When the server moves, the condenser 6 cools the outside air and then sends the outside air into the ventilation chamber 8, the filter 7 can filter the entering air, the activated carbon is matched to remove dust in the air, the dust is prevented from entering the inside of the server along with air circulation, meanwhile, the external driving motor drives the driving shaft 9 to rotate, the driving shaft 9 drives the adjusting runner to rotate, the adjusting runner is installed in an inclined mode, the rotating runner 5 is driven to rotate in an inclined mode, when the rear end of the rotating runner 5 moves downwards in an inclined mode, cold air in the ventilation chamber is sucked, when the front end of the rotating runner 5 moves upwards in an inclined mode, cold air in the suction direction is pushed into the heat dissipation chamber 4, the temperature of the inside of the server is lowered, the cold air can be sent into the heat dissipation chamber 4 in a circulating mode to cool the server, the heat dissipation efficiency is greatly improved compared with the common fan.
