Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, an Application (APP) capable of playing audio or video content on a mobile terminal is referred to as an audio/video application, such as applications of migu music, migu video, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an audio/video playing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the audio/video playing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention is applied to an audio/video application, and the method includes:
step 101, according to a travel route of a user in a first period, determining a network unstable area in the travel route.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user is a user of the mobile terminal, and the user can use various applications including audio and video applications on the mobile terminal.
The first period is a time period after the current time, and the current time is the time when the audio and video playing method provided by the embodiment of the invention starts to be used. For example, when the user starts to use the audio/video playing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention at 7 am of a certain day, the time period from 7 am of the day to 12 am (the expected end time of a trip of the user on the day) of the user may be set as the first period. As a preferred implementation, the first period should be close to the current time, and those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the longer the first period is from the current time, the greater the deviation in the accuracy of the subsequent prediction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the travel route of the user in the first period is information known in advance, and in other embodiments of the present invention, a process of generating the travel route of the user in the first period will be described.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the network unstable area includes: areas without network signal coverage or areas with network signal strength less than a preset network signal strength threshold.
Determining the network instability area within the trip route can be accomplished based on existing information. For example, it is known from the geographical information that there is a tunnel in a certain travel route, and the area where the tunnel is located may be regarded as a network unstable area in the travel route. For another example, according to the historical flag information of the user, it is known that a network signal in a certain area on a certain travel route is unstable (for example, in an area where the mobile station is not covered or coverage is not effective), and this area can be used as a network unstable area in the travel route.
After determining the network unstable area, the location information of the network unstable area can be obtained.
102, obtaining the predicted time when the user enters the network unstable area and the predicted time when the user passes through the network unstable area according to the travel route of the user in the first period, the moving speed of the user at the current time and the position of the user at the current time.
The travel route of the user in the first period is information known in advance.
The moving speed of the user at the current moment can be obtained by calling an acceleration sensor on the mobile terminal.
The position of the user at the current moment can be obtained through a positioning module on the mobile terminal, such as a GPS module and/or a Beidou module of the mobile terminal.
After the network unstable area is determined, the position information of the network unstable area is a known value, so that the distance between the current time of the user and the network unstable area on the travel route can be obtained by combining the current position of the user and the travel route of the user in the first period, and further, according to the current moving speed of the user, the time required by the user to reach the network unstable area is predicted. And the moment when the user enters the network unstable area can be predicted and obtained by combining the current moment.
Similarly, the time duration for the user to pass through the network unstable area can be calculated.
It should be noted that the moving speed of the user is usually a variation, and the position of the user is also a variation, and is not necessarily changed as predicted, so in practical applications, this step may be performed multiple times, so that the predicted time value when the user enters the network unstable area and the predicted time value when the user passes through the network unstable area are close to the actual value.
For example, in one example, if the audio-video application determines that there is a tunnel with a length of 20km (the tunnel is a "network unstable area") at a distance of 100km from the current location of the user and the moving speed of the train in which the user is currently riding is 100km/h, the audio-video application may determine that the user will enter the "network unstable area" one hour later and that it takes 12 minutes to pass through the "network unstable area".
And 103, storing the content in advance according to the predicted time of the user passing through the network unstable area before the user enters the predicted time of the network unstable area.
In the previous step, the predicted time when the user enters the network unstable area and the predicted time duration when the user passes through the network unstable area are obtained. In this step, the content to be played is pre-stored before the predicted time, so as to ensure that the user can enjoy the pre-stored content within the predicted time duration of the unstable area of the network, without downloading the content to be enjoyed in real time by means of the network.
For example, in one example, the audio-video application determines that the user will enter the network unstable area after 30 minutes (i.e., 30 minutes at 15 pm) at 15 pm, and the application may pre-store the relevant content for the user according to the predicted duration of the user passing through the network unstable area 10 minutes before the user enters the network unstable area (i.e., 20 minutes at 15 pm). If the predicted time period for the user to pass through the network unstable area is 20 minutes, the content of 30 minutes (from the time point 15, 20 minutes, when the user starts downloading, to the time point 15, 50 minutes, when the user passes through the network unstable area) may be stored in advance.
When the related content is stored in advance, there may be different implementations according to the category of the stored content.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that some types of audio-video programs feature a single program with a relatively short duration, such as a single song typically having a duration of about 3-5 minutes, or a short video typically having a duration of less than 5 minutes. In the embodiment of the present invention, the audio/video programs with short duration (for example, the playing duration is less than or equal to the preset playing duration threshold) are recorded as the first audio/video programs, when the related content is stored in advance, a plurality of first audio/video programs can be selected from the currently playing audio/video program list for storage, and the total playing duration of the plurality of first audio/video programs is greater than or equal to the predicted duration.
For example, in one example, the music application may select a number of songs from the list of songs currently being played that have a total play duration greater than or equal to the duration of the "network unstable area" for caching. In another example, the music application may intelligently recommend songs for the user that are relevant to the current location or schedule based on information such as the current location or schedule of the user, and cache the songs for the user according to the playing duration. Therefore, the problem that the user cannot smoothly listen to the music due to poor network conditions after the user enters the 'network unstable area' is solved.
Some types of audio-video programs have the characteristic that the duration of a single program is long, for example, the duration of a television series is generally 45 minutes, and the duration of a movie is generally more than 90 minutes. In the embodiment of the present invention, the audio/video programs with longer duration (for example, the playing duration is greater than the preset playing duration threshold) are marked as second audio/video programs, and when the related content is stored in advance, the unplayed content of the second audio/video program currently being played is stored, and the duration of the stored unplayed content of the second audio/video program is greater than or equal to the predicted duration.
For example, in another example, a video playback application is currently playing a program such as a movie, a television show, a variety, etc. Because the programs are generally long in duration and the preceding and following contents in the programs have continuity, when the related contents are stored in advance, the contents with the long duration need to be stored, so that the user can enjoy the pre-stored contents in the predicted duration through the unstable area of the network without downloading the contents to be enjoyed in real time by means of the network. If the unplayed time length of the currently played program cannot meet the pre-stored requirement, the content of the related program (such as the next episode in the television show, the next period of the entertainment program, the same type of movie and the like) of the currently played program can be pre-stored.
And 104, when the user passes through the unstable network area, playing according to the pre-stored content.
In the previous step, the content to be played has been previously stored before the user enters the network unstable area. In this step, when the user passes through the unstable area of the network, the content can be played according to the pre-stored content.
The audio and video playing method provided by the embodiment of the invention predicts the time and duration of the user passing through the network unstable area according to the travel route of the user, and further stores the content to be played in advance, so that the content to be played can be continuously played according to the pre-stored content to be played when the user passes through the network unstable area, the phenomena of playing jam, stop and the like caused by poor network signals are avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
and determining the travel route of the user in the first period according to the traffic mode information of the user in the first period and the travel information of the user in the first period.
The traffic mode information of the user is used for describing the mode of travel of the user. Such as airplanes, trains, ships, automobiles, and walking, etc. In the embodiment of the present invention, the traffic mode information of the user in the first period is a known value, and the specific acquisition mode may be various, for example, the user manually sets the traffic mode information, and the determination is performed according to the moving speed and the geographic position of the user. In the embodiment of the invention, the acquisition process of the traffic mode information of the user in the first period is not limited. In other embodiments of the present invention, the process of acquiring the transportation mode information of the user in the first period will be further described.
The trip information of the user in the first period is used for describing the trip of the user in the first period, such as the shift of the train taken by the user. In the embodiment of the present invention, the trip information of the user in the first period is a known value, and the specific obtaining manner may be various, for example, the user manually sets the trip information, and obtains the trip information through information stored in other applications in the mobile terminal. In the embodiment of the present invention, the process of acquiring the trip information of the user in the first period is not limited. In other embodiments of the present invention, a process of acquiring the trip information of the user in the first period will be described.
The user's journey described by the journey information of the first period does not necessarily accord with the user's real journey, so in the embodiment of the invention, the traffic mode information of the user in the first period and the journey information of the user in the first period need to be compared; and when the travel information of the user in the first period is determined to be correct information according to the comparison result, determining the travel route of the user in the first period according to the travel information of the user in the first period.
For example, it is known that the transportation mode information of the user in the first period is a train, and the trip information of the user in the first period describes that the user will take a high-speed train with the train number of G1, and the information of the train number of G1 can be used as the trip route of the user in the first period after comparison finds that the information of the train number and the trip information can be matched.
For another example, if the traffic mode information of the user in the first period is an airplane, the travel information of the user in the first period describes that the user can board a high-speed train with the train number of G1, and the information of the two is found to be inconsistent through comparison, the actual traffic mode of the user in the first period is determined according to the determination probability of the traffic mode information of the user in the first period, and then the travel route of the user in the first period is determined. Still taking the previous example as an example, the probability that the transportation mode of the user in the first period is the airplane is 90%, the probability is compared with the preset threshold value, and if the preset threshold value is 80%, the actual transportation mode of the user in the first period is consistent with the transportation mode information, or the user is the airplane; the probability that the transportation mode of the user in the first period is the airplane is 60%, and the preset threshold value is 80%, so that the actual transportation mode of the user in the first period is not consistent with the transportation mode information, and the actual transportation mode of the user in the first period is the high-speed train with the train number of G1 by referring to the travel information of the user in the first period. In other embodiments of the present invention, a process of generating the transportation means information of the user in the first period and the determination probability thereof will be described.
According to the audio and video playing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the travel route of the user in the first period can be determined according to the traffic mode information and the travel information of the user in the first period, so that the time and duration of the user passing through the network unstable area are predicted according to the travel route of the user, the content to be played is stored in advance, the content to be played can be continuously played according to the pre-stored content to be played when the user passes through the network unstable area, the phenomena of playing jam, stop and the like caused by poor network signals are avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
determining the traffic mode of the user at the current moment according to the moving speed of the user at the current moment and the position of the user at the current moment;
and taking the traffic mode of the user at the current moment as the traffic mode of the user in the first period.
In the embodiment of the invention, the moving speed of the user at the current moment can be obtained by calling the acceleration sensor on the mobile terminal.
The position of the user at the current moment can be obtained through a positioning module on the mobile terminal, such as a GPS module and/or a Beidou module of the mobile terminal. The information of the current position of the user obtained by the positioning module on the mobile terminal is longitude and latitude information of the position of the user, and the information of the current position of the user can further comprise regional information of the current position of the user by combining map information, such as whether the user is in a road region, a railway region or a sea region. The map information can be acquired through a map application in the mobile terminal.
And determining the traffic mode of the user at the current moment through a preset traffic mode judgment rule based on the moving speed of the user at the current moment and the position of the user at the current moment.
An example of the predetermined traffic pattern determination rule is:
rule a: when the current position of the user is in a street, a park or a periphery and the current moving speed is within a first speed interval, determining that the current traffic mode of the user is walking;
rule b: when the current position of the user is in the street, the park or the periphery and the current moving speed is in the second speed interval, determining the current traffic mode of the user to be running;
rule c: the current position of the user is located in a national road and an expressway, and when the current moving speed is within a third speed interval, the current traffic mode of the user is determined to be driving an automobile;
rule d: when the current position of the user is in the railway area and the current moving speed is in the fourth speed interval, determining that the current traffic mode of the user is a train;
rule e: and when the current position of the user is in the ocean area and the current moving speed is in the fifth speed interval, determining that the current transportation mode of the user is a ship.
The specific value range of the first speed interval to the fifth speed interval in the above rule can be set according to the actual situation.
The traffic mode determination rule is not limited to the above, and the determination rule may be adjusted according to an actual situation in an actual application.
As an alternative implementation manner, when determining the transportation mode of the user in the first period, the determination probability of the transportation mode may also be given at the same time. For example, in some cases, the area where the user's current location is located is not clear, and if the user's speed at the current time is 140km/h, a probability distribution can be given at the time of judgment, such as 30% probability of driving a car, 65% probability of train, and 5% probability of airplane before/after takeoff.
According to the audio and video playing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the traffic mode of the user can be automatically determined according to the moving speed and the position of the user, and then the travel route of the user in the first period is determined, so that the time and duration of the user passing through the network unstable area are predicted according to the travel route of the user, the content to be played is stored in advance, the user can continuously play according to the pre-stored content to be played when passing through the network unstable area, the phenomena of pause, stop and the like of playing caused by poor network signals are avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
and calling an application related to the journey to acquire the journey information of the user in the first period.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the application related to the itinerary refers to an application related to an itinerary of the user, which is installed on the mobile terminal of the user.
Specifically, the travel-related applications include ticket-purchasing applications, travel-related applications, and schedule-related applications.
For example, the user records a schedule of a certain day in a calendar application of the mobile terminal as "take a ride of G1 to go to the sea today", calls the calendar application, and can determine that the trip information of the user during the first period (assuming that the first period is a time period during which the G1 train travels) is "take a ride of G1 to go to the sea".
For another example, the user purchases the ticket of G1 through the ticket purchasing application (e.g., 12306) of the mobile terminal and does not cancel it. Since the ticket includes information on the train number, destination, departure time, and the like, the ticket purchasing application is invoked to determine that the trip information of the user in the first period (assuming that the first period is one time period during the travel of the G1 train) is "take G1 to go to the sea".
According to the audio and video playing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the travel information of the user can be automatically obtained by calling the information of the travel-related application in the mobile terminal, and then the travel route of the user in the first period is determined, so that the time and duration of the user passing through the unstable area of the network are predicted according to the travel route of the user, the content to be played is stored in advance, the user can continuously play according to the pre-stored content to be played when the user passes through the unstable area of the network, the phenomena of pause, stop and the like of playing caused by poor network signals are avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an audio/video playing device provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the audio/video playing device provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
