Abstract

The upper part of the sliding block 3 is provided with a through small hole, the diameter is within the range of 3.0-4.0mm, and the value in the embodiment is 3.5 mm; the small hole is internally provided with a crochet hook 5, the diameter range of the crochet hook 5 is 0.2-0.4mm, and the value in the embodiment is 0.3 mm. When the handle 9 pushes and drives the sliding block 3 and the crochet hook 5 to push out of the threading device main body 2, the spring 4 is compressed under the stress, and the crochet hook 5 passes through the needle eye 12 of the machine needle, so that the threading function of the industrial sewing machine is realized; when the pushing force to the handle 9 is removed, the spring 4 is reset to drive the sliding block 3 and the crochet hook 5 to retract into the threading device main body 2.
The end part of the threading apparatus is vertically provided with a U-shaped finger protector 6, the finger protector 6 is made into a metal frame by adopting iron wires and is made into a round-angle rectangular shape, the finger protector 6 is arranged vertical to the threading apparatus main body 2, and the initial position of the finger protector 6 is pointed to the sewing machine needle by the threading apparatus main body 2. When the sewing machine does not break, the finger is blocked by the U-shaped finger protector 6 on the threading device.
