Abstract
The invention discloses a breathable and antibacterial bootleg fabric and an application process thereof. The bootleg prepared by compounding the bootleg fabric and the real leather in a multi-layer compounding manner has high air permeability, deodorization and bacteriostasis, and finally the prepared leather boot has good comfort and fit degree, is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, is not easy to fade, and has long service life.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bootie fabrics, in particular to a breathable and antibacterial bootleg fabric and an application process thereof.
Background
The existing bootleg generally adopts a single leather or artificial leather material, and the manufactured product has wind-proof and waterproof performances, but the wearing comfort and the fit degree of the inner lining are general, the air permeability is poor, and the wearing environment is hot and humid; meanwhile, the wear resistance of the outer surface of the manufactured product cannot meet the requirement of long-term wearing, the service life is short, and the color is easy to fade.

Further, the antibacterial and deodorant layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-5 parts of antibacterial casein, 0-5 parts of surfactant, 10-20 parts of lanolin, 10-30 parts of chitin fiber, 20-30 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan silver, 20-30 parts of silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide, 1-10 parts of N-octyl isothiazolinone, 1-10 parts of aqueous liquid resin, 0-10 parts of natural spice and 0-5 parts of diatom particles.
Further, the highlight solid color layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20-35 parts of cationic paraffin, 10-25 parts of a color fixing agent, 5-15 parts of castor oil, 1-10 parts of fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester, 10-20 parts of water-based polyurethane resin, 1-10 parts of a film forming agent, 10-20 parts of gloss oil and 1-5 parts of a hand feeling agent.
Furthermore, the thicknesses of the highlight color fixing layer and the antibacterial deodorization layer are both 0.05-0.1 mm.
An application process of a breathable and antibacterial bootleg fabric comprises the following specific operation steps:
1) cutting and molding the boot leg fabric to be used as an inner layer of the boot leg;
2) selecting leather, cutting and molding the leather to be used as the outer layer of the bootleg;
3) the inner layer and the outer layer of the boot leg are bonded together by glue by using a glue dispensing technology, and the boot leg is manufactured after being shaped by a boot vamp shaping machine;
4) the boot leg and the boot bottom are firstly glued and then sewn and fixed through the hemp thread, then the boot heel is glued and fixed through glue spraying equipment at the boot bottom, the glued part is clamped through the clamping rod, glue is dried through the air heater, and the finished leather boot is obtained after shaping.
Further, in the step 3), the positions where the inner layer and the outer layer are bonded by the glue are a plurality of discontinuous bonding points.
Further, the glue comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-25 parts of nano composite resin, 15-20 parts of bone glue, 20-30 parts of pectin, 2-3 parts of emulsifier, 10-20 parts of silica micropowder, 5-10 parts of dodecylamine, 3-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-2 parts of oxidized water, 5 parts of antioxidant and 30-50 parts of water.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the bootleg prepared by compounding the bootleg fabric and the real leather in a multi-layer compounding manner has high air permeability, deodorization and bacteriostasis, and finally the prepared leather boot has good comfort and fit degree, is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, is not easy to fade and has long service life;
2. the inorganic powder material has larger specific surface area, can effectively improve the air permeability of leather, and can also increase the wear resistance of the leather to a certain extent; the surfactant enables inorganic and organic powder materials to be better dispersed in the waterborne polyurethane resin, and can effectively improve the air permeability of leather;
3. the arrangement of the cloth base layer increases the skin affinity of the fabric, and improves the wearing comfort of leather boots;
4. the invention reduces the production cost of the leather boots by applying the dispensing technology in the process, and a space is left between the inner layer and the outer layer which are not bonded, thereby improving the comfort level of the boot leg and the leather boots;
5. the glue applied in the process has high strength and stable performance, does not need to be added with formaldehyde, and is environment-friendly and safe.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the breathable and antibacterial bootleg fabric comprises a fabric main body 1, wherein the fabric main body 1 comprises a wear-resistant leather layer 3, a reinforcing layer 4 and a cloth base layer 5 which are arranged from outside to inside in a hot-pressing compounding manner, a highlight and solid color layer 2 is compounded on the surface of the wear-resistant leather layer 3, and an antibacterial and deodorant layer 6 is coated on the inner side of the cloth base layer 5;
the enhancement layer 4 is a wear-resistant natural kraft fabric, the cloth base bottom layer 5 is a blended structure with staggered warps and wefts, the warps adopt bamboo fiber yarns, and the wefts adopt high-strength air textured yarns;
the wear-resistant leather layer 3 is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40 parts of leather fiber, 15 parts of inorganic powder material, 10 parts of collagen fiber, 10 parts of elastic fiber, 5 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 15 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin and 5 parts of surfactant;
the thickness of the antibacterial deodorizing layer 6 is 0.05mm, and the antibacterial deodorizing layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5 parts of antibacterial casein, 10 parts of wool fat, 25 parts of chitin fiber, 25 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan silver, 25 parts of silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide, 5 parts of N-octyl isothiazolinone and 5 parts of aqueous liquid resin;
the thickness of the highlight solid color layer 2 is 0.05mm, and the highlight solid color layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20 parts of cationic paraffin, 20 parts of a color fixing agent, 10 parts of castor oil, 10 parts of fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester, 10 parts of water-based polyurethane resin, 10 parts of a film forming agent, 15 parts of gloss oil and 5 parts of a hand feeling agent.
The process for applying the bootleg fabric to the leather boot manufacture comprises the following steps:
1) cutting and molding the boot leg fabric to be used as an inner layer of the boot leg;
2) selecting leather, cutting and molding the leather to be used as the outer layer of the bootleg;
3) the inner layer and the outer layer of the boot leg are bonded together by glue by using a glue dispensing technology, and the boot leg is manufactured after being shaped by a boot vamp shaping machine;
4) the boot leg and the boot bottom are firstly glued and then sewn and fixed through the hemp thread, then the boot heel is glued and fixed through glue spraying equipment at the boot bottom, the glued part is clamped through the clamping rod, glue is dried through the air heater, and the finished leather boot is obtained after shaping.
In the step 3), the adhesive dispensing technology is that the positions where the inner layer and the outer layer are adhered by the adhesive are a plurality of discontinuous adhesive points.
The glue comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-25 parts of nano composite resin, 15-20 parts of bone glue, 20-30 parts of pectin, 2-3 parts of emulsifier, 10-20 parts of silica micropowder, 5-10 parts of dodecylamine, 3-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-2 parts of oxidized water, 5 parts of antioxidant and 30-50 parts of water.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1, the breathable and antibacterial bootleg fabric comprises a fabric main body 1, wherein the fabric main body 1 comprises a wear-resistant leather layer 3, a reinforcing layer 4 and a cloth base layer 5 which are arranged from outside to inside in a hot-pressing compounding manner, a highlight and solid color layer 2 is compounded on the surface of the wear-resistant leather layer 3, and an antibacterial and deodorant layer 6 is coated on the inner side of the cloth base layer 5;
the enhancement layer 4 is a wear-resistant natural kraft fabric, the cloth base bottom layer 5 is a blended structure with staggered warps and wefts, the warps adopt coconut fiber, and the wefts adopt high-strength air textured yarns;
the wear-resistant leather layer 3 is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50 parts of leather fiber, 10 parts of inorganic powder material, 5 parts of collagen fiber, 15 parts of elastic fiber, 5 parts of graphene powder, 11 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin and 4 parts of surfactant;
the thickness of the antibacterial deodorizing layer 6 is 0.06mm, and the antibacterial deodorizing layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5 parts of surfactant, 15 parts of lanolin, 20 parts of chitin fiber, 20 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan silver, 20 parts of silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide, 5 parts of N-octyl isothiazolinone, 5 parts of natural perfume and 10 parts of aqueous liquid resin;
the thickness of the highlight solid color layer 2 is 0.06mm, and the highlight solid color layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25 parts of cationic paraffin, 15 parts of color fixing agent, 5 parts of castor oil, 5 parts of fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester, 15 parts of water-based polyurethane resin, 10 parts of film forming agent, 20 parts of gloss oil and 5 parts of hand feeling agent.
In this example, the application process of the bootleg fabric was the same as that of example 1.
Example 3

the wear-resistant leather layer 3 is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 65 parts of leather fiber, 10 parts of inorganic powder material, 5 parts of collagen fiber, 10 parts of elastic fiber, 5 parts of trinonyl trimellitate and 5 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin;
the thickness of the antibacterial deodorizing layer 6 is 0.08mm, and the antibacterial deodorizing layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5 parts of antibacterial casein, 5 parts of surfactant, 15 parts of lanolin, 10 parts of chitin fiber, 20 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan silver, 20 parts of silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide, 5 parts of N-octyl isothiazolinone, 5 parts of natural perfume, 5 parts of diatom particles and 10 parts of aqueous liquid resin;
the highlight color fixation layer 2 is 0.08mm in thickness and comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30 parts of cationic paraffin, 20 parts of a color fixing agent, 5 parts of castor oil, 5 parts of fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester, 10 parts of aqueous polyurethane resin, 5 parts of a film forming agent, 20 parts of gloss oil and 5 parts of a hand feeling agent.
