Vacuum generators are widely used in industrial automation in the fields of machinery, electronics, packaging, printing, plastics, robots, and the like.
However, since the operation principle of the vacuum generator in the prior art is that a certain pressure of air flow generates a flow siphon effect through the nozzle to generate a negative pressure, the nozzle is required to exhaust air all the time in the process, although the vacuum generator is provided with a silencer, the noise is still very large, generally reaching 75-90 decibels, and the vacuum generator can cause damage to human bodies for a long time in the environment.
In view of the above, there is a need to provide a vacuum generator with a sound-deadening function, which can effectively reduce the noise decibel of the vacuum generator by a simple method without affecting the actual negative pressure value of the vacuum generator.

Compared with the prior art, the vacuum generator with the silencing function has the advantages that the silencer is sleeved on the vacuum generator body, and the silencer comprises the silencing cylinder and the silencing filter cylinder, so that the noise decibel of the exhaust port is effectively reduced through the two sound insulation and noise reduction effects of the silencing cylinder and the silencing filter cylinder. In addition, the vacuum generator with the silencing function does not influence the actual negative pressure value of the vacuum generator.

a vacuum generator body 110, wherein the vacuum generator body 110 is internally provided with an air inlet 111, a nozzle 112, a diffusion chamber 113, a diffusion chamber 114, a vacuum port 115 and an exhaust port 116, wherein the air inlet 111 is arranged at one side of the vacuum generator body 110, the exhaust port 116 is arranged at the other side of the vacuum generator body 110, the nozzle 112, the diffusion chamber 113 and the diffusion chamber 114 are sequentially arranged between the air inlet 111 and the air inlet 111, the vacuum port 115 is arranged below the vacuum generator body 110, and the vacuum port 115 is communicated with the nozzle 112;
the muffler 120 includes a silencing filter cartridge 121 and a silencing cylinder 122, the silencing filter cartridge 121 is located on the inner wall of the silencing cylinder 122, and the muffler 120 is sleeved on the exhaust port 116 of the vacuum generator body 110.

In this embodiment, the noise reduction filter cylinder 121 is made of sound absorption cotton, the sound absorption cotton is composed of a plurality of flocculent fine fibers, and the fibers are wound together in a crisscross manner to present a plurality of fine gaps, so that noise at the exhaust port 116 can be effectively reduced.
In this embodiment, the silencing pot 122 is made of a hard paper cylinder.
In this embodiment, the silencing pot 122 has a diameter of 50 mm and a length of 150 mm.
In this embodiment, the outer wall of the silencing pot 122 is further wrapped with a layer of dust-free paper.
Referring to fig. 1, the operation principle of the vacuum generator 100 with noise reduction function is as follows, 1. firstly, a layer of noise reduction tube 122 is wrapped on the outer wall of the noise reduction filter cylinder 121, and then the noise reduction tube 122 is sleeved and fixed on the exhaust port 116 of the vacuum generator body 110; 2. when the compressed air is supplied to the air inlet 111, the compressed air is introduced into the nozzle 112; 3. the compressed air is throttled at the nozzle 112, released into the diffusion chamber 113 at high speed, expanded and then diffused and flows to the diffusion chamber 114; 4. the pressure of the diffusion chamber 113 is reduced by the high-speed flow of air, and the air of the vacuum port 115 flows into the diffusion chamber 113; 5. the air flowing into the vacuum port 115 flows out of the exhaust port 116 through the diffuser and diffuser chamber 114 together with the compressed air discharged from the nozzle 112; 6. the noise generated by the compressed air flowing out is subjected to the two sound insulation and noise reduction effects of the silencing cylinder 122 and the silencing filter cylinder 121, so that the noise decibel is effectively reduced.
Compared with the prior art, in the vacuum generator 100 with a sound-deadening function of the present invention, the sound-deadening cylinder 122 and the sound-deadening filter cylinder 121 are included in the sound-deadening cylinder 120, and the sound-deadening and noise-reducing effects of the sound-deadening cylinder 122 and the sound-deadening filter cylinder 121 are achieved to effectively reduce the noise decibel of the air outlet 116. In addition, the vacuum generator 100 with noise reduction function of the present invention does not affect the actual negative pressure value of the vacuum generator.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments by those skilled in the art based on the technical solution of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

1. A vacuum generator with a sound attenuation function, comprising:

4. The vacuum generator with noise reduction function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the noise reduction cylinder is made of a hard paper cylinder.
5. The vacuum generator with a noise reduction function according to claim 1, wherein the noise reduction cylinder has a diameter of 50 mm and a length of 150 mm.
6. The vacuum generator with noise reduction function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the noise reduction cylinder is further covered with a layer of dust-free paper.
