Description

Method, device, equipment and storage medium for detecting key output of touch key
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of touch keys, in particular to a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for detecting key output of a touch key.
Background
Touch keys may be classified into resistive touch keys and capacitive touch keys. The capacitive touch key does not need a human body to directly contact metal for detecting pressing, and has high safety, so that the capacitive touch key is widely applied to electronic equipment. For the capacitive touch key, when a finger of a human body approaches the capacitive touch key, a detection signal (such as a capacitance signal) generated by detecting a pressed metal of the capacitive touch key changes, and the electronic device can determine whether the capacitive touch key is pressed by a user according to the change condition of the detection signal.
With the development of touch technology, combined touch keys have been widely used. The combined touch key means that the corresponding function or operation is executed only when the set plurality of touch keys are pressed simultaneously. The inventors have found that the following drawbacks exist in the prior art in the process of implementing the present invention: when the electronic device includes a plurality of capacitive touch keys, due to the influence of factors such as hardware structural layout, key distance, metal medium of the electronic device, interference between the capacitive touch keys occurs, that is, when a user presses a certain capacitive touch key, the detection signals of the capacitive touch keys are changed, and other capacitive touch keys around the capacitive touch key are also changed. For example, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the change values of the detection signals of two touch keys when there is interference in the prior art. Referring to fig. 1, when one touch key is pressed by a user, a curve corresponding to a detection signal variation value of the touch key is shown as a line 1 on the left side in fig. 1, and at this time, a curve corresponding to a detection signal variation value of the other touch key due to the presence of interference is shown as a line 2 on the left side in fig. 1. When another touch key is pressed by the user, a curve corresponding to the change value of the detection signal corresponding to the touch key is shown as a line 2 on the right side in fig. 2. As can be seen from fig. 1, when one touch key is pressed by a user, a significant disturbance is generated to the other touch key. For another example, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the change values of the detection signals of five touch keys when there is interference in the prior art. Referring to fig. 2, when one touch key is pressed by a user, a curve corresponding to a change value of a detection signal corresponding to the touch key is shown as a line 1 in fig. 2, and accordingly, the touch key is interfered with another 4 touch keys when pressed, and the change value of the detection signal of the 4 touch keys is shown as a line 2-5 in fig. 2 when interfered. As can be seen from fig. 2, among the other 4 touch keys, the touch key corresponding to the line 2 is greatly disturbed. When the interference exists, the electronic equipment is easy to confirm the change of the detection signal generated under the interference as a combined touch key pressed by a user, and then the corresponding function or operation is executed by mistake.
In summary, when there is a combined touch key, how to avoid the electronic device from recognizing the interference generated when the touch key is pressed as the pressing operation by mistake becomes a technical problem to be solved.

Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and not limitation. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings.
Generally, in the prior art, when a detection signal of a touch key is changed, a change value of the detection signal may be compared with a corresponding change threshold, and when the change value of the detection signal is greater than or equal to the change threshold, it is confirmed that the touch key is pressed by a user. Due to the presence of interference, the following may occur: the change value of the detection signal corresponding to the touch key which is not pressed by the user is larger than or equal to the corresponding change threshold. To prevent this, a high threshold of variation is usually set for the touch keys in the prior art to prevent misrecognition under interference. However, when the change threshold is high, the sensitivity of the touch key is reduced, that is, when the user presses the touch key, a high change value of the detection signal is required to recognize the pressing operation of the user. In contrast, if the sensitivity needs to be ensured, a lower change threshold value is set, so that interference between touch keys cannot be avoided.
In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide a method, apparatus, device, and storage medium for detecting a touch key to solve a technical problem of performing erroneous recognition due to occurrence of interference without affecting the sensitivity of the touch key.
Specifically, the method for detecting a touch key output key provided in the embodiments of the present application may be performed by a touch key output key detection device, where the touch key output key detection device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and the touch key output key detection device may be configured by two or more physical entities or may be configured by one physical entity. In the embodiment, the touch detection key detection device is set to be an electronic device provided with a plurality of touch keys, and specific type embodiments of the electronic device are not limited, such as a tablet computer including a plurality of touch keys, a smart range hood including a plurality of touch keys, a smart mirror including a plurality of touch keys, a fryer including a plurality of touch keys, and the like.
Further, the touch keys are capacitive touch keys, and each touch key corresponds to one touch channel. The touch channel is understood to be an area where a metal (i.e., a component) for detecting that a touch key is pressed is located, and when a user presses the touch key, a detection signal generated by the metal located in the touch channel changes, and at this time, it is considered that the detection signal of the touch channel changes. Further, the touch key output detection device further comprises at least one processor, and the processor can be a central processing unit (central processing unit, CPU), a micro control unit (Microcontroller Unit, MCU) and/or a single chip microcomputer. In an embodiment, the setting processor may undertake the recognition of whether the touch key is pressed, and optionally undertake the corresponding response after the touch key is pressed. Specifically, the processor scans each touch channel according to the set frequency, so as to determine whether the detection signal of each touch channel changes according to the scanning result, and further determine whether the touch key corresponding to the touch channel is pressed by the user according to the change value. When the processor determines whether the touch key is pressed by the user according to the change value of the touch channel detection signal, the following touch key output detection method is specifically adopted.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a touch key output according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the touch key out detection method includes:
step 110, selecting the triggered touch channels according to the touch signal variation values of the touch channels, wherein each touch channel corresponds to one touch key.
In particular, a touch signal may be understood as a detection signal, which is generated by a metal in the touch channel. The touch signal change value refers to a value obtained according to the change condition of the touch signal, and the value can reflect the change amplitude of the touch signal. It will be appreciated that the greater the magnitude of the change in the touch signal, the greater the likelihood that the touch key corresponding to the touch signal will be pressed by the user. In practical applications, when the intensities of the touch keys pressed by the users are different, the corresponding change magnitudes of the touch signals may be different. Typically, each touch channel corresponds to a touch signal change value. The touch signal change value may be calculated by: scanning the touch channel according to a set frequency to acquire a detection signal currently generated by the touch channel and determining a value represented by the detection signal, wherein the value can be understood as the current original value of the touch channel. And then, subtracting the value from a reference value corresponding to the touch channel to determine the obtained difference as a touch signal change value of the touch channel, wherein each touch channel corresponds to one reference value, and the reference value can be understood as a value represented by a detection signal in the touch channel when the touch key is not pressed and the touch channel is not interfered. In an embodiment, whether the touch key is pressed by the user is determined by the touch signal change value, wherein pressing the touch key by the user may also be understood as selecting the touch key by the user.
In one embodiment, touch signal variation values for each touch channel are obtained in real time. And then, determining whether the corresponding touch channel is triggered according to the touch signal change value. In an embodiment, when a touch channel is triggered, it may be understood that a touch key corresponding to the touch channel may be selected by a user, and a touch key corresponding to the triggered touch channel may be understood as an alternative touch key that is currently identified. The reason why the touch channel is triggered may be selected by the user or be greatly disturbed by other touch channels. Specifically, the manner of determining whether the touch channel is triggered is: the touch signal change value is compared with a set threshold, which in the embodiment is denoted as a first change threshold. The first change threshold value obtained after the touch channels are tested by related personnel before the touch key outlet detection equipment leaves a factory is manufactured, and it can be understood that each touch channel corresponds to one first change threshold value, and the first change threshold value enables the touch keys to have lower sensitivity. Typically, when the touch signal variation value is higher than the first variation threshold, it is indicated that the touch signal variation amplitude of the corresponding touch channel is larger, and the touch key corresponding to the touch channel may be selected by the user, so that it is determined that the touch channel is triggered. Optionally, the touch signal variation values of the touch channels are processed simultaneously in the above manner, so as to select the triggered touch channel from the touch channels. Optionally, the touch signal change values of the touch channels are sequentially processed in the above manner to select the triggered touch channel from the touch channels, where an embodiment of a processing sequence of each touch channel is not limited, for example, the processing sequence of the touch channel is determined according to the setting position of the touch key in the touch key output key detection device.
And 120, determining a touch channel to be keyed in the triggered touch channels according to the touch signal change value corresponding to each triggered touch channel.
Specifically, in practical application, when a user selects a touch key, the touch signal of an adjacent touch channel may be changed along with the change of the touch signal of the corresponding touch channel, and when the change value of the touch signal of the adjacent touch channel is large, the adjacent touch channel is mistakenly identified as the triggered touch channel. At this time, in order to avoid the influence of the above situation on the subsequent key-out, in the embodiment, after the triggered touch channel is set to be selected, the triggered touch channel is identified again, so as to screen the touch channel to be key-out from the triggered touch channels. The touch channel to be keyed is that the touch channel satisfies a key-out condition, that is, the corresponding touch key is determined to be the touch key selected by the user.
In one embodiment, the touch channel of the key to be selected is selected in conjunction with the touch signal change value. Specifically, a touch signal change value corresponding to the triggered touch channel is obtained, then the obtained touch signal change value is compared with another set threshold value, and the touch channel which is larger than or equal to the other threshold value is used as the touch channel of the key to be output. And recording the set other threshold value as a second change threshold value, wherein each touch channel corresponds to one second change threshold value. The second change threshold is larger than the corresponding first change threshold and smaller than the maximum value of the corresponding touch signal, and the second change threshold is used for confirming whether the touch channel is disturbed or not so that the change value of the touch signal is larger than the first change threshold. In general, when a touch key is selected by a user, the corresponding touch signal change value should be greater than or equal to the second change threshold in addition to the first change threshold, so that the triggered touch channel can be selected again based on the second change threshold to screen out the touch channel to be keyed.
Optionally, when the second change threshold is used to screen the triggered touch channels, the change value of the touch signal corresponding to each triggered touch channel may be sequentially compared with the second change threshold, and the triggered touch channel greater than or equal to the second change threshold is selected as the touch channel to be keyed. Alternatively, when the second change threshold is used to screen the triggered touch channels, the triggered touch channel with the largest touch signal change value is selected from the triggered touch channels, then the touch signal change value corresponding to each of the remaining triggered touch channels is sequentially compared with the second change threshold, the triggered touch channel with the largest touch signal change value is selected to be greater than or equal to the second change threshold, and then the selected triggered touch channel and the triggered touch channel with the largest touch signal change value are recorded as the touch channel to be keyed.
In one embodiment, before determining the touch channels to be keyed, the number of touch channels to be triggered is determined first, if the number is 1, which indicates that only one touch channel is currently triggered, then the triggered touch channel may be directly determined to be the touch channel to be keyed, and step 130 is performed. In another embodiment, before determining the touch channels to be tapped, the number of touch channels to be triggered is determined, and if the number is greater than the maximum number of combined touch keys, the execution of the subsequent steps is abandoned, i.e. the tapping is not performed. If the number is less than or equal to the maximum number of combined touch keys, then this step is performed. The maximum number of the combined touch keys refers to the maximum number of the touch keys required to be combined in each combined touch key when the combined touch keys exist. For example, there are currently three groups of combined touch keys, where two groups of combined touch keys each require 2 different touch keys to be selected simultaneously, and another group of combined touch keys requires 3 different touch keys to be selected simultaneously, then the maximum number of combined touch keys is 3. Then, confirming that the number of the triggered touch channels is 4, which is larger than the maximum number of the combined touch keys, at the moment, the subsequent steps are abandoned for the triggered touch channels, and the key outlet is not performed. It can be understood that the reason why the execution is abandoned is that, in the triggered touch channels, there may be more touch channels to be tapped than the maximum number (combined touch keys), at this time, since the number of touch channels to be tapped is greater than the maximum number, when the corresponding instruction cannot be determined when the touch key corresponding to the touch channel to be tapped is tapped, the response cannot be performed. The reason for this may be that the user may inadvertently touch a large number of touch keys or the like. In yet another embodiment, the number of touch channels to be triggered is confirmed before the touch channels to be keyed are determined, and if the number is greater than 0, it indicates that there are currently touch channels to be triggered, and thus, step 130 is performed. In practical applications, the above-mentioned contents may be combined with practical situations. By the mode, the accuracy of the touch channel for the key to be output can be ensured.
In one embodiment, the mutual interference condition between the through touch channels may be predetermined, and then, a special channel group is determined according to the mutual interference condition, where the interference between the touch channels included in the special channel group is obvious. For example, when there are 4 touch keys currently, the interference to the second touch key is more pronounced when the first touch key is pressed, and thus the first touch channel and the second touch channel can be combined into a special channel group. Correspondingly, before determining the touch channel of the key to be output, determining whether the triggered touch channel belongs to a special channel group, if so, executing the step, otherwise, determining that the triggered touch channel is not generated due to interference, and therefore, directly outputting the key to the touch key corresponding to the triggered touch channel.
And 130, performing key output based on the touch keys corresponding to the touch channels of the keys to be output.
The key-out means determining a touch key currently selected by a user, determining an instruction to be executed based on the touch key, and further sending the instruction to perform subsequent response, wherein the response result may be to execute a certain function or a certain operation. In one embodiment, the touch keys corresponding to each instruction are predetermined, wherein each instruction may correspond to one or more touch keys. After the touch channel of the key to be output is selected, confirming the touch key corresponding to the touch channel of the key to be output, outputting the key to the touch key, namely determining the instruction corresponding to the touch key of the current key according to the corresponding relation, and responding to the instruction.
After the touch key is released, the detection flow of the touch key can be considered to be ended, and the detection flow of the next touch key can be performed.
The above-mentioned, confirm the touch channel that is triggered through the touch signal change value of every touch channel, namely carry on the preliminary screening in order to choose the touch channel that is likely to be chosen by the user, then confirm the touch channel waiting for the key in every touch channel that is triggered, namely carry on the secondary screening in order to confirm the touch channel selected by the user, afterwards, carry on the technical means that goes out the key on the basis of the touch button that the touch channel waiting for the key corresponds, can solve in the prior art when there is the combined touch button, the technical problem that the interference produced when the touch button is pressed is mistakenly discerned as the pressing operation. The touch keys which are separated from each other due to interference can be eliminated under the condition that the sensitivity of the touch channel is not affected by secondary screening, the accuracy of touch key detection is ensured, and the mutual interference among the touch keys is reduced from the software level.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a touch key output according to another embodiment of the present application. The present embodiment is embodied on the basis of the above embodiment. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the method for detecting a touch key output specifically includes:
Step 210, taking the first touch channel as the current touch channel.
Specifically, the processing sequence of each touch channel is predetermined, and then the first touch channel is selected as the current touch channel according to the processing sequence, and is processed. The embodiment of the determining rule of the processing sequence is not limited, and the processing sequence is determined according to the setting position of the touch key in the touch key out-key detecting device, for example.
Step 220, receiving a touch signal variation value of the current touch channel.
Specifically, when receiving the touch signal change value of the current touch channel, the steps specifically include steps 221-222:
step 221, receiving the original value of the touch signal of the current touch channel.
The original value of the touch signal may be understood as a value currently represented by the touch channel detection signal, which may be denoted as rawdata. It will be appreciated that the original values of the touch signal may be obtained when scanning the touch channel. The original value of the touch signal represented by the detection signal of the touch channel is changed, and each touch channel corresponds to one original value of the touch signal.
Step 222, the original value of the touch signal is differenced from the corresponding reference value of the touch signal to obtain the touch signal variation value of the current touch channel, and each touch channel corresponds to a preset reference value of the touch signal.
The touch signal reference value may be understood as a value represented by a detection signal in the touch channel when the touch key is not pressed and the touch channel is not disturbed, and may be denoted as baseline. The touch signal reference value is measured by a related person before shipment of the touch key out detection apparatus and recorded in the touch key out detection apparatus, and thus, the touch signal reference value may be regarded as a value preset in the touch key out detection apparatus. Each touch channel corresponds to a touch signal reference value. In the embodiment, the touch signal reference value is set to a fixed value. In practical application, the reference value of the touch signal can be changed along with the use duration of the touch key, so as to ensure the accuracy of the reference value of the touch signal.
At present, the reference value of the touch signal can represent the reference value when the touch channel detection signal is unchanged, and the original value of the touch signal can represent the current value when the touch channel detection signal is changed, so that the original value of the touch signal of the touch channel is different from the corresponding reference value of the touch signal, and the corresponding change value of the touch channel can be obtained, namely the change value of the touch signal is obtained, wherein the change value of the touch signal can be marked as a difference.
Step 230, judging whether the current touch channel is triggered according to the touch signal variation value. And when the current touch channel is triggered, step 240 is performed. If not, step 250 is performed.
In one embodiment, determining whether the current touch channel is triggered according to the touch signal variation value of the current touch channel is specifically: and judging whether the change value of the touch signal is larger than or equal to a corresponding first change threshold value, wherein each touch channel corresponds to one first change threshold value. If the touch signal change value is greater than or equal to the corresponding first change threshold, the current touch channel is selected as the triggered touch channel, i.e. step 240 is performed. Otherwise, step 250 is performed.
The first change threshold is measured by related personnel before the touch key output detection equipment leaves a factory and recorded in the touch key output detection equipment. Each touch channel corresponds to a first change threshold. The first change threshold is used to identify a touch channel that is triggered. Alternatively, the first variation threshold need not be too high to ensure sensitivity of the touch key. In an embodiment, the first change threshold is set to be a fixed value, and in practical application, the first change threshold may change along with the use duration of the touch key, so as to ensure the accuracy of touch channel trigger identification.
Specifically, the touch signal change value of the current touch channel is compared with the corresponding first change threshold, and if the touch signal change value is greater than or equal to the first change threshold, it is indicated that the change amplitude of the detection signal in the current touch channel satisfies the triggered condition, that is, the corresponding touch key may be selected by the user, so that the current touch channel is determined to be the triggered touch channel, that is, step 240 is executed. Otherwise, it is determined that the current touch channel is not the triggered touch channel, that is, the detection of the current touch channel is completed, and step 250 is performed.
Step 240, selecting the current touch channel as the triggered touch channel.
The detection of the current touch channel is completed and step 250 is performed.
Step 250, determine if the current touch channel is the last touch channel. If yes, go to step 270, otherwise, go to step 260.
Specifically, whether the current touch channel is the last touch channel is determined according to the processing sequence, if yes, it is determined that all touch channels have been detected currently, that is, each touch channel is judged to be complete, at this time, the triggered touch channel has been selected from all touch channels, and therefore, step 270 is performed. Otherwise, it is determined that there are currently no touch channels detected, at which point step 260 is performed.
Step 260, taking the next touch channel as the current touch channel. The execution returns to step 220.
If there is no detected touch channel, determining a touch channel located behind the current touch channel, that is, a next touch channel according to the processing sequence, then taking the next touch channel as the current touch channel, and returning to execute step 220, that is, receiving the touch signal change value of the current touch channel again, and determining whether the current touch channel is a triggered touch channel according to the touch signal change value.
Step 270, determining whether the number of triggered touch channels is less than or equal to a first set number and greater than a second set number, where the first set number is greater than the second set number. If the number of touch channels triggered is less than or equal to the first set number and greater than the second set number, step 280 is performed. And if the number of the triggered touch channels is greater than the first set number or less than or equal to the second set number, ending.
The first set number and the second set number are used for judging whether the touch keys corresponding to the triggered touch channels meet the key-out conditions. The first set number is greater than the second set number, that is, the first set number is the maximum number of touch keys when the key is pressed, in general, the first set number is the maximum number of combined touch keys, and a specific value of the first set number can be set in combination with the actual situation of the touch key pressing and pressing detection device, for example, the first set number is 3. The second set number is smaller than the minimum number of touch keys when the key is released, and in general, the second set number is 0. I.e. the subsequent operation is performed only if the triggered touch channel is greater than 0.
Specifically, in all the touch channels, the number of triggered touch channels is identified, and whether the number of triggered touch channels is smaller than or equal to the first set number and larger than the second set number is confirmed, if the number of triggered touch channels is smaller than or equal to the first set number and larger than the second set number, it is indicated that the key can be released from the touch keys corresponding to the triggered touch channels, so step 280 is executed, that is, the secondary screening is performed. If the number of the triggered touch channels is greater than the first set number, the number of the touch keys which can possibly be used for outputting keys is greater than the maximum number, so that the key output cannot be performed, and at the moment, the process is ended. Similarly, if the number of touch channels that are triggered is less than or equal to the second set number, it is indicated that there are no touch channels that are not triggered at present, that is, there are no touch keys that can be used for outputting keys, so that outputting keys is not possible, and the process is ended.
It should be noted that the second set number may also be the minimum number of touch keys when the key is released, for example, the second set number is 1, and at this time, the subsequent operation is performed only when the triggered touch channel is greater than 1, if the triggered touch channel is equal to 1, the key may be released directly, and if the triggered touch channel is less than 1, the flow is ended.
Step 280, determining a touch channel to be keyed in the triggered touch channels according to the touch signal variation value corresponding to each triggered touch channel.
In one embodiment, the steps specifically include: and selecting a touch signal change value which is larger than or equal to a corresponding second change threshold value from touch signal change values corresponding to each triggered touch channel, wherein each touch channel corresponds to a second change threshold value, the second change threshold value is larger than or equal to a first change threshold value corresponding to the touch channel, and the first change threshold value is used for detecting the triggered touch channel.
The second change threshold is calculated by the touch key output detection device or other devices (such as a computer) according to a set rule before the touch key output detection device leaves a factory, and is recorded in the touch key output detection device. Each touch channel corresponds to a second variation threshold. In general, the second variation threshold is greater than the first variation threshold. The second change threshold is used for identifying the touch channel of the key to be detected, and can also be understood as performing secondary screening on the triggered touch channel to eliminate interference. Generally, for any touch channel, the touch signal variation value at the time of user selection is greater than the touch signal variation value at the time of interference, so the value range of the second variation threshold may be between the touch signal variation value at the time of user selection and the touch signal variation value at the time of interference. Further, when the touch signal variation value is greater than or equal to the second variation threshold, it is indicated that the reason why the corresponding touch channel detection signal varies is not caused by interference but caused by user selection.
In practical applications, there is a possibility that the second change threshold is equal to the first change threshold, for example, for a certain touch channel, when other touch channels are triggered, the interference to the touch channel is small and is insufficient to perform false recognition on the current interference, so that the first change threshold of the touch channel can be set to be equal to the second change threshold, that is, as long as the touch signal change value of the touch channel is greater than or equal to the first change threshold, the touch key corresponding to the touch channel can be output. It can be understood that in this case, the second change threshold may be set for the touch channel instead of the second change threshold, and since the interference of other touch channels on the touch channel is smaller, as long as the change value of the touch signal of the touch channel is greater than or equal to the first change threshold, the touch key corresponding to the touch channel can be released without secondary screening of the touch channel. At this time, it is not required for the touch channel that it must set two change thresholds correspondingly.
Specifically, the touch signal change value corresponding to each triggered touch channel is compared with the corresponding second change threshold, if the touch signal change value is greater than or equal to the second change threshold, it is indicated that the touch key corresponding to the current touch channel is selected by the user, that is, the touch key corresponding to the current touch channel needs to be released, so that the triggered touch channel is determined to be the touch channel to be released. Otherwise, determining that the triggered touch channel is not the touch channel of the key to be output.
In another embodiment, the steps specifically include: acquiring the maximum touch signal change value from the touch signal change values corresponding to each triggered touch channel, wherein the touch channel corresponding to the maximum touch signal change value is used as the touch channel of the key to be output; and sequentially comparing the rest touch signal change values with corresponding second change thresholds to select the touch signal change value larger than or equal to the corresponding second change threshold, wherein the touch channel corresponding to the selected touch signal change value is the touch channel to be keyed, the rest touch signal change values are other touch signal change values except the largest touch signal change value in the touch signal change values corresponding to the triggered touch channels, each touch channel corresponds to one second change threshold, the second change threshold is larger than or equal to the first change threshold of the corresponding touch channel, and the first change threshold is used for detecting the triggered touch channel.
The second change threshold value and the second change threshold value are determined in the same manner and have the same function.
Specifically, the largest touch signal change value is selected from the touch signal change values corresponding to the triggered touch channels. In general, the touch key with the largest touch signal variation value must be the touch key selected by the user, that is, the touch key requiring the key to be output, so that the touch channel corresponding to the largest touch signal variation value can be directly determined as the touch channel to be output.
And then, removing the largest touch signal change value from the touch signal change values corresponding to all the triggered touch channels, comparing the rest touch signal change values with the corresponding second change threshold, and screening out touch signal change values larger than or equal to the second change threshold, wherein the screened out touch signal change values can be considered to meet the key-out condition, and the corresponding touch channel is identified as the touch channel to be keyed out.
Step 290, performing key output based on the touch key corresponding to the touch channel of the key to be output.
In the following, an exemplary description is given of a method for detecting a touch key output of the present embodiment, where it is assumed that two touch keys are respectively recorded as TK0 and TK1, a first change threshold corresponding to TK0 is 300, a second change threshold is 300, a first change threshold corresponding to TK1 is 200, and a second change threshold is 275. For example, currently, the touch signal change value corresponding to TK0 is detected as 575 and the touch signal change value corresponding to TK1 is detected as 235, at this time, TK0 and TK1 are both greater than the corresponding first change threshold, and both corresponding touch channels are identified as triggered touch channels. Then, the touch signal change values are compared with the corresponding second change threshold values respectively, and at the moment, only the touch signal change value corresponding to TK0 is larger than the second change threshold value, so that the final key output result is TK0. For another example, at present, the touch signal change value corresponding to TK0 is detected as 38, and the touch signal change value corresponding to TK1 is detected as 391, at this time, only the touch signal change value of TK1 is greater than the corresponding first change threshold, so that the final key output result is TK1. For another example, currently, the touch signal change value corresponding to TK0 is detected to be 8, and the touch signal change value corresponding to TK1 is detected to be 237, at this time, only the touch signal change value of TK1 is greater than the corresponding first change threshold, so that the final key output result is TK1. Also, for example, at present, the touch signal change value corresponding to TK0 is 575 and the touch signal change value corresponding to TK1 is 389, where TK0 and TK1 are both greater than the corresponding first change threshold, and both corresponding touch channels are identified as triggered touch channels. Then, the touch signal change value corresponding to TK0 is the largest, so that the touch signal change value corresponding to TK1 is compared with the corresponding second change threshold, at the moment, the touch signal change value corresponding to TK1 is larger than the corresponding second change threshold, and the final key output result is TK0+TK1.
And comparing the touch signal change value with a corresponding first change threshold value to screen out the touch channels possibly selected by the user as triggered touch channels. After all touch channels are detected, secondary screening is carried out in the screened triggered touch channels according to a second change threshold value, so that the touch channels selected by a user, namely the touch channels to be keyed out, are screened out, and further the technical means of key out based on the touch channels to be keyed out are carried out. Further, after the triggered touch channels are obtained, only when the number of the triggered touch channels is between the first set number and the second set number, the subsequent operation of identifying the touch channels of the key to be identified can be performed, and the accuracy of key outputting can be ensured. Further, when the triggered touch channels are screened based on the second change threshold, the triggered touch channel with the largest touch signal change value is determined to be the touch channel to be keyed, so that smooth key tapping can be ensured even if the residual touch signal change values are smaller than the corresponding second change threshold.
On the basis of the above embodiment, before determining the touch channel of the key to be displayed in the triggered touch channels according to the touch signal variation value corresponding to each triggered touch channel, the method further includes: judging whether the triggered touch channel belongs to a special channel group or not; if the touch signal belongs to the special channel group, executing the operation of determining the touch channel of the key to be displayed in the triggered touch channels according to the touch signal change value corresponding to each triggered touch channel; and if the touch key does not belong to the special channel group, outputting the key based on the touch key corresponding to the triggered touch channel.
The touch channels are recorded in the special channel group, and when one touch channel in the special channel group is selected by a user, other touch channels in the special channel group generate larger interference. The special channel group can be obtained after the touch channel is tested by related personnel before the touch key output detection equipment leaves a factory. In general, a plurality of special channel groups are recorded in the touch key out detection device.
Specifically, after confirming the triggered touch channel, comparing the triggered touch channel with each special channel group to determine whether the triggered touch channel belongs to the special channel group, i.e. whether the touch channel recorded in the special channel group is consistent with the touch channel currently triggered. When the triggered touch channels belong to a special channel group (i.e. the touch channels recorded in the special channel group are consistent with the touch channels currently triggered), it is indicated that the triggered touch channels may be generated due to inter-channel interference, and therefore, secondary screening is required to be performed, that is, an operation of determining the touch channel to be keyed in the triggered touch channels according to the touch signal variation value corresponding to each triggered touch channel is performed. When the triggered touch channels do not belong to the special channel group, the fact that the interference among the triggered touch channels is small is indicated that the interference among the triggered touch channels is unlikely to be generated due to the inter-channel interference, and therefore the key can be directly output to the triggered touch channels for subsequent response.
Alternatively, when there is an operation of judging whether the number of the triggered touch channels is less than or equal to the first set number and greater than the second set number, the operation of judging whether the triggered touch channels belong to the special channel group may be performed thereafter, i.e., if the number of the triggered touch channels is less than or equal to the first set number and greater than the second set number, the operation of judging whether the triggered touch channels belong to the special channel group may be performed.
After the triggered touch channels are obtained, only the touch channels meeting the special channel group can be subjected to secondary screening, namely, only the touch channels with larger interference are subjected to secondary screening, so that the data processing capacity can be reduced.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a touch key output according to another embodiment of the present application. It should be noted that, the above embodiment may be an application process of the touch key output detection device, that is, a method executed when the touch key output detection device is used by a user after leaving the factory. The present embodiment may be understood as a preparation process of the touch key output detection device, which is performed before the touch key output detection device leaves the factory, and optionally, after the preparation process is completed, the touch key output detection device may be mass produced and leaves the factory after the test is completed. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the method for detecting the key output of the touch key includes:
Step 310, obtaining the interference touch signal variation value of each touch channel.
The interference touch signal variation value refers to a touch signal variation value generated by the touch channel due to interference. When the touch keys corresponding to other touch channels are pressed by a user, interference is generated on the current touch channel, so that the touch signal of the current touch channel is changed, and the current touch channel generates a touch signal change value, namely, the interference touch signal change value. It will be appreciated that for any one touch channel, when the touch key corresponding to each other touch channel is pressed by the user, it can generate a corresponding interference touch signal variation value. Note that, the calculation method of the interference touch signal change value is the same as the calculation method of the touch signal change value in the foregoing embodiment, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, for a current touch key, related personnel press other touch keys in turn, and when each other touch key is pressed, the touch key out key detection device determines an interference touch signal change value of the current touch key corresponding to the touch channel, and records the other currently pressed touch keys. At this time, for the current touch channel, each other touch channel corresponds to one interference touch signal variation value. In the above manner, a plurality of interference touch signal variation values corresponding to each touch channel can be determined.
In one embodiment, after obtaining the interference touch signal variation value of each touch channel, the method further includes: and obtaining the special channel group according to the change value of the interference touch signal. And determining other touch channels with larger interference to the current touch channel according to the change value of each interference touch signal, and forming a special channel group by the determined other touch channels and the current touch channel. When determining the other touch channels with larger interference, other touch channels corresponding to the interference touch signal variation values with the largest set number may be selected as the other touch channels with larger interference. It is also possible to determine whether the interference touch signal variation value is higher than a certain threshold (the threshold may be set according to the actual situation), and use other touch channels corresponding to the interference touch signal variation value higher than the certain threshold as other touch channels with larger interference.
Step 320, selecting the maximum interference touch signal variation value from the interference touch signal variation values.
The largest interference touch signal change value indicates that the interference on the touch channel corresponding to the current touch key is strongest when the corresponding other touch keys are pressed, and at this time, the touch channel is easily identified as the touch channel of the key to be output. Therefore, in the embodiment, the second change threshold is calculated by selecting the largest change value of the interference touch signal, so that the second change threshold effectively avoids the influence caused by interference. It is understood that each current touch key corresponds to a maximum disturbance touch signal variation value.
Step 330, determining a second change threshold of the current touch channel according to the maximum interference touch signal change value and a first change threshold of the current touch channel, where the first change threshold is used for detecting the triggered touch channel.
Specifically, the first change threshold is set by a related person, and a specific setting rule of the first change threshold may be set according to an actual situation, for example, the related person presses a certain touch key to determine a touch signal change value of a corresponding touch channel, and then calculates the touch signal change value according to a set percentage to obtain the first change threshold. Wherein the set percentage is related to the set sensitivity. For example, when the set sensitivity is high, the touch key out key detection device is sensitive to the identification of the pressing operation of the related person, and at this time, a smaller percentage is set so that the first change threshold is smaller, so that the touch channel can be still identified to be triggered when the change value of the touch signal is smaller. Similarly, when the set sensitivity is low, the touch key output detection device is insensitive to the pressing operation identification of related personnel, and at the moment, a larger percentage is set, so that the first change threshold value is larger, and the touch channel can be identified to be triggered only when the change value of the touch signal is larger.
Further, a second change threshold of the current touch channel is determined according to the first change threshold of the current touch channel and the maximum interference touch channel change value. At this time, the step may include steps 331 to 333:
step 331, judging whether the maximum variation value of the interference touch signal is larger than a first variation threshold of the current touch channel. If the maximum disturbance touch signal variation value is greater than the first variation threshold, step 332 is performed. If the maximum disturbance touch signal variation value is less than or equal to the first variation threshold, step 333 is performed.
Specifically, the maximum interference touch signal change value corresponding to the current touch channel is compared with a first change threshold. When the maximum interference touch signal variation value is less than or equal to the first variation threshold, it indicates that even if the current touch channel is interfered, there is no case that the current touch channel is identified as the triggered touch channel, and further there is no possibility that the corresponding touch key is output, so step 333 may be performed. When the maximum interference touch signal change value is greater than the first change threshold, it indicates that there is a case where the current touch channel is identified as the triggered touch channel after the current touch channel is interfered, and at this time, the touch channel needs to be screened for a second time, so step 332 needs to be performed.
Step 332, calculating a second change threshold of the current touch channel according to the first change threshold, the maximum interference touch signal change value and the set parameter.
Specifically, the second change threshold is greater than the first change threshold and smaller than the change value of the touch signal when the touch key is pressed, and the specific calculation mode can be set according to the actual situation. In an embodiment, the second change threshold is calculated by using the formula t_s_i= (d_smax_i-t_n_i) ×b+t_n_i, where t_s_i represents the second change threshold of the ith touch channel, d_smax_i represents the maximum disturbance touch signal change value corresponding to the ith touch channel, t_n_i represents the first change threshold of the ith touch channel, B represents the setting parameter, and B > 1. I.e. each touch channel may calculate the second change threshold in the manner described above. The specific value of the setting parameter can be set according to actual conditions, and is used for preventing the difference caused by mass production of the touch key out of the key detection equipment. For example, in the accurate process, the value of d_smax_i-t_n_i under one touch key in the touch key out detection device is 40, then, when the touch key out detection device is mass-produced, the value of d_smax_i-t_n_i under the other touch key in the touch key out detection device is 41, at this time, the corresponding second change threshold should be determined according to 41, and the preparation process has determined the second change threshold according to 40, that is, the two second change thresholds have a difference. Therefore, in order to prevent such a difference, a setting parameter is introduced when calculating the second change threshold, for example, the setting parameter is 1.05, after which the value of d_smax_i-t_n_i is multiplied by the setting parameter, for example, 40 is multiplied by 1.05, and the second change threshold is calculated based on the multiplication result, and at this time, the obtained second change threshold contains the case where the value of d_smax_i-t_n_i is 41, that is, the difference is avoided. And setting a second change threshold value to be a second change threshold value after the difference is avoided when the touch key output detection equipment is produced in batches.
Step 333, setting the second variation threshold equal to the first variation threshold.
Specifically, even if the current touch channel is interfered, the situation that the current touch channel is identified as the triggered touch channel does not exist, that is, the interference of other touch channels to the current touch channel is small, so that the second change threshold value of the current touch channel can be set to be equal to the first change threshold value, that is, when the change value of the touch signal corresponding to the current touch is greater than or equal to the first change threshold value, the current touch channel can be directly determined to be the touch channel to be keyed.
For example, there are currently 3 touch keys, each corresponding to two interfering touch signal variation values. And then, selecting the largest interference touch signal change value from the two interference touch signal change values corresponding to the first touch key, and setting the second change threshold of the first touch key to be equal to the first change threshold if the largest interference touch signal change value is smaller than the corresponding first change threshold. And selecting the largest interference touch signal change value from the two interference touch signal change values corresponding to the second touch key, and setting the second change threshold of the interference touch key to be equal to the first change threshold if the largest interference touch signal change value is equal to the corresponding first change threshold. And selecting the largest interference touch signal change value from the two interference touch signal change values corresponding to the third touch key, and calculating a second change threshold of the third touch key by using the formula if the largest interference touch signal change value is larger than the corresponding first change threshold.
Or if the touch signal change value corresponding to the current touch is greater than the first change threshold, discarding setting a second change threshold for the current touch channel. In the application process, when the touch signal change value of the current touch channel is larger than or equal to the first change threshold value, secondary identification of the current touch channel is not needed, and the current touch channel is directly determined to be the touch channel to be keyed.
According to the method, the interference touch signal change value when each touch key is interfered by other touch keys is firstly determined, and the second change threshold value is determined according to the maximum interference touch signal change value, so that the triggered touch channel identified by interference can be effectively filtered by the second change threshold value, and the accuracy of final key output is ensured.
