The driving motor 41 is fixedly installed on the support frame 1, and the driving end of the driving motor 41 is connected with the transmission gear 43, and the transmission gear 43 can be driven to rotate by the driving motor 41. The transmission gear 43 is meshed with the transmission rack 42, so that when the transmission gear 43 rotates under the driving of the driving motor 41, the transmission rack 42 can move back and forth through the meshing transmission of the transmission gear 43 and the transmission rack 42, and the lower leg support structure 6 is driven to move back and forth along with the transmission; when a patient sits on the cushion 2 and fixes the lower leg and the lower leg supporting structure 6, the knee joint of the patient can slide back and forth under the action of the lower leg supporting structure through the back and forth movement of the lower leg supporting structure 6, so that the loosening movement of the knee joint of the patient is realized, and the basic normal mobility of the knee joint is improved.
In this embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the seat cushion 2 is pivotally connected to the supporting frame 1; the rear end of the cushion 2 is pivoted with the support frame 1, so that the cushion 2 can rotate for a preset angle around the pivoting end, and meanwhile, the front end of the cushion 2 is lifted away from the support frame 1 for a preset height. The knee joint adhesion and release device further comprises a second driving device 5, and the second driving device 5 is used for driving the seat cushion 2 to rotate so as to enable the front end of the seat cushion 2 to be lifted away from the support frame 1; preferably, the second driving device 5 is a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder. Second drive device 5 installs in the below of cushion 2, and second drive device 5's stiff end and the pivot joint of support frame 1, the expansion end of second drive device 5 and the front end pivot joint of cushion 2 to when second drive device 5's expansion end extension or when contracting, can drive cushion 2 and rotate, make the front end of cushion 2 lift from support frame 1 or fall back again on the support frame 1. When a patient sits on the cushion 2 and fixes the lower leg of the patient and the lower leg supporting structure 6, the front end of the cushion 2 is driven to lift away from the supporting frame 1 by a preset height through the second driving device 5, so that the cushion 2 rotates, the knee joint of the patient can be pulled open along the longitudinal axis under the action of the cushion 2, the long axis drafting of the knee joint of the patient is realized, and the basic normal activity of the knee joint is improved.
Therefore, when the knee joint adhesion and release device is used for treating the knee joint of a patient, the mechanical force provided by the first driving device 4 and the second driving device 5 can enable the knee joint of the patient to slide back and forth and vertically draft the knee joint of the patient, so that the knee joint of the patient can move loosely, and the basic normal mobility of the knee joint of the patient is improved; meanwhile, the mechanical force provided by the first driving device 4 and the second driving device 5 replaces the traditional manual therapy of a rehabilitation therapist, and the defect that the knee joint of the manual therapy of the rehabilitation therapist is not in place can be overcome.
In this embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a lower leg strap 61 is provided on the lower leg support structure 6, and the lower leg of the patient can be bound with the lower leg support structure 6 by the lower leg strap 61; preferably, the number of the lower leg straps 61 is multiple, and the multiple lower leg straps 61 are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the lower leg support structure 6, i.e. the length direction of the lower leg of the patient, so that the lower leg of the patient can be more stably bound on the lower leg support structure 6 during the treatment process.
Preferably, be provided with thigh bandage 21 on the cushion 2, the quantity of thigh bandage 21 is two, and two thigh bandages 21 are along the width direction of cushion 2 side by side interval distribution, can bind respectively two thighs about patient through two thigh bandages 21 to bind patient's thigh on cushion 2.
Therefore, when the first driving device 4 drives the lower leg support structure 6 and the lower leg to move back and forth, the lower leg can be stably fixed on the lower leg support structure 6 through the lower leg strap 61, so that the lower leg support structure 6 can act on the knee joint of a patient to realize the back and forth sliding of the knee joint; the thigh bandage 21 binds the thigh of the patient on the cushion 2, so as to avoid the knee joint from moving in place due to compensated movement of the thigh when the knee joint slides forwards and backwards. Similarly, when the second driving device 5 drives the thighs to lift, the thighs of the patient are stably bound on the cushion 2 through the thigh straps 21, so that the cushion 2 can act on the knee joints of the patient, and the vertical stretching of the knee joints of the patient is realized; the binding of the calf bandage 61 to the calf also avoids the knee joint from moving out of position due to the compensatory movement of the calf in the process of vertically stretching the knee joint.
In one embodiment of the present application, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the number of the lower leg support structures 6 is two, and the two lower leg support structures 6 are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the seat cushion 2, so that the two lower legs of the patient can abut against the two lower leg support structures 6, respectively, when the patient is seated on the seat cushion 2. The number of the first driving devices 4 is also two, and the two first driving devices 4 correspond to the two lower leg support structures 6 one by one, so that the two first driving devices 4 can respectively drive the motion of the two lower leg support structures 6, and different treatment schemes can be implemented according to different conditions of two knee joints of a patient.
In one embodiment of the present application, preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the rear end of the transmission rack 42 is provided with a stop block 44, and when the transmission rack 42 moves forward by a predetermined distance, the stop block 44 can abut against the side wall of the sliding chute 11 to prevent the transmission rack 42 from moving forward; a limitation of the distance traveled by the drive rack 42, i.e. of the lower leg support 6, is thereby achieved by the stop 44.
Preferably, the connection of backstop 44 and driving rack 42 is for dismantling the connection, backstop 44 is connected with driving rack 42 through the fastener, thereby can adjust the position of backstop 44 on driving rack 42, with the distance between adjustment backstop 44 and the slide rail, and then realize the regulation to driving rack 42 and shank bearing structure 6 displacement distance, can be according to the different situation of patient's knee joint, adjust the gliding distance in knee joint front and back, avoid the too big injury to patient's knee joint of displacement distance, also avoid simultaneously moving the distance undersize and make patient's knee joint not in place.
In one embodiment of the present application, the connection between the lower leg support structure 6 and the drive rack 42 is a rotational connection so that the angle between the lower leg support structure 6 and the seat cushion 2 can be adjusted to allow the patient to place the lower leg at a desired angle on the lower leg support structure 6.
