The platform base 1 is provided with a ladder which is in alignment with the position of a safety door on the platform driving device 2, so that ground workers can safely enter the construction platform;
the platform driving device 2 is provided with two braking motors, a safety falling protector, a gear driving set, a guide wheel set, an emergency descending device, an intelligent controller and a safety door. Through the motor and the gear driving group, under the guiding action of the guide wheel group, the construction operation platform 4 and the portal bridge device 4 do uniform motion along the platform lifting guide upright post 3, so that the lifting and descending motion is realized. The motor with brake is provided with a self-braking device, and can brake the platform driving device 2 on the platform lifting guide upright post 3 when the power is off; meanwhile, the anti-falling device is arranged, so that under the unexpected condition, if the machine falls without being constrained, the anti-falling device can detect the overspeed of the falling and prevent the construction platform from continuously falling, and meanwhile, the anti-falling limit switch is started to cut off the power supply, so that the anti-falling safety protection effect is achieved. Once the fall arrest device is activated and the power supply is switched off at the high altitude, the lowering movement can be effected manually, by means of an emergency lowering device provided, until it returns to the ground.
15 groups of guide wheels are arranged on the platform driving device 2, and under the action of a limiting carrier of the group of guide wheels, the platform driving device 2 is stable and smooth in lifting operation and balanced in stress.
The platform driving device 2 is provided with an intelligent electric control device, intelligent horizontal synchronous control is carried out on the left and right platform driving devices 2 through a working platform horizontal limiting and overrunning leveling limiting control device, once difference is generated synchronously and exceeds a design range, the horizontal limiting and overrunning leveling limiting control device is automatically started, and at the moment, an overrunning leveling limiting switch is started, the synchronism is adjusted, and a power supply is directly cut off under severe conditions; the intelligent electric control devices play a role in safety guarantee on the operation of the construction platform;
the platform driving device 2 is provided with an electric control safety door for constructors to enter and exit and goods to be loaded and unloaded. Set up limit switch on the emergency exit, if the emergency exit does not reliably close, construction platform is in the outage state, ensures construction operation safe and reliable.
The platform driving device 2 is connected with the construction operation platform 4 and the portal bridge device 4 through high-strength pin shafts at two ends to form a complete operation platform structure, so that the attached electric construction platform with the portal bridge device can vertically move along the platform lifting guide upright post 3.
The construction operation platform 4 comprises a platform beam, a scaffold board and a protective fence. The portal bridge upright post 5-1 is divided into a left part and a right part, is hinged with a platform beam of the construction operation platform 4 through an upper high-strength connecting pin shaft and a lower high-strength connecting pin shaft, and is fixedly connected with the portal bridge transverse truss 5-2 through bolts; due to the adoption of the assembly type structure, the height and width of the portal frame can be changed according to the construction requirement and the height and width of the building bottom layer with the porch or the building convex structure; the door bridge upright post 5-1 is provided with mounting frames of side safety protection devices at the upper position and the lower position, so that the side telescopic guard rails 5-6 can extend and stretch along the lateral direction to match with the extension width of the telescopic bars 6 to perform lateral safety protection, and the construction safety of constructors is guaranteed. The door bridge upright post 5-1 is designed in a self framework form to form an up-down ladder frame, so that operating personnel can conveniently go up and down.
The portal bridge device 4 is provided with connecting hole sites on the portal bridge transverse truss 5-2 at equal intervals; the width of the portal frame can be adjusted according to the construction requirement and the width of a porch or a building convex structure on the bottom layer of the building; or the telescopic rod sleeves 5-5 can be installed by bolts, and the telescopic rod 6 is installed in the assembled telescopic rod sleeves 5-5, so that the construction operating platform 4 is widened, the operating personnel can further approach the building, and the operation is safe and convenient.
A positioning and mounting device for laying a scaffold board 5-7 of a portal bridge device platform is also arranged on the transverse truss 5-2 of the portal bridge, and a safe and reliable construction operation platform is provided for operators on the portal bridge device.
The portal bridge transverse truss 5-2 is also provided with a positioning and mounting device of a portal bridge guardrail 5-4, thereby providing safe and reliable protection guarantee for operators from the outside.
The portal bridge device 4 is designed with portal bridge diagonal braces 5-3 according to the design concepts of structure optimization, stress balance and stability; one end of the portal bridge device is fixedly connected with a portal bridge upright post 5-1, a portal bridge transverse truss 5-2 is fixedly connected through a connecting bolt, and the other end of the portal bridge device is fixedly connected with a platform beam of the construction operation platform 4 through a portal bridge inclined strut connecting piece 5-8, so that the portal bridge device and the construction operation platform 4 form a triangular stable framework.
