An intelligent ammeter box comprises an electric energy sampling chip, a main control chip, a temperature detection circuit, a communication interface circuit and an alarm circuit; the main control chip is connected with the three-phase electric energy sampling chip, the communication interface circuit, the alarm circuit and the temperature detection circuit; the electric energy metering chip is connected with the single-phase meter. The invention can detect the total energy of the ammeter box and the electric energy used by each user, and then compares the difference value of the total energy and the electric energy used by each user to detect the electricity stealing prevention, thereby practically preventing the electricity stealing; the invention can record the current overrun condition through the leakage current transformer and can give an alarm.

Technical Field

Background
In recent years, with the improvement of living standard of people, household electrical equipment is increased, the bearing capacity of circuits is increased by various electrical loads, the situations of overload operation, short circuit and the like of the circuits occur occasionally, and fire caused by the electrical equipment also occurs occasionally. Therefore, the power consumption is necessary to be monitored, the power overload is alarmed in advance, and potential safety hazards are eliminated. When the line has electric leakage, the user can be prompted through means of voice alarm and the like at the first time, unsafe power utilization can be realized, and related personnel can be found for maintenance as soon as possible.
In addition, the electricity stealing phenomenon is a great problem troubling power supply enterprises all the time, and the electricity stealing not only causes serious economic loss to countries and groups, but also restricts the improvement of economic benefits. With the increasing development of science and technology, the way and technology of electricity stealing become more and more sophisticated, and the traditional electricity stealing prevention method is difficult to receive ideal effect, so the electricity stealing prevention technical measures should be developed towards high-tech, automatic and intelligent directions.

The communication module comprises an RS485 interface and a UART interface which are connected with the main control chip.
The alarm circuit comprises a buzzer and a voice alarm module which are connected with the main control chip.
The power module includes a battery connected with a main power supply loop.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention can detect the total energy of the ammeter box and the electric energy used by each user, and then compares the difference value of the total energy and the electric energy used by each user to detect the electricity stealing prevention, thereby practically preventing the electricity stealing;

If the electric energy meter is a three-phase meter consisting of three single-phase meters, the electric energy metering chip is connected with the three single-phase meters and then is connected with the main control chip, the electric energy metering chip can read data of the single-phase meters, and then the data are converted and then sent to the main control chip, so that the main control chip can obtain electric quantity data of the single-phase meters.

The electric energy sampling chip is used for connecting the three single-phase meters, acquiring the electricity consumption data of the single-phase meters and then sending the data to the main control chip. The electric energy sampling chip mainly samples electric energy parameters including voltage, current information and calculation power, electric quantity and the like, and the electric energy sampling chip can select the existing chip, for example, has a 3-way 24-bit AD converter, a 16-bit clock, a 16-bit hardware adder, and simultaneously has a serial interface, a watchdog clock and 11 IO pins.

The temperature sensors for the prior hot door include the following ones: thermocouple temperature sensors, thermal resistance temperature sensors, infrared temperature sensors, digital temperature sensors, and the like. The alarm circuit can also comprise a light ray alarm module connected with the main control chip, and the various alarm modules can lead the working personnel to find problems in real time, prevent situation expansion, eliminate fire hazard and improve the power utilization safety,
the communication module comprises an RS485 interface and a UART interface which are connected with the main control chip, and the RS485 interface is used for connecting an RS485 bus for communication; because the intelligent ammeter needs to access the RS-485 line of the ammeter into the intelligent module, the RS-485 bus needs to be arranged in advance in the intelligent ammeter box, and the wiring terminal is reserved for the ammeter, so that the wiring of the RS-485 bus in the whole ammeter box is more standard, the problem of messy winding displacement caused by uneven quality of field constructors of an engineering team is avoided, the failure of meter reading of a meter reading system caused by wiring errors is avoided, and the success rate of meter reading is improved. The UART interface can be connected with the infrared communication module or the 433 wireless communication module and is used for carrying out wireless communication with external equipment.
When the intelligent ammeter box is applied specifically, the intelligent ammeter box mainly completes communication between the main control chip and an external centralized meter reading system, a palm machine and a single-phase ammeter. The communication between the main control chip and the single-phase electric meters mainly reads the electric quantity of each single-phase electric meter; the communication between the main control chip and the centralized meter reading system and the palm machine mainly comprises reading the event record of abnormal electricity utilization, the power failure event, the incoming electricity event, the temperature condition of the meter box and the like. Therefore, the RS-485 communication mode is used for communication between the main control chip and the external centralized meter reading system and between the main control chip and the single-phase electric meter. In order to have enough operation initiative, real-time performance and stability, the intelligent ammeter case main control chip uses the infrared communication mode with the communication of palm machine, compatible DL645 agreement.
The intelligent electric energy meter also comprises a power supply module connected with electric equipment inside the intelligent electric energy meter, wherein the power supply module is connected with a main power supply loop, the power supply module can select the existing rechargeable power supply module, such as a rechargeable battery, the main power supply loop can be an alternating current 220V power supply, the rechargeable power supply module of the power supply module is charged through the main power supply loop, and then the rechargeable power supply module supplies power to electric elements in the electric meter boxes such as a main control chip and an alarm circuit.
The main control chip of the electricity meter box is also connected with a current transformer for detecting whether the main power supply loop leaks electricity, as shown in the figure, the current transformer is CT, the current transformer is connected to the main power supply loop and used for detecting whether the main power supply loop leaks electricity and sending a detection result to the main control chip, after the main control chip receives a signal of the current transformer, the signal is compared with a preset threshold value of the current transformer to judge whether the electricity leaks electricity, and if the electricity leaks, an alarm is given.
The main control chip of the electric energy meter is also connected with an electric energy metering chip for detecting the power supply electric quantity of the main power supply loop, and the electric energy metering chip is used for acquiring the total electric quantity of the electric meter box. The electric meter box can accurately reflect the real electricity utilization condition of the user by monitoring the total electric energy of the electric meter box and the electric energy used by each user, simultaneously compare the difference value between the electric meter box and the user, and if the difference value exceeds the set range, the electricity stealing condition is indicated, so that the electricity stealing condition can be practically prevented. The intelligent electric meter box can additionally prevent electricity stealing in a line-to-ground mode for monitoring leakage current.
The intelligent electric meter box also comprises a box door and a travel switch linked with the box door, so that the door opening event of the electric meter box can be recorded and alarmed, and the illegal transformation of a user on an electric wire can be avoided. The specific reason is that electricity thieves need to contact the metering device, so that the upper part of the electric meter box must be opened if electricity is stolen, a travel switch is arranged at the door of the meter box in the intelligent electric meter box, the opening and closing states of the door of the meter box are detected, events are recorded, and when the meter box is illegally opened, the events are recorded and local alarm is sent to deter the electricity thieves; if meter reading personnel open the meter box door, the secret key authentication can be carried out through the handset terminal, and then legal opening is carried out. Travel switch or micro-gap switch that set up in ammeter case chamber door department, then judge whether ammeter case chamber door is opened for the commonly used technical means among the prior art according to travel switch or micro-gap switch, no longer give unnecessary details.
