be audited must be returned again, which is time-consuming and laborious, and meanwhile, the waiting time of a client is increased and the client experience is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present application, after determining a monitoring mode of a monitored object of a service to be audited according to the above manner, if the monitoring mode is a second monitoring mode, average audit time of the same type of service of the service to be audited by the monitored object can be obtained, and current audit time of the service to be audited by the monitored object is counted; and obtaining a monitoring result of whether the auditing result of the business to be audited aiming at the monitored object is effective or not according to the comparison result of the current auditing time and the average auditing time. If the monitoring mode is the third monitoring mode, the response to the monitoring request aiming at the auditing state of the business to be audited by the monitored object is forbidden, namely, the auditing process of the business to be audited is not required to be supervised.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the application, the monitoring modes of all the services to be checked can be divided into three monitoring modes according to the importance degree of the services to be checked (namely, the content of the checking page), and in practical application, the corresponding monitoring modes can be flexibly selected according to the importance degree of the services to be checked which are required to be checked at the time to realize the supervision of practical auditors, but the monitoring method is not limited to the implementation method described in the embodiment.
In a possible implementation manner, the configuration content of the different monitoring modes can be stored in a database in the system in advance, so that in the actual monitoring process, the computer equipment can read the configuration content and determine the monitoring mode adopted in the auditing and monitoring process of the content to be audited according to the configuration content, and the determined monitoring mode can be output to inform the monitored personnel, thereby reminding the monitored personnel to audit the business to be audited seriously.
