Claims (10)

1. An auxiliary device for installing a fixed contact of a tension spring type isolating switch is characterized by comprising a fixing component and an executing component; the fixing assembly comprises vertical side supporting frames (1), horizontal transverse plates (2) are respectively arranged on opposite sides of each side supporting frame (1), a horizontal positioning plate (3) is arranged between the two transverse plates (2), a supporting shaft (6) is arranged on one side, far away from the side supporting frames (1), of each positioning plate (3), and two ends of each supporting shaft (6) are respectively installed on the two transverse plates (2); an auxiliary positioning mechanism (5) is arranged on the side support frame (1), the auxiliary positioning mechanism (5) comprises a supporting part (54), and an arc-shaped surface which is convex outwards is arranged on one side, close to the positioning plate (3), of the supporting part (54); the executing assembly comprises a pressing plate (7), one end of the pressing plate (7) is bent to form a bending part matched with the supporting shaft (6), and the other end of the pressing plate is provided with a torque rod (8).

The static contact mounting auxiliary device of the tension spring type disconnecting switch according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary positioning mechanism (5) comprises a sliding base (51), a slot (52) is formed in the sliding base (51), and the supporting portion (54) is arranged in the slot (52); the sliding seat (51) is provided with a threaded hole (53), the side support frame (1) is provided with a vertical sliding groove (4), and a positioning bolt (56) penetrates through the sliding groove (4) and is rotatably connected with the threaded hole (53) for installation.
3. The tension spring type disconnecting switch static contact mounting auxiliary device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the arc-shaped surface of the supporting portion (54) is covered with a protective layer (55) of elastic rubber.

The device for assisting in mounting the fixed contact of the tension spring type disconnecting switch according to claim 1, wherein two ends of the positioning plate (3) are bent upwards to form side plates fixedly mounted with the transverse plate (2), the side plate on one side is horizontally and rotatably connected with an adjusting screw rod (34) in a penetrating manner, the outer end of the adjusting screw rod (34) penetrates through the transverse plate (2) on the corresponding side and is connected with a rotating handle (37), and the inner end of the adjusting screw rod (34) is provided with a push block (35); an adjusting push plate (31) parallel to the side plate is mounted on the positioning plate (3) through a guide assembly, and the push block (35) and the adjusting push plate (31) are arranged in a clinging mode.

The tension spring type disconnecting switch static contact mounting auxiliary device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the guide assembly comprises a transverse adjusting groove (32) arranged on the positioning plate (3), and a sliding block (33) matched with the adjusting groove (32) is arranged at the bottom of the adjusting push plate (31).

The tension spring type disconnecting switch static contact mounting auxiliary device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a cylindrical plugging portion (36) is arranged on one side of the push block (35) close to the adjusting push plate (31), and a circular hole matched with the plugging portion (36) is arranged on the adjusting push plate (31).

The device for assisting in mounting the fixed contact of the tension spring type disconnecting switch according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the push block (35) is made of a ferromagnetic material, the adjusting push plate (31) is made of a steel plate, and a sliding film layer (38) made of PVC is arranged on one side of the push block (35) close to the adjusting push plate (31).

The static contact mounting auxiliary device of the tension spring type disconnecting switch according to claim 1, wherein the direction of the torque rod (8) is consistent with the bending direction of the pressure plate (7), the included angle between the pressure plate (7) and the torque rod (8) is 90-120 degrees, and a cylindrical cushion block (10) is arranged on one side, away from the torque rod (8), of the pressure plate (7).

The device for assisting in mounting the fixed contact of the tension spring type disconnecting switch according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the side support frame (1) is connected with an auxiliary support mechanism (9) through a connecting plate (11), the bottom of the auxiliary support mechanism (9) is of a horizontal frame structure, and the upper part of the auxiliary support mechanism is connected with the transverse plate (2).
