Abstract
本发明是一种适合液态氢能源储存的绝缘材料作为液态氢储存瓶(罐)的内胆,其特征在于:用适合液态氢能源储存的绝缘体材料,尤具是以陶瓷材料作为液态氢储存瓶(罐)内胆,其绝缘陶瓷瓶(罐)内胆体外部无缝隙包裹双层真空不变钢制作的保温体,绝缘陶瓷瓶(罐)内胆体口与双层真空不变刚保温瓶(罐)体口共同设计成一个耐高强压力的绝缘阀门(3)。

技术领域
本发明属于新能源燃料储存领域,是涉及到一种以氢能源作为动力的液态氢储存瓶(罐)。
背景技术
以氢燃料作为新的替代性能源,清洁环保,可循环利用,是人类未来能源发展方向,但目前现有技术不能有效支撑氢能源有效开发合理使用,其主要原因在于液态氢的储存技术难以有所突破,液态氢储存率低,使氢能源的利用受到极大的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适合液态氢储存的具有绝缘效果的液态氢储存瓶(罐),尤其是以绝缘材料陶瓷作为液态氢褚存瓶(罐)内胆的液态氢储存瓶(罐),充分利用陶瓷绝缘体特性,使液态氢在绝缘体陶瓷瓶(罐)内,不受地球电磁场作用,处于相对静稳状态,使液态氢在绝缘陶瓷罐体内不能汽化蒸发。
本发明的绝缘材料陶瓷液态氢储存瓶(罐)内胆的液态氢储存瓶(罐),可适用于新能源汽车,新能源飞行器,火箭液态氢燃料储存仓,新能源舰船等。

具体实施方式
如图所示:本发明一种用适合液态氢储存的绝缘材料作为液态氢储存的瓶(罐)内胆的液态氢储存瓶(罐),尤其是以绝缘材料陶瓷作为液态氢褚存瓶内胆的液态氢储存瓶(罐),由储存液态氢的陶瓷内胆(2),陶瓷内胆外部无缝隙包裹的永不变刚制作的双层真空保温瓶(罐)体(3),陶瓷内胆瓶 (罐)口与不变钢制作的双层真空保温瓶(罐)口设计为一体的高压绝缘阀门装置(4),液态氢减压排出装置(5),液态氢注入装置(6),温度压力监测装置(7)组成。当成品合格的液态氢储存瓶(罐)(1)投入使用时,将其安装固定在设备最佳安装位置,并将液态氢减压排出装置(5)与设备发动机供应燃气管路连接,开启液态氢储存瓶(罐)(1)的液态氢注入装置(6),开启启液态氢储存瓶(罐)(1)的高强压力绝缘伐门(4),注入液态氢,液态氢注入完成后,关闭液态氢注入装置(6),观察液态氢储存瓶(罐)(1)是否正常,确定没有异常即可正常投入使用。
Claims (2)
1.一种用适合储存液态氢的绝缘材料制作的液态氢储存瓶(罐),尤其是以绝缘材料陶瓷制作的液态氢褚存瓶(罐)内胆的液态氢储存瓶(罐),包括:用一种适合储存液态氢的绝缘材料制作的液态氢储存瓶(罐)内胆(2),其绝缘材料(陶瓷)内胆瓶(罐)体外部无缝隙包裹真空双层不变钢制作的保温体(3),绝缘陶瓷瓶(罐)内胆体(1)口与双层真空不变刚保温体瓶(罐)口共同设计成一体的一个耐高强压力的绝缘阀门(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用绝缘材料作为液态氢能源储存的液态氢储存瓶(罐),尤其是以绝缘材料陶瓷作为液态氢褚存瓶(罐)内胆的液态氢储存瓶(罐),其特征在于:用一种具有绝缘且耐高强压力防渗透材料作为液态氢储存瓶(罐)内胆(2),用一种膨胀系数与内胆材料尤其是与陶瓷材料极为接近的不变钢作为液态氢储存罐绝缘内胆(2)的辅助抗压双层真空外保温层(3),并将绝缘材料液态氢储存内胆体瓶(罐)(2)口与双层真空不变钢外保温瓶(罐)体口共同设计成一体的耐高强压力的绝缘阀门(4)。
