Description

Block chain-based programming skill evaluation method and device and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to an online examination method, in particular to a programming skill evaluation method and device based on a block chain and a storage medium.
Background
Computer software program development (called 'programming' for short) is a core activity for informationization, digitalization and intelligentization construction of various industries. It is estimated that there are currently about millions of computer software programmer developers (simply "programmers") throughout the country, with many large enterprises having thousands of programmers. However, the programming skills of programmers are different, so that a software development project is often out of control in progress, quality and cost, and the informatization, digitization and intellectualization construction are greatly hindered. There is a need for an efficient way to assess, authenticate and continuously track the skill level of managing a large number of programmers,
most businesses lack effective methods of programmer skill assessment and certification, and lack objective knowledge of the programmer's actual programming skill level. A few leading enterprises have internal skill evaluation and authentication systems and records, but the internal evaluation and authentication are strongly related to the working content, technical selection and other attributes of the enterprises, and do not have industrial universality. And the enterprises can not share the method and the result of the programming skill evaluation authentication with other enterprises, and continuous skill tracking management spanning multiple work positions and covering the whole career of the programmer cannot be formed.
Some technical vendors and training certification agencies provide assessment certification services for programming skills, such as the "oracle certification Java programmer" (OCJP) certification by oracle corporation, the "certified Scrum developer" certification by Scrum alliance, and so on. However, these certificates are concentrated on their professional fields, and many kinds of certificates are not intercommunicated with each other, so that it is still impossible to form a comprehensive tracking management of programmer's programming skills. And the certification has the general challenges of excessive issuance of certification and shrinking trust of a training institution, and how to prove the authenticity and the effectiveness of the certification is a general problem in the field of programming skill evaluation and certification.
