when a deformation joint device is installed:
(1) welding and fixing the upper layer of galvanized square pipe and the lower layer of galvanized square pipe;
(2) fixing an upper layer of inner cover plate and a lower layer of inner cover plate by lap-joint rivets, wherein the lap-joint length is 20-50 mm;
(3) the upper layer of outer cover plate is lapped with the lower layer of outer cover plate and then fixed by rivets, and the lapping length is 20 mm-50 mm;
s9 checking and cleaning; and (3) performing quality inspection after all the deformation joint devices are installed: the flat and straight appearance is required, the cover plate is sewn, the horizontal plane and the vertical plane of the cover plate are consistent with the surface layer of the wall decoration, and finished product protection is required before project delivery.
As a modification of the above construction method:
in step S3, the inner cover plate may be fixed to one side of the galvanized square pipe in advance and then installed together with the galvanized square pipe;
in step S4, when the deformation joint width is less than 300mm, the waterstop may also be installed together with the galvanized square pipe, and the galvanized square pipe is pressed and fixed;
in step S5, when the width of the deformation joint is less than 300mm, the heat-insulating layer can be directly filled into the deformation joint without being fixed by angle steel;

the outer cover plate comprises a left cover plate and a right cover plate, the left cover plate and the right cover plate are metal plates of L-shaped structures in the same structure and comprise transverse surfaces (31) and protruding surfaces (32) perpendicular to the transverse surfaces, the left cover plate and the right cover plate are symmetrically arranged and installed, the transverse surfaces of the left cover plate and the right cover plate respectively cover the surfaces of steel column wing plates of a left steel column and a right steel column and extend to cover the covering surface (51) of the inner cover plate, a gap is reserved between the two protruding surfaces (32) of the left cover plate and the right cover plate, and the steel wire meshes (2) respectively cover the outer surfaces of the left cover plate and the right cover plate and cover the edge seams of the lap joint of the surfaces of the left cover plate and;

galvanized square pipe symmetry is installed at left and right rectangle steel column web inboard, and left galvanized square pipe is installed at left rectangle steel column web inboard promptly, and the galvanized square pipe on right side is installed at the rectangle steel column web inboard on right side, galvanized square pipe or directly is connected with rectangle steel column web, or is connected with rectangle steel column web through transverse connection pipe (62), and galvanized square union coupling transverse connection pipe 62's one end promptly, transverse connection pipe's the other end and rectangle steel column web are connected.

the galvanized square pipe (61) is directly connected with the flange of the H-shaped steel column wing plate, or is connected with the flange of the H-shaped steel column wing plate and the H-shaped steel column web plate through a transverse connecting pipe (62), namely the galvanized square pipe is connected with one end of the transverse connecting pipe, and the other end of the transverse connecting pipe is connected with the H-shaped steel column web plate and the flange of the H-shaped steel column wing plate after being subjected to corner cutting.
