Claims (10)

1. A regional brand authentication method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a blockchain platform which is created in advance based on a blockchain framework, wherein nodes in the blockchain platform comprise enterprise nodes and audit nodes;
determining information record of a brand to be authenticated by the enterprise node, wherein the brand to be authenticated comprises a product brand to be authenticated, a service brand to be authenticated and an enterprise brand to be authenticated;
the information record is checked for the first time through the checking node, and the first checking process is written into the block chain platform;
if the brand to be authenticated passes the first audit, determining brand authentication initiated by the enterprise node on the brand to be authenticated;
performing second audit on the brand authentication through the audit node, and writing the second audit process into the block chain platform;
if the brand passes the second audit, entering an announcement period, and writing announcement period information corresponding to the brand to be authenticated into the block chain platform;
and if the brand to be authenticated passes the public period, generating an authentication certificate, and writing the authentication certificate into the block chain platform.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein conducting a second audit of the brand authentication by the audit node comprises:
determining an authentication standard which is made by the auditing node and corresponds to the brand authentication;
determining a second audit performed by a certification authority on the brand certification based on the certification criteria, the certification authority assigned to the audit node.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the authentication criteria established by the auditing node for the brand authentication comprises:
determining an authentication type corresponding to the brand authentication, wherein the authentication type comprises at least one of a history type, a geographical type and an industry type;
and determining an authentication standard corresponding to the brand authentication, wherein the authentication standard is formulated by the auditing node based on the authentication type and the area range corresponding to the brand to be authenticated.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining the authentication criteria corresponding to the brand authentication comprises:
when the authentication type is the historical type, determining an authentication standard corresponding to the brand authentication based on at least one of historical generation time, historical duration, popularity and reputation;
when the authentication type is the geographic type, determining an authentication standard corresponding to the brand authentication based on at least one of brand authentication existing in a geographic range, association degree with the geographic range, popularity and reputation degree;
when the authentication type is the industry type, determining an authentication standard corresponding to the brand authentication based on at least one of the type of industry, the perfectness of an industry cluster, the publicity, the known name and the reputation.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
reading and displaying the first audit process, the second audit process and the public period information in a preset form based on a preset program, wherein the preset form comprises the following steps: at least one of a two-dimensional code, a display screen and a client.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the first audit of the information record by the audit node comprises:
determining a validity audit performed on the enterprise node, the validity audit being performed based on the enterprise information in the information record;
and if the brand passes the validity audit, determining similarity audit to be performed on the brand to be authenticated, wherein the similarity audit is performed on the basis of the information of the brand to be authenticated and historical authentication brands.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and generating corresponding intelligent contracts and deploying the intelligent contracts in the block chain platform, wherein the intelligent contracts comprise information filing intelligent contracts, auditing intelligent contracts, brand authentication intelligent contracts, public period intelligent contracts and authentication certificate intelligent contracts.

The method of claim 7, wherein the information docket intelligence contract is configured to: determining information record of a brand to be authenticated by the enterprise node, wherein the brand to be authenticated comprises a product brand to be authenticated, a service brand to be authenticated and an enterprise brand to be authenticated;
the audit intelligence contract is used for: determining a first audit, and writing a first audit process into the block chain platform;
the brand authentication intelligent contract is used for: determining brand authentication initiated by the enterprise node on the brand to be authenticated;
the audit intelligence contract is further for: determining a second audit, and writing the second audit process into the block chain platform;
the public period intelligent contract is used for: writing the public period information corresponding to the brand to be authenticated into the block chain platform;
the authentication credential smart contract is to: and generating an authentication certificate and writing the authentication certificate into the blockchain platform.
9. A regional brand authentication device based on a blockchain, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
