Example 2

A preparation method of an essence containing an aloe leaf extract comprises a base (1) and is characterized in that a first support frame is fixedly connected to the top of the base (1), a motor (9) is fixedly connected to the top of the first support frame, a first belt wheel is fixedly connected to one end of an output shaft of the motor (9), a second support frame is fixedly connected to the top of the base (1), a crushing barrel (7) is fixedly connected to one side of the second support frame, a feeding pipe is fixedly connected to the top of the crushing barrel (7), a plug is arranged in the feeding pipe, a mounting hole is formed in the top of the crushing barrel (7), a rotating barrel (32) is movably connected in the mounting hole, a second belt wheel is fixedly connected to one side of the rotating barrel (32), a crushing belt (8) is arranged between the second belt wheel and the first belt wheel, and a plurality of crushing cutters (31) are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the circumference of the top of the rotating barrel (32), a plurality of stirring rods (33) are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the circumference of the bottom of the rotating cylinder (32), a connecting ring (30) is arranged at the top of the rotating cylinder (32), a clamping groove is formed in one side of the connecting ring (30), a guide rod (26) is arranged in the rotating cylinder (32), a pressing disc (27) is arranged on one side of the guide rod (26), a spring (28) is arranged on one side of the guide rod (26), a connecting block (29) is arranged on one side of the guide rod (26), the connecting block (29) is clamped with the clamping groove, one end of the spring (28) is fixedly connected with one side of the pressing disc (27), the other end of the spring (28) is fixedly connected with one side of the connecting block (29), a sliding groove is formed in one side of the guide rod (26), a sliding block is movably connected in the sliding groove, one side of the sliding block is fixedly connected with the inner wall of one side of the pressing disc (27), and a grinding disc (34) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the guide rod (26), a grinding groove is formed in the circumferential inner wall of the bottom of the crushing barrel (7), a discharging pipe is fixedly connected to the bottom of the crushing barrel (7), a water pump (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the base (1), a water tank (18) is fixedly connected to the top of the base (1), a connecting pipe is fixedly connected to one side of the water tank (18), the other end of the connecting pipe is communicated with one end of a water inlet of the water pump (2), a water inlet pipe (3) is fixedly connected to one end of a water outlet of the water pump (2), the other end of the water inlet pipe (3) is communicated with the crushing barrel (7), a mounting seat is fixedly connected to the top of the base (1), and a buzzer (4) and a processor (5) are fixedly connected to the top of the mounting seat;

when the aloe crushing machine is prepared, firstly, aloe is put into a crushing barrel (7) from a feeding pipe, then, a processor (5) controls a motor (9) to be started, a first belt wheel is driven to rotate by the motor (9), a second belt wheel is driven to rotate by a crushing belt (8) so as to drive a rotating barrel (32) to rotate, a crushing cutter (31) is driven to rotate to perform crushing work on aloe, meanwhile, a stirring rod (33) is driven by the rotating barrel (32) to rotate so as to stir the aloe, so that the aloe is sufficiently crushed, then the processor (5) controls the motor (9) to rotate for time, when the time is up, the processor (5) controls the motor to stop rotating, a buzzer (4) gives an alarm, then, under the action of a water pump (2), the water in a water tank (18) is pumped into and discharged from a water pipe (11) through a connecting pipe, then the aloe powder is conveyed into a crushing cylinder (7), meanwhile, a pressing disc (27) is pushed downwards, a sliding block slides in a sliding groove under the driving of the pressing disc (27), a connecting block (29) is clamped in a clamping groove under the matching of a spring (28), so that a guide rod (26) and a rotating cylinder (32) rotate together, a grinding disc (34) is further driven to rotate, the aloe is ground under the matching of a grinding groove, the mixed liquid of the water and the aloe is conveyed into a heating cylinder (12) through a water outlet pipe (11), then the aloe powder is heated through a heating rod (20), the temperature in the heating cylinder (12) is controlled under the matching of a processor (5) and a temperature sensor (21), the heated mixed liquid of the water and the aloe is changed into water vapor to be discharged from an air outlet pipe, the aloe raw liquid is conveyed into an adjusting cylinder (17) from a conveying pipe to be prepared after being cooled, then, the tranexamic acid is put into the adjusting cylinder (17) through the feeding pipe to fully react with the aloe stock solution, when the PH sensor (25) detects that the solution in the adjusting cylinder (17) is acidic, the information is transmitted to the processor (5) to be processed, then the processor (5) opens the second electromagnetic valve, the alkali solution flows into the adjusting cylinder (17) through the first adjusting pipe (16) to be neutralized in acid and alkali, when the PH sensor (25) detects that the solution in the adjusting cylinder (17) is alkaline, the information is transmitted to the processor (5) to be processed, then the processor (5) opens the third electromagnetic valve, the acid solution flows into the adjusting cylinder (17) through the second adjusting pipe to be neutralized in acid and alkali, the manual valve (24) is manually opened, and the prepared essence liquid is led out from the leading-out pipe.
