In order to adapt the weight of the first motor 103 and the second motor 203, a counterweight structure 5 is at least partially disposed on the opening side of the first outer tub 101 and/or the opening side of the second outer tub 201 for offsetting the front-rear imbalance of the suspension assembly 10. In the present embodiment, the counterweight structure 5 compensates and matches the weight difference between the rear end portion and the front end portion of the first washing unit 1 and/or the weight difference between the rear end portion and the front end portion of the second washing unit 2. The moment of the counterweight structure 5 with respect to the elastic center is greater than the sum of the moments of the differences in weight of the first motor 103, the second motor 203, the rear end and the front end of the first washing unit 1 with respect to the elastic center, and the moment of the counterweight structure 5 with respect to the elastic center is greater than the sum of the moments of the differences in weight of the first motor 103, the second motor 203, the rear end and the front end of the second washing unit 2 with respect to the elastic center.
The rear end of first washing unit 1 is the end of first washing unit 1 where the bottom of the first outer tub 101 is located, and the front end is the end of first washing unit 1 where the opening of the first outer tub 101 is located. The weight difference between the rear end part and the front end part of the first washing unit 1 is the sum of the weight differences between the outer cylinder bottom and the outer cylinder opening, between the inner cylinder bottom and the inner cylinder opening, between the outer cylinder bottom mounting part and the outer cylinder opening mounting part, and between the inner cylinder bottom mounting part and the inner cylinder opening mounting part of the first washing unit 1.
The rear end of the second washing unit 2 is the end of the second outer tube 201 of the second washing unit 2 where the bottom of the outer tube is located, and the front end is the end of the second outer tube 201 of the second washing unit 2 where the mouth of the outer tube is located. The weight difference between the rear end part and the front end part of the second washing unit 2 is the sum of the weight differences between the outer cylinder bottom and the outer cylinder opening, between the inner cylinder bottom and the inner cylinder opening, between the outer cylinder bottom mounting part and the outer cylinder opening mounting part, and between the inner cylinder bottom mounting part and the inner cylinder opening mounting part of the second washing unit 2.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is described that the opening of first tub 101 of first washing unit 1 and the opening of second tub 201 of second washing unit 2 are located on the same side, and the bottom of first tub 101 of first washing unit 1 and the bottom of second tub 201 of second washing unit 2 are located on the opposite side. As an alternative modification in the embodiment of the present invention, the opening of the first outer cylinder 101 and the bottom of the second outer cylinder 201 may be arranged on the same side, and the bottom of the first outer cylinder 101 and the opening of the second outer cylinder 201 may be arranged on the same side.
Preferably, in order to ensure that the rotation axis of the first washing unit 1 of the suspension assembly 10 after the installation of the counterweight extends in an inclined manner with the cylinder opening side higher and the rotation axis of the second washing unit 2 extends in an inclined manner with the cylinder opening side higher, so as to ensure that the washing water in the first washing unit 1 and the second washing unit 2 does not overflow from the cylinder opening slightly inclined upwards, the following arrangement may be made: the moment of the weight structure 5 with respect to the elastic center is greater than the sum of the moments of the first motor 103, the second motor 203, the weight difference of the rear end and the front end of the first washing unit 1, and the weight difference of the rear end and the front end of the second washing unit 2 with respect to the elastic center.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the counterweight structure 5 is installed to adjust the weight difference between the front end and the rear end of the suspension assembly 10, the counterweight structure 5 at least includes a counterweight member disposed on the inlet side of the first washing unit 1 and/or the second washing unit 2, so that the counterweight member adjusts the front-rear position of the gravity center of the suspension assembly 10, and the situation that the inlet of the first washing unit 1 and/or the second washing unit 2 is excessively inclined downward and the washing water directly overflows is avoided.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment describes a dual drum washing machine including a first washing unit 1 and a second washing unit 2 connected together to form a suspension assembly 10, wherein the weight of the first washing unit 1 does not exceed the weight of the second washing unit 2. The weight of the second washing unit 2 arranged at the lower part is larger than that of the first washing unit 1 arranged at the upper part, so that the gravity centers of the two washing units connected are arranged under the lower part, the gravity center height of the suspension assembly 10 is reduced, and the effect of reducing the vibration noise of the double-drum washing machine is achieved. Meanwhile, in the working and running process of the double-drum washing machine, the two washing units are connected, so that the two washing units can provide a damping and counterweight function, and the damping effect of the washing units which are mutually counterweight is better because the gravity center of the assembly is lowered to a position close to the first washing unit 1 at the lower part.
In this embodiment, in order to further lower the center of gravity of suspension assembly 10, the weight of first washing unit 1 is not more than 4/5 of the weight of second washing unit 2, so that the center of gravity of suspension assembly 10 formed by connecting the two units is located at the lower part of first washing unit 1, and the center of gravity of whole suspension assembly 10 is located at the middle lower part of washing machine, so as to improve the vibration resistance of washing machine during operation.
In this embodiment, the suspension assembly 10 is provided with a counterweight structure 5 for adjusting the suspension assembly 10 installed in the housing 4 to a leveling state satisfying at least one leveling condition as described in embodiment 1 above. In this embodiment, the first washing unit 1 and the second washing unit 2 are only components that constitute functions of washing, drying, and the like of the loads therein, respectively, and for example: outer cylinder, inner cylinder, motor, etc. Therefore, the first and second washing units 1 and 2 do not include the weight structure 5 mounted thereon.
In this embodiment, the first washing unit 1 and the second washing unit 2 may be directly connected to each other by themselves, or may be connected to each other by a connecting member 3 provided independently. The connecting piece 3 can be arranged into one or a plurality of pieces; meanwhile, the connection member 3 may be provided at any one or a combination of the mouth side and the bottom side of the tub of the washing unit. In the present embodiment, the weight structure 5 includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the connecting member 3; of course, when the first washing unit 1 and the second washing unit 2 are directly connected without the connecting member 3, the counterweight structure 5 does not include the connecting member 3.
In this embodiment, when the first washing unit 1 and the second washing unit 2 are connected via the connecting member 3, the weight of the first washing unit 1 does not exceed 4/5 of the weights of the second washing unit 2 and the connecting member 3, so as to ensure that the center of gravity of the integrally connected suspension assembly 10 is located on the lower washing unit, thereby achieving the effects of reducing the height of the center of gravity of the whole double-drum washing machine and reducing vibration. Through the weight and the position of the counterweight structure 5, the included angle between the rotation axis of the first washing unit 1 and the horizontal plane of the second washing unit 2 and the horizontal plane is kept in a certain range, and the phenomenon that the front end barrel mouth is warped upwards or sunk when the first washing unit 1 and the second washing unit 2 operate is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the weight structure 5 includes the upper weight 51 provided on the first washing unit 1, and the weight of the first washing unit 1 does not exceed 3/4 of the total weight of the second washing unit 2 and the upper weight 51; preferably, the first washing unit 1 and the second washing unit 2 are connected via the connection member 3, and the weight of the first washing unit 1 does not exceed 3/4 of the total weight of the second washing unit 2, the upper weight member 51 and the connection member 3. Therefore, the washing capacity of the upper first washing unit 1 is smaller than that of the lower second washing unit 2, and the center of gravity of the suspension assembly 10 is located at the lower part, so that the vibration of the two washing units during separate or combined operation can be effectively buffered, and the vibration of the operation of the dual drum washing machine can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the counterweight structure 5 includes the lower counterweight 52 disposed on the second washing unit 2, and the weight of the first washing unit 1 does not exceed 4/5 of the total weight of the second washing unit 2 and the lower counterweight 52; preferably, the first washing unit 1 and the second washing unit 2 are connected via the connection member 3, and the weight of the first washing unit 1 does not exceed the total amount 4/5 of the second washing unit 2, the lower weight member 52 and the connection member 3. Therefore, the washing capacity of the upper first washing unit 1 is smaller than that of the lower second washing unit 2, and the center of gravity of the suspension assembly 10 is located at the lower part, so that the vibration of the two washing units during separate or combined operation can be effectively buffered, and the vibration of the operation of the dual drum washing machine can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the counterweight structure 5 includes an upper counterweight 51 disposed on the first washing unit 1 and a lower counterweight 52 disposed on the second washing unit 2, and the sum of the weights of the first washing unit 1 and the upper counterweight 51 does not exceed 4/5 of the total weight of the second washing unit 2 and the lower counterweight 52; preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the first washing unit 1 and the second washing unit 2 are connected via the connection member 3, and the weight of the first washing unit 1 does not exceed the total amount 4/5 of the second washing unit 2, the lower weight member 52, and the connection member 3. Therefore, the washing capacity of the upper first washing unit 1 is smaller than that of the lower second washing unit 2, and the center of gravity of the suspension assembly 10 is located at the lower part, so that the vibration of the two washing units during separate or combined operation can be effectively buffered, and the vibration of the operation of the dual drum washing machine can be reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A double drum washing machine, comprising; the washing device comprises a shell, a first washing unit and a second washing unit, wherein the first washing unit and the second washing unit are arranged up and down and are connected to form a suspension assembly;
the method is characterized in that: and the counterweight structure is at least correspondingly matched with the weight of the motors arranged at the rear parts of the first washing unit and the second washing unit.
2. A twin drum washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least part of the weight structure is provided at the front end of the first washing unit and/or the second washing unit;
preferably, the counterweight structure is entirely provided at a front end of the first washing unit and/or the second washing unit.
3. A twin drum washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mass of the weight structure provided at the front end of the first washing unit and/or the second washing unit is greater than the sum of the masses of the motors provided at the rear of the first washing unit and the second washing unit.
4. A twin drum washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the suspension assembly is connected to one end of at least one damping member, the other end of each damping member is connected to the casing, the resultant force of the damping members applying an external force to the suspension assembly is an elastic lifting force, and the intersection point of the direction of the elastic lifting force and the plane where the axis of the first washing unit and the axis of the second washing unit are co-located is an elastic center;
the moment of the counterweight structure relative to the elastic center is greater than the sum of the moments of the first motor and the second motor relative to the elastic center.
5. A twin drum washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the counterweight structure compensates for the weight difference between the rear and front ends of the first washing unit and/or the weight difference between the rear and front ends of the second washing unit.
6. A double-drum washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the moment of the counterweight structure relative to the elastic center is greater than the sum of the moments of the motor arranged at the rear of the first washing unit, the motor arranged at the rear of the second washing unit, the cylinder bottom of the outer cylinder of the first washing unit, and the cylinder bottom of the inner cylinder of the first washing unit relative to the elastic center;
or the moment of the counterweight structure relative to the elastic center is greater than the sum of the moments of the motor arranged at the rear part of the first washing unit, the motor arranged at the rear part of the second washing unit, the cylinder bottom of the outer cylinder of the second washing unit and the cylinder bottom of the inner cylinder of the second washing unit relative to the elastic center.
7. A twin drum washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the moment of the weight structure with respect to the elastic center of the suspension assembly is greater than the moment of the weight difference between the rear end portion and the front end portion of the first washing unit with respect to the elastic center of the suspension assembly;
alternatively, the moment of the weight structure with respect to the elastic center of the suspension assembly is greater than the moment of the weight difference between the rear end portion and the front end portion of the second washing unit with respect to the elastic center of the suspension assembly.
8. A twin drum washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the moment of the weight structure with respect to the elastic center of the suspension assembly is less than or equal to the sum of the difference in weight of the rear end and the front end of the first washing unit and the difference in weight of the rear end and the front end of the second washing unit with respect to the elastic center of the suspension assembly.
9. A twin drum washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the weight of the weight structure is equal to or less than the sum of the weight difference between the rear end and the front end of the first washing unit and the weight difference between the rear end and the front end of the second washing unit.
10. A twin drum washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first washing unit and the second washing unit are connected via a connector, and the counterweight structure comprises a connector connecting the first washing unit and the second washing unit.
