Abstract
The invention discloses a book returning device and a control method thereof, which are applied to the field of book borrowing and returning equipment, wherein the device comprises a device shell, the device shell comprises a book returning opening arranged on the front side and a book outlet arranged on the back side or the bottom side of the device shell; the inner box is arranged in the device shell in a turnover mode and is provided with an inner cavity; the driving device is used for driving the inner box to turn over; a sensor for detecting an obstacle; a first button disposed on a front surface of the device case; the controller is used for controlling the driving device to drive the inner box to be turned to a first preset position under the condition that the sensor detects the obstacle, so that the book returning opening is communicated with the inner cavity of the inner box, and after the first button is triggered, the driving device is controlled to drive the inner box to be turned to a second preset position so that books in the inner box can be unloaded through the book outlet. The invention is further described with reference to the drawings and the specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment discloses a book returning apparatus including an apparatus case 100, an inner case 106, a driving apparatus, a sensor, a first button 102, and a controller.
The device shell 100 comprises a book return opening 101 arranged on the front side and a book outlet opening arranged on the back side or the bottom side of the device shell 100;
an inner box 106 which is arranged inside the device shell 100 in a reversible way, wherein the inner box 106 is provided with an inner cavity;

acquiring a detection signal of the sensor;
under the condition that the detection signal represents that the obstacle is detected, the driving device is controlled to drive the inner box to overturn to a first preset position so as to enable the book returning opening to be communicated with the inner cavity of the inner box,
detecting a state of the first button;
when the first button is triggered, the driving device is controlled to drive the inner box to turn over to a second preset position so as to unload the books in the inner box through the book outlet.

The control method of a book conveyor according to claim 9, characterized in that: the book checking device comprises an inner box, a book returning device and a prompting module, wherein the inner box is provided with a checking antenna for checking books in the inner box, and the book returning device also comprises a second button and the prompting module;
after the first button is triggered, control drive arrangement drive the inner box upset to second preset position in order to pass through the books in the inner box and go out the unloading of book mouth, include:
when the inner box is located at a first preset position and a first button is triggered, controlling the driving device to drive the inner box to turn over from the first preset position to a third preset position so as to maintain the book in the inner box in the inner cavity of the inner box;
when the inner box is located at a third preset position and the first button is triggered, controlling the driving device to drive the inner box to turn over from the third preset position to the second preset position so as to unload the books in the inner box through the book outlet;
the method further comprises the steps of:
when the inner box is located at a third preset position, controlling the checking antenna to perform checking to obtain a checking result;
controlling the prompt module to generate information representing the checking result;
and under the condition that the inner box is at a third preset position and the second button is triggered, controlling the driving device to drive the inner box to overturn from the third preset position to a first preset position.
