Abstract
The application discloses a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for analyzing the working state of an employee, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a working information obtaining step: docking an information channel and extracting work information; an information processing step: carrying out data management on the working information to obtain structured working information; and (3) information processing: processing the structured work information; an index table acquisition step: acquiring daily work data and a key index table according to the processed structured work information; and a working state analysis step: and analyzing the daily work data according to the key index table through a big data algorithm to obtain the working state of the staff. Through the method and the device, the daily working state of the staff is input to the manager of the enterprise, the management requirement of monitoring of the enterprise leader is met, and the energy input of the enterprise manager to staff state monitoring is relieved.

For example, identity information of the user, a meeting invitation record, a user communication record and the like are classified and stored in a proper database table, and meaningless emoji expressions, cancelled meetings, cancelled employee users and the like are removed.

Specifically, in some embodiments, the relevant data is analyzed through a big data algorithm to obtain the overall situation of the staff, the emphasis of the work content of the staff, the efficiency analysis of the staff, the work state of the staff, and the like, and the embodiment of the work state and the work content of the user is reflected according to the reasonable indexes required by the enterprise, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.

referring to fig. 6, the present embodiment discloses an embodiment of a computer device. The computer device may comprise a processor 81 and a memory 82 in which computer program instructions are stored.
Specifically, the processor 81 may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or A Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be configured to implement one or more Integrated circuits of the embodiments of the present Application.
The memory 82 may be used to store or cache various data files for processing and/or communication use, as well as possible computer program instructions executed by the processor 81.
The processor 81 implements any of the above described embodiments of the method of analyzing the working state of an employee by reading and executing computer program instructions stored in the memory 82.
In some of these embodiments, the computer device may also include a communication interface 83 and a bus 80. As shown in fig. 6, the processor 81, the memory 82, and the communication interface 83 are connected via the bus 80 to complete communication therebetween.
The communication interface 83 is used for implementing communication between modules, devices, units and/or equipment in the embodiment of the present application. The communication port 83 may also be implemented with other components such as: the data communication is carried out among external equipment, image/data acquisition equipment, a database, external storage, an image/data processing workstation and the like.
The computer device may analyze the employee's work status based on the work information to implement the method described in connection with fig. 1.
In addition, in combination with the method for analyzing the working state of the employee in the foregoing embodiments, the embodiments of the present application may provide a computer-readable storage medium to implement. The computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions; the computer program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement any of the above-described embodiments of the method for analyzing the working state of an employee.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

The method for analyzing the working state of the staff member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the working state analyzing step further comprises the steps of obtaining the whole situation of the staff member, the working content emphasis of the staff member and the efficiency analysis of the staff member.
6. A system for analyzing the working status of an employee, comprising:
the work information acquisition module is used for butting an information channel and extracting work information;
the information processing module is used for carrying out data management on the working information and acquiring structured working information;
the information processing module is used for processing the structured work information;
the index table acquisition module is used for acquiring daily work data and a key index table according to the processed structured work information;

8. The system for analyzing the working status of employees of claim 7 wherein an extensible interface is provided to adapt said information channel.

An apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of analyzing the working status of an employee according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
10. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method of analyzing the working status of an employee according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
