It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
With the increasing pace of social life and work, the affairs that users need to process are increasingly complicated, and schedule management is widely applied as an effective means for effectively and reasonably arranging the life and work affairs of users.
In conventional schedule management, a user typically updates schedule information in a schedule manually.
Taking the manual addition of the to-do schedule as an example, the user needs to fill in the specific to-do schedule in the specific time period under the specific date in the schedule. However, in practical applications, when a user has a repeated schedule to be completed every day, the user needs to manually enter the schedule repeatedly every day, so that the schedule management operation is cumbersome and the convenience is low.
Taking manual adjustment of the to-do schedule as an example, a user needs to find a specific date and a specific time period corresponding to the to-do schedule needing to be adjusted in the schedule, delete the to-do schedule in the specific time period, and refill the to-do schedule in the specific time period under the new specific date. When the user has a large number of schedules to be handled in one day, once one schedule to be handled cannot be completed in time and a plurality of schedules to be handled waiting to be completed are arranged behind the schedule to be handled, the user needs to manually adjust the schedules to be handled which are waiting to be completed respectively, so that the schedule management operation is complicated and the convenience is low.
Taking the manual adding of the schedule execution result as an example, after a to-do schedule is completed, a user needs to find the completed to-do schedule in the schedule, fill in the specific execution condition and the specific execution result of the to-do schedule, and simply remark the specific execution result to prevent the user from forgetting, when the user needs to complete a plurality of schedules every day, the user needs to repeatedly and manually update the schedule execution result of each completed schedule, so that the schedule management operation is complicated, and the convenience is low.
In summary, the operation of the existing schedule management method is cumbersome, and it is difficult to satisfy the requirements of the user on the flexibility and convenience of schedule management.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a schedule management method according to an embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments of the present application, the method illustrated in fig. 1 may be performed by an electronic device. The electronic device includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a wearable device, a pedometer, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the schedule management method may include:
s110, displaying a to-be-done schedule chain in a preset time period; the to-do schedule chain comprises at least two to-do schedules;
s120, receiving a first input of a user to a first to-do schedule in the at least two to-do schedules;
s130, responding to the first input, and acquiring a schedule execution result of the first to-be-processed schedule;
and S140, storing the schedule execution result and the first to-do schedule in an associated manner.
Specific implementations of the above steps will be described in detail below.
In the embodiment of the application, after a to-do schedule chain including at least two to-do schedules in a preset time period is displayed, a first input of a user to a first to-do schedule of the at least two to-do schedules is received, a schedule execution result of the first to-do schedule is obtained in response to the first input, and then the schedule execution result and the first to-do schedule are automatically associated and stored, so that schedule information of the to-do schedules can be automatically updated, the schedule information of the to-do schedules does not need to be manually updated by the user, the operation of schedule management is simplified, and the convenience of schedule management is improved.
Specific implementations of the above steps are described below.
In S110 of some embodiments of the present application, a to-do schedule chain composed of at least two to-do schedules may be displayed within a preset time period corresponding to the at least two to-do schedules, so that a user may complete each of the to-do schedules based on the to-do schedule chain.
FIG. 2 illustrates a diagram of a chain of todo schedules provided by an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the electronic device displays a to-do schedule chain, which may include a plurality of to-do schedules 201 arranged in an execution order, and each of the to-do schedules 201 is provided with a scheduled execution time length. The schedules 201 to be handled may include "breakfast" schedule, "working" schedule, "morning meeting" schedule, "finishing work" schedule, "research data" schedule, "lunch break" schedule, "design plan" schedule, "alignment discussion" schedule, and "dinner" schedule. Taking a "breakfast" schedule as an example, the scheduled execution time is 15 min.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device may first generate a to-do schedule chain based on at least two to-do schedules within a preset time period, and then display the to-do schedule chain.
Optionally, before S110, the schedule management method may further include:
acquiring at least two schedules to be dealt with in a preset time period;
and generating a to-do schedule chain in a preset time period according to the execution sequence of at least two to-do schedules and the plan execution duration of each to-do schedule.
Specifically, after obtaining at least two schedules to be handled within a preset time period, the electronic device can directly generate a schedule chain to be handled according to the execution sequence of the at least two schedules to be handled and the scheduled execution duration of each schedule to be handled, and display the generated schedule chain to be handled within the preset time period, without manually adding schedules to be handled in a schedule by a user, thereby simplifying the operation of schedule management and improving the convenience of schedule management.
In some embodiments of the present application, the obtaining of the at least two schedules to be handled within the preset time period may specifically include: the method comprises the steps of firstly, obtaining a plurality of preset schedules prestored in the electronic equipment, then displaying the obtained plurality of preset schedules, then receiving a fifth input of a user, and responding to the fifth input, and using the preset schedule selected by the fifth input as a to-do schedule.
In these embodiments, the scheduled execution time of the preset schedule may be an execution time preset by the electronic device.
In some embodiments, the fifth input may be a selection input and the preset schedule selected by the fifth input may be a preset schedule marked as a selected state by the fifth input.
In other embodiments, the fifth input may also be a delete input, and the preset schedule selected by the fifth input may be a preset schedule that is not deleted by the fifth input.
Specifically, the selection input and the deletion input may be implemented by a click operation, a double-click operation, a long-press operation, or the like, or may be a combination of at least two operations.
Fig. 3 shows a display interface diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 4 shows a display interface diagram of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, a plurality of preset schedules 301, for example, a "breakfast" schedule, a "morning meeting" schedule, a "lunch" schedule, and a "dinner" schedule, may be displayed in a display interface of the electronic device, and taking a fifth input as a selection input, where the selection input is implemented by a combination of a long-press operation and a click operation, for example, a user may first perform a long-press operation on any position of the display interface and make at least two preset schedules 301 in a selectable state, as shown in fig. 4, a first control 302 is displayed at a display position (for example, an upper right corner) corresponding to each preset schedule 301 in the selectable state, and the first control 302 may be a selection box for marking the preset schedule 301 in the selectable state. The user can click the selection box, so that the "√" mark appears in the clicked selection box, and the preset schedule 301 corresponding to the selection box is in a selected state. The user can also click on the selection box with the 'check mark' to hide the 'check mark' in the selection box and to make the preset schedule 301 corresponding to the selection box in an unselected state. Therefore, after the user operation is finished, for example, the user clicks a blank position of the display interface or the time length of the user not operating the display interface reaches a first preset time length, the electronic device can take the preset schedule marked as the selected state as the to-do schedule.
The first preset duration may be set as needed, and is not limited herein.
Fig. 5 shows a display interface diagram of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, a plurality of preset schedules 301, for example, a "breakfast" schedule, a "morning meeting" schedule, a "lunch" schedule, and a "dinner" schedule, may be displayed in a display interface of the electronic device, and taking a fifth input as a deletion input, where the deletion input is implemented by a click operation, a second control 303 is displayed at a display position (for example, an upper right corner) corresponding to each preset schedule 201, the second control 303 may be an "x" identifier, and a user may click the "x" identifier to delete the preset schedule 301 corresponding to the clicked "x" identifier. Therefore, after the user operation is finished, for example, the user clicks a blank position of the display interface or the time length of the user not operating the display interface reaches a first preset time length, the electronic device may use the non-deleted preset schedule as the to-do schedule.
The first preset duration may be set as needed, and is not limited herein.
Therefore, after a plurality of preset schedules are obtained, the schedules to be dealt with can be flexibly and quickly selected according to the needs of the user, and the convenience and flexibility of schedule management are improved.
In other embodiments of the present application, the obtaining of the at least two schedules to be handled within the preset time period may further specifically include:
acquiring a schedule chain template; the schedule chain template comprises at least one of a pre-stored first schedule chain template and a second schedule chain template sent by first target equipment, wherein the first schedule chain template is composed of at least one first schedule, and the second schedule chain template is composed of at least one second schedule;
and determining at least two schedules to be dealt with according to the schedules in the schedule chain template.
The first schedule chain template can be a daily schedule chain template preset by a user or a temporary schedule chain template preset by the user, wherein the daily schedule chain template comprises a daily schedule, and the temporary schedule chain template comprises a temporary schedule. The second schedule chain template may be a shared schedule chain template sent by other users through the first target device, where the shared schedule chain template includes a shared schedule.
In some embodiments of the present application, determining at least two schedules to be handled according to the schedules in the schedule chain template may specifically include:
displaying a schedule chain template; receiving a sixth input of the user; and responding to the sixth input, and taking the schedule in the schedule chain template selected by the sixth input as the to-do schedule.
The sixth input is similar to the fifth input, and is not described herein.
Therefore, after the schedule chain template is obtained, the to-do schedule can be flexibly and quickly selected according to the user requirement, and the convenience and flexibility of schedule management are improved.
In other embodiments of the present application, determining at least two schedules to be handled according to the schedules in the schedule chain template may further specifically include:
and taking the schedule in the schedule chain template as the to-do schedule.
Therefore, after the schedule chain template is acquired, the to-do schedule can be directly acquired, and the convenience of schedule management is improved.
In some embodiments, before obtaining the schedule chain template, the schedule management method may further include:
receiving a seventh input of the user;
responding to the seventh input, and acquiring at least one schedule input by the user and the plan execution time length of each schedule; wherein the at least one schedule comprises a daily schedule or a temporary schedule;
receiving an eighth input of the user;
determining an execution order of at least one schedule set by the user in response to the eighth input;
generating a first schedule chain template according to the execution sequence of at least one schedule and the plan execution duration of each schedule; if at least one schedule comprises a daily schedule, the first schedule chain template is a daily schedule chain template, and if at least one schedule comprises a temporary schedule, the first schedule chain template is a temporary schedule chain template;
and storing the first schedule chain template.
In this embodiment of the application, the seventh input may be used to input schedule information of at least one schedule, and at this time, the scheduled execution time of the schedule may be a scheduled time preset by the electronic device for schedules of different schedule contents. The seventh input may also be used to input schedule information for at least one schedule and a scheduled execution time for each schedule. Specifically, the schedule information may include at least one of text, voice, or image.
In this embodiment, the eighth input may be a user's input for sorting at least one schedule, which is not limited herein.
Taking at least one schedule input by a user as a daily schedule as an example, the electronic device may receive schedule information of the at least one daily schedule input by the user and a scheduled execution time of each daily schedule, then, the electronic device may receive a sorting input of the user to the at least one daily schedule, obtain a daily schedule sorting sequence formed according to the sorting input, determine a final sorting of an execution sequence of the at least one daily schedule by the user according to the daily schedule sorting sequence, and generate a daily schedule chain template according to the execution sequence of the at least one daily schedule and the scheduled execution time of each schedule.
Therefore, the first schedule chain template can be generated according to the needs of the user, and the convenience and the flexibility of schedule management are improved.
Therefore, by utilizing the characteristics of the linked list, according to the similarity of the schedules of the users every day (the similarity of the daily schedules), the schedule management of the users is abstracted on a one-dimensional linear time axis formed on the basis of the plan execution duration, the schedules are managed through the plan execution duration difference, the workload of arranging repeated daily schedules every day can be reduced, and meanwhile, the users are helped to manage own temporary schedules and shared schedules of other users more conveniently and flexibly.
Fig. 6 is a diagram illustrating a calendar chain template provided by an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, the schedule chain template includes a daily schedule chain template and a sharing schedule chain template. The daily schedule chain template can be a work template, and includes a plurality of daily schedules 601 arranged according to an execution sequence, and each daily schedule 601 is correspondingly provided with a scheduled execution time, taking a breakfast schedule as an example, the scheduled execution time is 15 min. The sharing schedule chain template may be a research template, and includes a plurality of sharing schedules 602 arranged according to an execution sequence, and each sharing schedule 602 is correspondingly provided with a plan execution time, taking a "research data" schedule as an example, the plan execution time is 120 min.
In further embodiments of the present application, the obtaining of at least two schedules to be handled within a preset time period may specifically include:
displaying at least one third schedule; the third schedule comprises an unfinished schedule in the last time period of the preset time period;
receiving a fourth input from the user;
and in response to the fourth input, taking the third schedule selected by the fourth input as the to-do schedule.
Specifically, the electronic device may acquire and display the third schedule, and then the user may select to continue to complete the third schedule or directly discard the third schedule as needed through a fourth input. The fourth input is similar to the fifth input, and is not described herein.
In this embodiment of the application, the incomplete schedule in the previous time period of the preset time period may be a to-do schedule that is not marked as a complete status at the end time of the previous time period. Taking one day as an example, the preset time period may be a current day, the previous time period may be a day before the current day, and the ending time of the previous time period may be 24:00 of the previous day, that is, if the schedule to be handled at 24:00 of the previous day is not marked as the completed state, on the current day, the electronic device may directly obtain the schedule to be handled that is not marked as the completed state, as the third schedule.
Thus, the intelligence of schedule management can be improved.
In some embodiments, the third schedule may further include a non-routine schedule among the uncompleted schedules in a previous time period of the preset time period.
Therefore, the daily schedule can be directly filtered, the repeated occurrence of the daily schedule is avoided, and the intelligence of schedule management is further improved.
Fig. 7 is a diagram illustrating a calendar chain template according to another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, the electronic device is displayed with a calendar chain template including a daily calendar chain template and a third calendar 603, which third calendar 603 may be a yesterday incomplete calendar. The third schedule 603 also has a corresponding scheduled execution time, for example, a "discussion alignment" schedule, the scheduled execution time is 60min, and the scheduled execution time may be the scheduled execution time originally set by the user.
In some embodiments of the present application, after obtaining at least two schedules to be handled within a preset time period, before generating a schedule chain within the preset time period according to an execution sequence of the at least two schedules to be handled and a scheduled execution time of each schedule to be handled, the schedule management method may include:
displaying at least two schedules to be dealt with;
receiving a ninth input of the user;
in response to the ninth input, an execution order of the at least two to-do schedules is determined.
The ninth input may be a sorting input of the at least two schedules to be handled by the user, which is not limited herein.
Therefore, the at least two schedules to be handled can be sequenced according to the needs of the user, so that the execution sequence of the at least two schedules to be handled is determined, and the flexibility of schedule management is improved.
In other embodiments of the present application, after obtaining at least two schedules to be handled within a preset time period, before generating a schedule chain within the preset time period according to an execution sequence of the at least two schedules to be handled and a scheduled execution time of each schedule to be handled, the schedule management method may include:
inserting the sharing schedule into at least two daily schedules according to a sequencing mark carried by the sharing schedule in at least two schedules to be handled to obtain a schedule sequencing sequence;
and according to the schedule sequencing sequence, the execution sequence of at least two schedules to be handled.
Specifically, in order to ensure that a plurality of users set the sharing schedules to be in the same time slot, when the first target device sends the sharing schedule chain template to the electronic device, each sharing schedule in the sharing schedule chain template may carry a sorting mark marked by another user. The sorting flag may be, for example, a flag of pre-lunch execution, post-lunch execution, or pre-dinner execution, and the sorting flag may also be, for example, a flag of morning execution or afternoon execution.
The electronic equipment can obtain the sequencing mark carried by each sharing schedule, insert the sequencing mark into corresponding positions of at least two daily schedules according to the sequencing mark and form a schedule sequencing sequence.
Therefore, the intelligence of schedule management can be further improved, and the schedule synchronization requirement among a plurality of users can be met.
In some embodiments of the present application, generating the to-do schedule chain in the preset time period according to the execution sequence of the at least two to-do schedules and the scheduled execution duration of each to-do schedule may specifically include: and generating a to-do schedule chain according to the execution sequence of at least two to-do schedules and the plan execution time of each to-do schedule based on a one-dimensional linear time axis.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the to-do schedule chain shown in fig. 2 is a schedule chain generated based on the daily schedule chain template and the sharing schedule chain template shown in fig. 6.
The above is a specific implementation of S110, and a specific implementation of S120 is described below.
In S120 of some embodiments of the present application, after the user completes a first to-do schedule, whether to associate the currently completed first to-do schedule with a schedule execution result may be selected, and if it is determined that the first to-do schedule is associated with a schedule execution result, the user may input a first input to the electronic device.
Alternatively, the first input may be for inputting at least one of storage path information, web page link information, application link information, picture information, text information, and voice information associated with a first to-do-schedule of the at least two to-do-schedules.
In S130 of some embodiments of the present application, the electronic device may, in response to the first input, take information input by the first input as a result of the schedule execution of the first to-do schedule.
Accordingly, the schedule execution result may include at least one of storage path information, web page link information, application link information, picture information, text information, and voice information.
In S140 of some embodiments of the present application, the electronic device may store the schedule execution result of the first to-do schedule in association with the first to-do schedule, so as to increase intelligence of schedule management.
For example, if the user completes a document when executing the first to-do schedule, the storage path information may be used as the schedule execution result, and then the document may be directly opened only by clicking the storage path information. For another example, if the user searches for the data on the internet while executing the first to-do schedule, the web page link information can be used as the schedule execution result, and then the user can directly access the data only by clicking the web page link information. For another example, when the user obtains the content owned by the middle of the application program when executing the first to-do schedule, the keyword and the application link information can be used as the schedule execution result, and subsequently, the electronic device can copy the keyword only by clicking the application link information, and jump to the application program, so that the user can search the content in the application program through the copied keyword. For another example, if the user records the post-meeting pending transactions arranged in the meeting while executing the first pending calendar, an image (e.g., a photo) in which the post-meeting pending transactions are recorded may be used as the calendar execution result, and the image may be directly viewed subsequently.
Therefore, the schedule execution result and the to-do schedule can be associated, and the user can conveniently backtrack scattered data through the to-do task in the future.
In some embodiments of the present application, after S140, the schedule management method may further include:
receiving a second input of the user;
and responding to the second input, and sending the first to-do schedule and the schedule execution result to the target object selected by the second input.
In particular, the second input may be an information sharing input. In some embodiments, a fifth control may be disposed at a display position corresponding to the schedule execution result, the fifth control may be an information sharing control, and the information sharing input may include a click operation on the information sharing control and a selection operation on the target object. In other embodiments, the information sharing input may be other operations as long as triggering of information sharing and selection of the target object are achieved.
After the electronic device receives the second input, the schedule execution result and the first to-do schedule may be transmitted to the target object selected by the second input in response to the second input.
The target object may be a user of a plurality of preset users in the electronic device, or may be a user other than the plurality of preset users, which is not limited herein.
The schedule execution result can be shared in real time, for example, the to-do schedule is filled with a certain material, after the user fills the material, the electronic device can obtain the schedule execution result of the to-do schedule, and the user can send the to-do schedule and the schedule execution result to the target object, so that the target object can be modified on the basis of the material corresponding to the schedule execution result.
