Description

Touch key out-of-key detection method, device, equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of touch keys, in particular to a touch key out-of-key detection method, device, equipment and storage medium.
Background
The touch keys may be classified into resistive touch keys and capacitive touch keys. Among them, the capacitive touch key does not require a human body to directly contact a metal for detecting a press, and has high safety, and thus, is widely applied to electronic devices. For the capacitive touch key, when a finger of a human body approaches the capacitive touch key, a detection signal (such as a capacitance signal) generated by detecting a metal pressed by the capacitive touch key changes, and the electronic device can determine whether the capacitive touch key is pressed by a user according to the change condition of the detection signal.
With the development of touch technology, combined touch keys have been widely used. The combined touch key is used for executing corresponding functions or operations only when a plurality of set touch keys are pressed simultaneously. In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the prior art has the following defects: when the electronic device includes a plurality of capacitive touch keys, due to the influence of factors such as the hardware structure layout of the electronic device, the key distance, the metal medium and the like, interference between the capacitive touch keys occurs, that is, when a user presses a certain capacitive touch key, except that a detection signal of the capacitive touch key changes, other capacitive touch keys located around the capacitive touch key also change the detection signal. For example, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a change value of a detection signal of two touch keys when there is interference in the prior art. Referring to fig. 1, when one touch key is pressed by a user, a curve corresponding to a change value of a detection signal corresponding to the touch key is shown as a left line 1 in fig. 1, and at this time, a curve corresponding to a change value of a detection signal corresponding to another touch key is shown as a left line 2 in fig. 1 due to the existence of interference. When another touch key is pressed by the user, the curve corresponding to the change value of the detection signal corresponding to the touch key is shown as the right line 2 in fig. 2. As can be seen from fig. 1, when one touch key is pressed by a user, a significant disturbance is generated to the other touch key. For another example, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the detection signal variation values of five touch keys when there is interference in the prior art. Referring to fig. 2, when one touch key is pressed by a user, a curve corresponding to a change value of a detection signal corresponding to the touch key is shown as a line 1 in fig. 2, and accordingly, the touch key interferes with the other 4 touch keys when pressed, and the change values of the detection signals of the 4 touch keys during interference are shown as a line 2-a line 5 in fig. 2. As can be seen from fig. 2, among the other 4 touch keys, the touch key corresponding to the line 2 is greatly interfered. When there is interference, the electronic device is easy to confirm the change of the detection signal generated under the interference as the combined touch key pressed by the user, and further, the corresponding function or operation is executed by mistake.
In summary, when there is a combined touch key, it is a technical problem to be solved urgently how to avoid the electronic device from mistakenly recognizing the interference generated when the touch key is pressed as a pressing operation.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and not limitation. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Generally, in the prior art, when a detection signal of a touch key changes, a change value of the detection signal may be compared with a corresponding change threshold, and when the change value of the detection signal is greater than or equal to the change threshold, it is confirmed that the touch key is pressed by a user. Due to the presence of interference, the following situations may arise: the change values of the detection signals corresponding to other touch keys which are not pressed by the user are larger than or equal to the corresponding change threshold values. In order to prevent the above situation, a high variation threshold is usually set for the touch key in the prior art to prevent false recognition under interference. However, when the variation threshold is high, the sensitivity of the touch key is lowered, that is, when the user presses the touch key, a high variation value of the detection signal is required to recognize the user pressing operation. On the contrary, if the sensitivity needs to be ensured, a lower variation threshold is set, so that the interference between the touch keys cannot be avoided.
In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, a device and a storage medium for detecting a key-out of a touch key, so as to solve the technical problem of performing a false recognition due to interference without affecting the sensitivity of the touch key.
Specifically, the touch key out detection method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be executed by a touch key out detection device, where the touch key out detection device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and the touch key out detection device may be formed by two or more physical entities or may be formed by one physical entity. In an embodiment, the touch detection key detection device is an electronic device provided with a plurality of touch keys, and specific types of the electronic device are not limited, such as a tablet computer including a plurality of touch keys, an intelligent range hood including a plurality of touch keys, an intelligent mirror including a plurality of touch keys, a fryer including a plurality of touch keys, and the like.
Furthermore, the touch keys are capacitive touch keys, and each touch key corresponds to one touch channel. The touch channel can be understood as an area where a metal (i.e., a component) used for detecting that the touch key is pressed is located, when a user presses the touch key, a detection signal generated by the metal located in the touch channel changes, and at this time, the detection signal of the touch channel can be considered to change. Further, the touch key out-of-key detection device further includes at least one processor, and the processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Micro Controller Unit (MCU), and/or a single chip microcomputer. In an embodiment, the setting processor may undertake an identification operation of whether the touch key is pressed, and may also undertake a corresponding response operation after the touch key is pressed. Specifically, the processor scans each touch channel according to a set frequency to determine whether a detection signal of each touch channel changes according to a scanning result, and then determines whether a touch key corresponding to the touch channel is pressed by a user according to a change value. When the processor determines whether the touch key is pressed by a user according to the change value of the touch channel detection signal, the following touch key out-of-key detection method is specifically adopted.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a touch key out detection method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 3, the touch key out-key detection method includes:
and step 110, selecting the triggered touch channels according to the touch signal change values of the touch channels, wherein each touch channel corresponds to one touch key.
In particular, a touch signal may be understood as a detection signal, which is generated by metal in the touch channel. The touch signal change value is a value obtained according to the change condition of the touch signal, and the value can represent the amplitude of the change of the touch signal. It can be understood that the larger the variation amplitude of the touch signal is, the more likely the touch key corresponding to the touch signal is pressed by the user. In practical applications, when the intensity of pressing the touch key by the user is different, the variation amplitude of the corresponding touch signal may be different. Typically, each touch channel corresponds to a touch signal variation value. The calculation method of the touch signal change value may be as follows: the touch channel is scanned at a set frequency to obtain a detection signal currently generated by the touch channel and to determine a value represented by the detection signal, which may be understood as the current original value of the touch channel. And subtracting the value from a reference value corresponding to the touch channel to determine the obtained difference as a touch signal change value of the touch channel, wherein each touch channel corresponds to one reference value, and the reference value can be understood as a value represented by a detection signal in the touch channel when the touch key is not pressed and the touch channel is not interfered. In an embodiment, whether the touch key is pressed by the user is determined by the touch signal variation value, wherein the pressing of the touch key by the user may also be understood as the user selecting the touch key.
In one embodiment, the touch signal variation value of each touch channel is obtained in real time. And then, determining whether the corresponding touch channel is triggered or not according to the touch signal change value. In an embodiment, the touch channel is triggered, that is, the touch key corresponding to the touch channel may be selected by the user, and the touch key corresponding to the triggered touch channel may be understood as the currently identified alternative touch key. The reason why the touch channel is triggered may be selected by the user or greatly interfered by other touch channels. Specifically, the manner of determining whether the touch channel is triggered is as follows: the touch signal variation value is compared with a set threshold value, and in the embodiment, the set threshold value is recorded as a first variation threshold value. The first change threshold value is obtained after the touch channels are tested by related personnel before the touch key outgoing detection device leaves a factory, and it can be understood that each touch channel corresponds to one first change threshold value, and the first change threshold value enables the touch keys to have lower sensitivity. Typically, when the touch signal variation value is higher than the first variation threshold, it indicates that the magnitude of the touch signal variation of the corresponding touch channel is large, and the touch key corresponding to the touch channel may be selected by the user, and therefore, it is determined that the touch channel is triggered. Optionally, the touch signal change values of the touch channels are processed simultaneously according to the above manner, so as to select the triggered touch channel from the touch channels. Optionally, the touch signal change values of the touch channels are sequentially processed in the above manner to select a triggered touch channel from the touch channels, where an embodiment of a processing sequence of the touch channels is not limited, and for example, the processing sequence of the touch channels is determined according to a set position of the touch key in the touch key-out detection device.
And step 120, determining a touch channel to be typed out from the triggered touch channels according to the touch signal change value corresponding to each triggered touch channel.
Specifically, in practical applications, when a user selects a certain touch key, the touch signals of the adjacent touch channels may change along with the change of the touch signal of the corresponding touch channel, and when the change value of the touch signal of the adjacent touch channel is large, the adjacent touch channel may be mistakenly identified as the triggered touch channel. At this time, in order to avoid the influence of the above situation on subsequent key output, in an embodiment, after the triggered touch channel is set and selected, the triggered touch channel is identified again, so as to screen out the touch channel of the key to be output from the triggered touch channel. The touch channel to be clicked means that the touch channel meets the key-out condition, that is, the corresponding touch key is determined as the touch key selected by the user.
In one embodiment, the touch channel of the out-of-key is selected in conjunction with the touch signal change value. Specifically, a touch signal change value corresponding to the triggered touch channel is acquired, and then the acquired touch signal change value is compared with another set threshold, and the touch channel larger than or equal to the other threshold is used as the touch channel to be released. And recording the set other threshold as a second variation threshold, wherein each touch channel corresponds to one second variation threshold. The second variation threshold is greater than the corresponding first variation threshold and less than the maximum value of the corresponding touch signal variation, and the second variation threshold is used for confirming whether the touch channel is interfered so that the touch signal variation value is greater than the first variation threshold. Generally, when a touch key is selected by a user, the corresponding touch signal variation value is greater than or equal to a second variation threshold in addition to the first variation threshold, so that the triggered touch channel can be selected again based on the second variation threshold to screen out the touch channel to be output.
Optionally, when the triggered touch channels are screened by using the second change threshold, the touch signal change value corresponding to each triggered touch channel may be sequentially compared with the second change threshold, and the triggered touch channel greater than or equal to the second change threshold is selected as the touch channel to be released. Optionally, when the triggered touch channels are screened by using the second change threshold, the triggered touch channel with the largest touch signal change value is selected from the triggered touch channels, then the touch signal change values corresponding to each of the remaining touched touch channels are sequentially compared with the second change threshold, the triggered touch channel greater than or equal to the second change threshold is selected, and then the selected triggered touch channel and the triggered touch channel with the largest touch signal change value are recorded as the touch channel to be fired.
In an embodiment, before determining the touch channel of the key to be released, the number of the triggered touch channels is determined, and if the number is 1, it indicates that only one touch channel is currently triggered, then the triggered touch channel may be directly determined to be the touch channel of the key to be released, and step 130 is performed. In another embodiment, before determining the touch channels to be pressed, the number of triggered touch channels is determined, and if the number is greater than the maximum number of combined touch keys, the execution of the subsequent steps is abandoned, that is, the pressing is not performed. If the number is less than or equal to the maximum number of the combined touch keys, the step is executed. The maximum number of the combined touch keys refers to the maximum number of the touch keys which need to be combined in each combined touch key when the combined touch keys exist. For example, there are currently three groups of combined touch keys, where two groups of combined touch keys both require 2 different touch keys to be selected at the same time, and another group of combined touch keys requires 3 different touch keys to be selected at the same time, and then the maximum number of combined touch keys is 3. And then, confirming that the number of the triggered touch channels is 4, wherein the number is larger than the maximum number of the combined touch keys, and at the moment, abandoning the execution of the subsequent steps on the triggered touch channels and not executing key output. It can be understood that the reason for abandoning execution is that, in the triggered touch channels, there may be touch channels to be clicked which are greater than the maximum number (combined touch keys), and at this time, because the number of touch channels to be clicked is greater than the maximum number, when the touch key corresponding to the touch channel to be clicked is clicked, the corresponding instruction cannot be determined, and therefore, no response cannot be performed. The reason for this may be that the user may inadvertently touch a large number of touch keys or the like. In another embodiment, before determining the touch channel of the to-be-typed key, the number of triggered touch channels is determined, and if the number is greater than 0, it indicates that there is a triggered touch channel currently, so step 130 is executed. It should be noted that, in practical applications, the above contents may be combined together with practical situations. By the mode, the accuracy of the touch channel for the key to be output can be ensured.
In one embodiment, the mutual interference between the touch channels may be predetermined, and then the special channel group is determined according to the mutual interference, where the interference between the touch channels included in the special channel group is relatively obvious. For example, there are currently 4 touch keys, and when a first touch key is pressed, the interference to a second touch key is relatively obvious, so that the first touch channel and the second touch channel can be combined into a special channel group. Correspondingly, before determining the touch channel to be keyed, determining whether the triggered touch channel belongs to a special channel group, if so, executing the step, otherwise, determining that the triggered touch channel is not generated due to interference, and thus, directly keying the touch key corresponding to the triggered touch channel.
And step 130, performing key output based on the touch key corresponding to the touch channel to be key output.
The key-out refers to determining a touch key currently selected by a user, determining an instruction to be executed based on the touch key, and then sending the instruction to perform a subsequent response, where the response result may be to execute a certain function or a certain operation. In one embodiment, the touch key corresponding to each instruction is predetermined, wherein each instruction may correspond to one or more touch keys. And after the touch channel to be pressed is selected, confirming the touch key corresponding to the touch channel to be pressed, pressing the touch key, namely determining an instruction corresponding to the touch key pressed at the current time according to the corresponding relation, and responding to the instruction.
After the touch key is output, the detection process of one touch key may be considered to be finished, and the detection process of the next touch key may be performed.
The technical means that the triggered touch channels are determined according to the touch signal change values of the touch channels, namely, the touch channels which are possibly selected by a user are primarily screened, then, the touch channels of the to-be-out keys are determined in each triggered touch channel, namely, the touch channels which are selected by the user are secondarily screened, and then, the out keys are made based on the touch keys corresponding to the touch channels of the to-be-out keys can solve the technical problem that in the prior art, when combined touch keys exist, the interference generated when the touch keys are pressed is mistakenly identified as pressing operation. The touch keys which are out of keys due to interference can be eliminated under the condition of not influencing the sensitivity of the touch channel through secondary screening, the accuracy of touch key detection is ensured, and the mutual interference among the touch keys is reduced from a software layer.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a touch key out detection method according to another embodiment of the present application. The present embodiment is embodied on the basis of the above-described embodiments. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the method for detecting an out-of-key of a touch key provided in this embodiment specifically includes:
and step 210, taking the first touch channel as the current touch channel.
Specifically, the processing sequence of each touch channel is predetermined, and then the first touch channel is selected as the current touch channel according to the processing sequence and is processed. The embodiment of the rule for determining the processing order is not limited, and for example, the processing order is determined according to the setting position of the touch key in the touch key out-key detection device.
And step 220, receiving the touch signal change value of the current touch channel.
Specifically, when receiving the touch signal change value of the current touch channel, the step specifically includes steps 221 to 222:
step 221, receiving an original value of the touch signal of the current touch channel.
Here, the original value of the touch signal may be understood as a value currently represented by the touch channel detection signal, which may be denoted as raw data. It is understood that the touch signal raw values can be obtained when the touch channel is scanned. The detection signal of the touch channel changes, and the original value of the touch signal represented by the detection signal also changes, and each touch channel corresponds to one original value of the touch signal.
Step 222, subtracting the original value of the touch signal from the corresponding reference value of the touch signal to obtain a touch signal variation value of the current touch channel, where each touch channel corresponds to a preset reference value of the touch signal.
The touch signal reference value can be understood as a value represented by a detection signal in a touch channel when the touch key is not pressed and the touch channel is not interfered, and can be recorded as baseline. The touch signal reference value is measured by a relevant person before the touch key output detection apparatus leaves a factory and recorded in the touch key output detection apparatus, and thus, the touch signal reference value may be regarded as a value preset in the touch key output detection apparatus. Each touch channel corresponds to a touch signal reference value. In an embodiment, the touch signal reference value is set to a fixed value. In practical application, the touch signal reference value can change along with the use duration of the touch key so as to ensure the accuracy of the touch signal reference value.
Currently, the touch signal reference value may represent a reference value when the touch channel detection signal is not changed, and the touch signal original value may represent a current value when the touch channel detection signal is changed, so that a difference is made between the touch signal original value of the touch channel and the corresponding touch signal reference value, so as to obtain a change value corresponding to the touch channel, that is, a touch signal change value, where the touch signal change value may also be denoted as differ.
And step 230, judging whether the current touch channel is triggered according to the touch signal change value. And when the current touch channel is triggered, step 240 is performed. If not, go to step 250.
In one embodiment, determining whether the current touch channel is triggered according to the touch signal variation value of the current touch channel specifically includes: and judging whether the touch signal change value is greater than or equal to a corresponding first change threshold value or not, wherein each touch channel corresponds to one first change threshold value. If the touch signal variation value is greater than or equal to the corresponding first variation threshold, the current touch channel is selected as the triggered touch channel, i.e. step 240 is executed. Otherwise, step 250 is performed.
The first change threshold is measured by related personnel before the touch key-out detection equipment leaves a factory and is recorded in the touch key-out detection equipment. Each touch channel corresponds to a first variation threshold. The first variation threshold is used to identify the triggered touch channel. Optionally, the first variation threshold does not need to be too high to ensure the sensitivity of the touch key. In the embodiment, the first change threshold is set to be a fixed value, and in practical application, the first change threshold can change along with the use duration of the touch key so as to ensure the accuracy of touch channel trigger identification.
Specifically, the touch signal change value of the current touch channel is compared with the corresponding first change threshold, and if the touch signal change value is greater than or equal to the first change threshold, it indicates that the change amplitude of the detection signal in the current touch channel meets the triggered condition, that is, the corresponding touch key may be selected by the user, so that the current touch channel is determined as the triggered touch channel, that is, step 240 is executed. Otherwise, it is determined that the current touch channel is not the triggered touch channel, that is, the detection of the current touch channel is completed, and step 250 is executed.
And 240, selecting the current touch channel as the triggered touch channel.
The detection of the current touch channel is completed, and step 250 is executed.
Step 250, determining whether the current touch channel is the last touch channel. If so, go to step 270, otherwise, go to step 260.
Specifically, it is determined whether the current touch channel is the last touch channel according to the processing sequence, and if yes, it is determined that all touch channels have been currently detected, that is, each touch channel is determined, and at this time, the triggered touch channel has been selected from all touch channels, so step 270 is executed. Otherwise, it is determined that there are currently undetected touch channels, at which point step 260 is performed.
And step 260, taking the next touch channel as the current touch channel. Return to perform step 220.
If there are still undetected touch channels, determining a touch channel behind the current touch channel, i.e., a next touch channel, according to the processing sequence, then taking the next touch channel as the current touch channel, and returning to execute step 220, i.e., receiving the touch signal change value of the current touch channel again, and determining whether the current touch channel is the triggered touch channel according to the touch signal change value.
Step 270, determining whether the number of the triggered touch channels is less than or equal to a first set number and greater than a second set number, where the first set number is greater than the second set number. If the number of triggered touch channels is less than or equal to the first set number and greater than the second set number, step 280 is executed. And if the number of the triggered touch channels is larger than the first set number or smaller than or equal to the second set number, ending the operation.
The first set number and the second set number are used for judging whether the touch keys corresponding to the triggered touch channels meet the key-out condition. The first set number is greater than the second set number, that is, the first set number is the maximum number of touch keys when a key is out, generally speaking, the first set number is the maximum number of combined touch keys, and a specific value thereof may be set in combination with an actual situation of the touch key out detection device, for example, the first set number is 3. The second set number is smaller than the minimum number of touch keys at the time of key-out, and generally speaking, the second set number is 0. That is, only when the triggered touch channel is greater than 0, the subsequent operation is performed.
Specifically, the number of triggered touch channels is identified in all touch channels, and it is determined whether the number of triggered touch channels is less than or equal to a first set number and greater than a second set number, and if the number of triggered touch channels is less than or equal to the first set number and greater than the second set number, it indicates that the touch key corresponding to the triggered touch channel can be pressed, so step 280, that is, performing secondary screening. If the number of the triggered touch channels is greater than the first set number, it indicates that the number of the touch keys which may be out of the key is greater than the maximum number, and therefore, the key out cannot be performed, and at this time, the process is ended. Similarly, if the number of the triggered touch channels is less than or equal to the second set number, it indicates that there is no currently triggered touch channel, i.e. there is no touch key that can be used for exiting, and therefore, the process cannot be performed for exiting, and the process is ended.
It should be noted that the second set number may also be the minimum number of touch keys when a key is output, for example, the second set number is 1, at this time, when the triggered touch channel is greater than 1, the subsequent operation is executed, if the triggered touch channel is equal to 1, the key may be directly output, and if the triggered touch channel is less than 1, the process is ended.
And step 280, determining a touch channel to be typed out from the triggered touch channels according to the touch signal change value corresponding to each triggered touch channel.
In one embodiment, the steps specifically include: and selecting a touch signal change value which is greater than or equal to a corresponding second change threshold value from the touch signal change values corresponding to each triggered touch channel, wherein the touch channel corresponding to the selected touch signal change value is used as a touch channel for a key to be released, each touch channel corresponds to one second change threshold value, the second change threshold value is greater than or equal to a first change threshold value corresponding to the touch channel, and the first change threshold value is used for detecting the triggered touch channel.
The second variation threshold is calculated by the touch key out detection device or other devices (such as a computer) according to a set rule before the touch key out detection device leaves the factory, and is recorded in the touch key out detection device. Each touch channel corresponds to a second variation threshold. Generally, the second variation threshold is greater than the first variation threshold. The second variation threshold is used for identifying the touch channel of the key to be recognized, and may also be understood as performing secondary screening on the triggered touch channel to eliminate interference. Generally, for any touch channel, the touch signal variation value at the time of user selection is greater than the touch signal variation value at the time of interference, and therefore, the value range of the second variation threshold may be between the touch signal variation value at the time of user selection and the touch signal variation value at the time of interference. Further, when the touch signal variation value is greater than or equal to the second variation threshold, it indicates that the reason for the variation of the corresponding touch channel detection signal is not caused by interference but by user selection.
In practical application, there is a possibility that the second change threshold is equal to the first change threshold, for example, for a certain touch channel, the interference to the touch channel when other touch channels are triggered is small and is not enough to perform false recognition on the current interference, so the first change threshold of the touch channel may be set to be equal to the second change threshold, that is, as long as the touch signal change value of the touch channel is greater than or equal to the first change threshold, the touch key corresponding to the touch channel may be touched. In this case, it can be understood that the setting of the second change threshold value for the touch channel may also be abandoned, and as the interference of other touch channels to the touch channel is small, as long as the touch signal change value of the touch channel is greater than or equal to the first change threshold value, the touch key corresponding to the touch channel may be output without performing secondary screening on the touch channel. At this time, it is not required for the touch channel that it must set two variation thresholds correspondingly.
Specifically, the touch signal change value corresponding to each triggered touch channel is compared with the corresponding second change threshold, and if the touch signal change value is greater than or equal to the second change threshold, it is determined that the touch key corresponding to the current touch channel is selected by the user, that is, the touch key corresponding to the current touch channel needs to be released, so that the triggered touch channel is determined as the touch channel to be released. Otherwise, determining that the triggered touch channel is not the touch channel of the key to be output.
In another embodiment, the steps specifically include: acquiring the maximum touch signal change value from the touch signal change values corresponding to each triggered touch channel, wherein the touch channel corresponding to the maximum touch signal change value is used as a touch channel for a key to be released; and sequentially comparing the remaining touch signal change values with the corresponding second change threshold values to select the touch signal change values which are greater than or equal to the corresponding second change threshold values, wherein the touch channel corresponding to the selected touch signal change value is the touch channel of the key to be released, the remaining touch signal change values are other touch signal change values except the maximum touch signal change value in the touch signal change values corresponding to the triggered touch channels, each touch channel corresponds to one second change threshold value, the second change threshold values are greater than or equal to the first change threshold values corresponding to the touch channels, and the first change threshold values are used for detecting the triggered touch channels.
It should be noted that the second variation threshold value is determined in the same manner and has the same function as the second variation threshold value.
Specifically, the largest touch signal change value is selected from the touch signal change values corresponding to the triggered touch channels. Generally, the touch key with the largest touch signal change value is determined as the touch key selected by the user, that is, the touch key needing to be pressed, and therefore, the touch channel corresponding to the largest touch signal change value can be directly determined as the touch channel to be pressed.
And then, removing the maximum touch signal change value from the touch signal change values corresponding to all the triggered touch channels, comparing the remaining touch signal change values with the corresponding second change threshold, and screening out the touch signal change values which are greater than or equal to the second change threshold, wherein at the moment, the screened touch signal change values can be considered as meeting the key-out condition, and the corresponding touch channels are identified as the touch channels of the keys to be called out.
And 290, performing key output based on the touch key corresponding to the touch channel to be key output.
In the following, an exemplary description is given to the touch key out detection method provided by the present embodiment, it is assumed that two touch keys are currently included and are respectively denoted as TK0 and TK1, and the first change threshold corresponding to TK0 is 300, the second change threshold is 300, and the first change threshold corresponding to TK1 is 200, and the second change threshold is 275. For example, currently, it is detected that the touch signal variation value corresponding to TK0 is 575 and the touch signal variation value corresponding to TK1 is 235, at this time, TK0 and TK1 are both greater than the corresponding first variation threshold, and both corresponding touch channels are identified as triggered touch channels. After that, when the touch signal variation values are compared with the corresponding second variation thresholds, respectively, only the touch signal variation value corresponding to TK0 is greater than the second variation threshold, and thus, the final key output result is TK 0. For another example, currently, it is detected that the touch signal variation value corresponding to TK0 is 38, and the touch signal variation value corresponding to TK1 is 391, at which point only the touch signal variation value of TK1 is greater than the corresponding first variation threshold, and thus the final key outcome is TK 1. As another example, currently, it is detected that the touch signal variation value corresponding to TK0 is 8, and the touch signal variation value corresponding to TK1 is 237, at this time, only the touch signal variation value of TK1 is greater than the corresponding first variation threshold, and therefore, the final key output result is TK 1. Also for example, currently, it is detected that the touch signal change value corresponding to TK0 is 575 and the touch signal change value corresponding to TK1 is 389, at this time, TK0 and TK1 are both greater than the corresponding first change threshold, and both corresponding touch channels are identified as triggered touch channels. Then, the touch signal change value corresponding to TK0 is the largest, so the touch signal change value corresponding to TK1 is compared with the corresponding second change threshold, at which time the touch signal change value corresponding to TK1 is greater than the corresponding second change threshold, and therefore, the final key outcome is TK0+ TK 1.
In the above, each touch channel is sequentially detected to obtain a touch signal change value based on the touch signal original value and the touch signal reference value of each touch channel, and then the touch signal change value is compared with the corresponding first change threshold value to screen out the touch channel that may be selected by the user as the triggered touch channel. After all touch channels are detected, secondary screening is carried out according to a second change threshold value in the triggered touch channels which are screened out so as to screen out the touch channels selected by a user, namely the touch channels waiting for key release, and then key release is carried out based on the touch channels waiting for key release. Furthermore, after the triggered touch channels are obtained, only when the number of the triggered touch channels is between the first set number and the second set number, the subsequent operation of identifying the touch channels to be used for outputting the key can be performed, and the accuracy of outputting the key can be ensured. Furthermore, when the triggered touch channels are screened based on the second change threshold, the triggered touch channel with the largest touch signal change value is determined as the touch channel to be output, so that even if the remaining touch signal change values are smaller than the corresponding second change threshold, smooth key output can be still ensured.
On the basis of the above embodiment, before determining a touch channel to be keyed in the triggered touch channels according to the touch signal variation value corresponding to each triggered touch channel, the method further includes: judging whether the triggered touch channel belongs to a special channel group or not; if the touch signals belong to the special channel group, determining the operation of the touch channel to be typed out in the triggered touch channels according to the touch signal change value corresponding to each triggered touch channel; and if the touch key does not belong to the special channel group, performing key-out based on the touch key corresponding to the triggered touch channel.
The touch control device comprises a special channel group, a touch control unit and a control unit, wherein the special channel group is recorded with a plurality of touch channels, and when one touch channel in the special channel group is selected by a user, other touch channels in the special channel group generate larger interference. The special channel group can be obtained by testing the touch channel by related personnel before the touch key-out detection equipment leaves a factory. Generally, a plurality of special channel groups are recorded in the touch key-out detection device.
Specifically, after the triggered touch channel is confirmed, the triggered touch channel is compared with each special channel group to determine whether the triggered touch channel belongs to the special channel group, that is, whether the touch channel recorded in the special channel group is consistent with the currently triggered touch channel. When the triggered touch channel belongs to the special channel group (that is, the touch channel recorded in the special channel group is consistent with the currently triggered touch channel), it is indicated that the triggered touch channel may be generated due to inter-channel interference, and therefore, secondary screening is required, that is, an operation of determining the touch channel to be used for making a key in the triggered touch channel is performed according to the touch signal change value corresponding to each triggered touch channel. When the triggered touch channels do not belong to the special channel group, the triggered touch channels have small interference, which is unlikely to be generated due to the inter-channel interference, and therefore, the triggered touch channels can be directly output for subsequent response.
Optionally, when there is an operation of determining whether the number of triggered touch channels is less than or equal to the first set number and greater than the second set number, the operation of determining whether the triggered touch channels belong to the special channel group may be performed after that, that is, if the number of triggered touch channels is less than or equal to the first set number and greater than the second set number, the operation of determining whether the triggered touch channels belong to the special channel group is performed.
In the above, after the triggered touch channel is obtained, only the touch channel satisfying the special channel group is subjected to secondary screening, that is, only the touch channel with large interference is subjected to secondary screening, so that the data processing amount can be reduced.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a touch key out detection method according to another embodiment of the present application. It should be noted that the above embodiment may be an application process of the touch key out detection device, that is, a method executed when the touch key out detection device is used by a user after being shipped from a factory. The embodiment can be understood as a preparation process of the touch key out-of-key detection device, the preparation process is executed before the touch key out-of-key detection device leaves a factory, and optionally, after the preparation process is completed, the touch key out-of-key detection device can be produced in mass and leaves the factory after the test is completed. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the touch key out-key detection method includes:
and step 310, acquiring an interference touch signal change value of each touch channel.
The interference touch signal change value refers to a touch signal change value generated by the touch channel due to interference. Namely, when the touch keys corresponding to other touch channels are pressed by a user, interference is generated on the current touch channel, so that the touch signal of the current touch channel changes, and further the current touch channel generates a touch signal change value, namely, an interference touch signal change value is generated. It is understood that for any touch channel, when the touch key corresponding to each of the other touch channels is pressed by the user, it may generate a corresponding interference touch signal variation value. It should be noted that the calculation method of the interference touch signal variation value is the same as that of the foregoing embodiment, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, for a current touch key, the relevant person sequentially presses other touch keys, and when each other touch key is pressed, the touch key out-key detection device determines the interference touch signal change value of the touch channel corresponding to the current touch key, and records the other currently pressed touch keys. At this time, for the current touch channel, each of the other touch channels corresponds to one interference touch signal variation value. A plurality of interference touch signal variation values for each touch channel can be determined in the manner described above.
In one embodiment, after obtaining the interference touch signal variation value of each touch channel, the method further includes: and obtaining a special channel group according to the interference touch signal change value. Namely, according to the variation value of each interference touch signal, other touch channels with larger interference to the current touch channel are determined, and the determined other touch channels and the current touch channel form a special channel group. When determining the other touch channels with the larger interference, the other touch channels corresponding to the interference touch signal change value with the largest set number may be selected as the other touch channels with the larger interference. It may also be determined whether the interference touch signal variation value is higher than a certain threshold (the threshold may be set according to an actual situation), and the other touch channel corresponding to the interference touch signal variation value higher than the certain threshold is used as the other touch channel with larger interference.
And step 320, selecting the maximum interference touch signal change value from the interference touch signal change values.
The maximum interference touch signal change value indicates that the interference to the touch channel corresponding to the current touch key is strongest when the corresponding other touch keys are pressed, and at this time, the touch channel is easily identified as the touch channel for which the key is to be released. Therefore, in the embodiment, the largest disturbing touch signal variation value is selected to calculate the second variation threshold, so that the second variation threshold effectively avoids the influence caused by the disturbance. It can be understood that each current touch key corresponds to a maximum interference touch signal variation value.
Step 330, determining a second change threshold of the current touch channel according to the maximum interference touch signal change value and the first change threshold of the current touch channel, where the first change threshold is used to detect the triggered touch channel.
Specifically, the first change threshold is set by the relevant person, and the specific setting rule may be set according to an actual situation, for example, the relevant person presses a certain touch key to determine a touch signal change value of a corresponding touch channel, and then calculates the touch signal change value according to the set percentage to obtain the first change threshold. Wherein the set percentage is related to the set sensitivity. For example, when the set sensitivity is high, the touch key-out detection device is sensitive to the pressing operation identification of the relevant person, and at this time, a smaller percentage is set, so that the first change threshold is smaller, so that the touch channel can still be identified to be triggered when the change value of the touch signal is smaller. Similarly, when the set sensitivity is low, the touch key out-of-key detection device is not sensitive to the press operation identification of the relevant person, and at the moment, a larger percentage is set, so that the first change threshold is larger, and the touch channel can be identified to be triggered only when the change value of the touch signal is larger.
Further, a second change threshold of the current touch channel is determined according to the first change threshold of the current touch channel and the maximum interference touch channel change value. At this time, the step may include steps 331 to 333:
step 331, determining whether the maximum interference touch signal variation value is greater than a first variation threshold of the current touch channel. If the maximum interference touch signal variation value is greater than the first variation threshold, step 332 is executed. If the maximum interference touch signal variation value is less than or equal to the first variation threshold, step 333 is executed.
Specifically, the maximum interference touch signal change value corresponding to the current touch channel is compared with a first change threshold. When the maximum interference touch signal variation value is less than or equal to the first variation threshold, it indicates that even if the current touch channel is interfered, there is no situation that the current touch channel is identified as the triggered touch channel, and further there is no possibility that the corresponding touch key is pressed out, so step 333 may be executed. When the maximum interference touch signal variation value is greater than the first variation threshold, it indicates that there is a case where the current touch channel is identified as the triggered touch channel after being interfered, and at this time, the touch channel needs to be screened for the second time, so step 332 needs to be executed.
And 332, calculating a second change threshold of the current touch channel according to the first change threshold, the maximum interference touch signal change value and the set parameter.
Specifically, the second variation threshold is greater than the first variation threshold and smaller than the touch signal variation value when the touch key is pressed, and the specific calculation mode can be set according to the actual situation. In an embodiment, the second variation threshold is calculated by using the formula T _ S _ i ═ D _ Smax _ i-T _ N _ i) × B + T _ N _ i, where T _ S _ i represents the second variation threshold of the ith touch channel, D _ Smax _ i represents the maximum disturbance touch signal variation value corresponding to the ith touch channel, T _ N _ i represents the first variation threshold of the ith touch channel, B represents the setting parameter, and B > 1. I.e. each touch channel may calculate the second variation threshold in the manner described above. The specific values of the setting parameters can be set according to actual conditions, and are used for preventing the difference caused by batch production of the touch key out-of-key detection equipment. For example, in the accurate process, the value of D _ Smax _ i-T _ N _ i under one touch key in the touch key out-key detection device is 40, and then, when the touch key out-key detection device is produced in batch, the value of D _ Smax _ i-T _ N _ i under the other touch key in the touch key out-key detection device is 41, at this time, the corresponding second change threshold should be determined according to 41, and the preparation process has determined the second change threshold according to 40, that is, the two second change thresholds have differences. Therefore, in order to prevent such variability, a setting parameter is introduced when calculating the second variation threshold, for example, the setting parameter is 1.05, then the value of D _ Smax _ i-T _ N _ i is multiplied by the setting parameter, for example, 40 is multiplied by 1.05, and the second variation threshold is calculated based on the multiplication result, and at this time, the obtained second variation threshold includes the case where the value of D _ Smax _ i-T _ N _ i is 41, that is, the variability is avoided. And then, setting a second change threshold value as the second change threshold value after the difference is avoided when the touch key out-of-key detection equipment is produced in batch.
Step 333 sets the second variation threshold equal to the first variation threshold.
Specifically, even if the current touch channel is interfered, the condition that the current touch channel is identified as the triggered touch channel does not exist, that is, the interference of other touch channels to the current touch channel is small, so that the second change threshold of the current touch channel can be set to be equal to the first change threshold, that is, when the change value of the touch signal corresponding to the current touch is greater than or equal to the first change threshold, the current touch channel can be directly determined to be the touch channel to be keyed out.
For example, there are currently 3 touch keys, and each touch key corresponds to two interference touch signal change values. And then, selecting the maximum interference touch signal change value from the two interference touch signal change values corresponding to the first touch key, wherein the maximum interference touch signal change value is smaller than the corresponding first change threshold value, and setting the second change threshold value of the first touch key to be equal to the first change threshold value. And selecting the maximum interference touch signal change value from the two interference touch signal change values corresponding to the second touch key, wherein the maximum interference touch signal change value is equal to the corresponding first change threshold value, and setting the second change threshold value of the interference touch key to be equal to the first change threshold value. And selecting the maximum interference touch signal change value from the two interference touch signal change values corresponding to the third touch key, wherein the maximum interference touch signal change value is greater than the corresponding first change threshold value, and calculating the second change threshold value of the third touch key by using the formula.
Or, if the touch signal change value corresponding to the current touch is greater than the first change threshold, the setting of the second change threshold for the current touch channel is abandoned. In the application process, when the touch signal change value of the current touch channel is greater than or equal to the first change threshold, the current touch channel does not need to be identified for the second time, and the current touch channel is directly determined to be the touch channel to be out-keyed.
By determining the interference touch signal change value when each touch key is interfered by other touch keys and determining the second change threshold according to the maximum interference touch signal change value, the triggered touch channel identified by interference can be effectively filtered by the second change threshold, and the accuracy of final key output is ensured.
