5. adding the curing agent and the diluent into a dispersion cylinder in sequence, and stirring and dispersing for 10 minutes at 800rpm to obtain an agent B for the high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating for surface decoration of the plastic material;
6. the agent A and the agent B are uniformly mixed according to a certain weight ratio (the weight ratio of the agent A to the agent B is 10:2) to obtain the high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating for surface decoration of plastic materials.

A high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating is prepared by stirring and mixing an agent A and an agent B according to a weight ratio of 10: 2. 6. the agent A and the agent B are uniformly mixed according to a certain weight ratio (the weight ratio of the agent A to the agent B is 10:2) to obtain the high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating for surface decoration of plastic materials.
The invention develops a high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating for surface decoration of plastic materials, which avoids the problems of safety and environmental protection caused by harmful organic solvents of solvent-based elastic coatings, and solves the technical problem that the elastic handfeel and wear resistance of plastic cannot be balanced.
The paint of example one, as well as the comparative paint, the current commercial paint, were subjected to parallel experiments, i.e., only the paint was changed and the rest was unchanged, to embody the technical effects unexpected by the present invention.
Coating the coating on an ABS sample plate, baking for 40min at 70 ℃, and forming a coating on the surface of the ABS sample plate, wherein the coating is a plastic material based on the high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating; the coating thickness of each coating is consistent (20 mu m), the coating formed by the coating of the embodiment of the invention has smooth surface, no defect and flat paint film; performance testing was performed according to conventional procedures and is shown in Table 1.

Remarking: the hand feeling grades are graded to be 1-4 grades, the grade 1 is worst, the grade 4 is best, 9 experimenters touch the standard samples with the hand feeling of the grade 1, the grade 2, the grade 3 and the grade 4 firstly, then touch the test sample by hands, and judge according to the hand feeling grades given by the 9 people, and in the test, the 9 people judge the hand feeling of all the test products consistently.
The scratch resistance is realized by scraping the instrument back and forth by adopting a cutter simulating the fingernail, the scraping force of each time is consistent, and the daily fingernail scraping with the maximum force is simulated; none of the coatings failed at 20 times, except comparative coating 3 failed at 16 th time.
The matte material is good in matte performance, and through testing, the product is a full matte (the gloss is 0-1 degree); comparative coating 4 was 22 °.
For the plastic surface decorative coating, the RCA resistance is the most critical, fig. 1 is the RCA result after the commercially available coating and the coating of the embodiment of the present invention are used for the plastic surface (template) decoration, and it can be seen that the present invention is remarkably improved, the bottom is not exposed for 100 times (up to 100 times, no test is performed), while the existing coating is slightly exposed for 30 times and worn through for 50 times; and the RCA-resistant times (wear-through) of comparative coatings 1 to 5 were 100 times (98 times is bottom exposure), 50 times, 67 times, 75 times, and 53 times, respectively.
Coating the coating on a normally produced remote controller shell (a biscuit without the coating), baking for 40min at 70 ℃ to form a coating, wherein the coating is a plastic material based on high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating, the thickness of each coating is consistent (20 mu m), and the coating formed by the coating provided by the embodiment of the invention has a smooth surface, no defect and a flat paint film; the RCA resistance test was performed according to the conventional method (according to table 1), and fig. 2 shows the RCA results of the commercial coating and the coating of the first embodiment of the present invention after being applied to the plastic surface (commercial remote controller), which shows that the present invention is significantly improved, and the substrate is not exposed for 100 times (up to 100 times, no test is performed), while the existing coating is worn through for 50 times.
The invention discloses a high wear-resistant water-based elastic coating which is used for forming a coating on the surface of plastic and is prepared by mixing an agent A of a resin base material part and an agent B of a curing agent part according to a certain proportion. Wherein the agent A consists of the following components: the water-based polyurethane adhesive comprises water-based polycarbonate polyurethane, water-based polyether polyurethane, water-based hydroxy acrylic acid, a neutralizing agent, a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based wetting and leveling agent, a water-based defoaming agent, a water-based thixotropic agent, water-based wax slurry and deionized water; the agent B is formed by mixing a curing agent and a diluent. Compared with the prior art, the fully-hydrated dispersion resin is selected as the main connecting material, so that the problem of VOC caused by high solvent volatilization of the oily elastic coating is solved, the VOC content of the system is less than 200 g/L, and the national environmental protection VOC control requirement is met; the problem that the wear resistance and the hand feeling cannot be achieved simultaneously is solved through the matching design of the water-based resins with different characteristics, the balance of the wear resistance and the hand feeling is realized by combining the addition of the auxiliary agent, the soft and smooth hand feeling can be met, and meanwhile, the high wear resistance can be met (RCA can reach 100 times, and the hand feeling grade is 4).

Claims (10)

1. The plastic material based on the high wear-resistant water-based elastic coating consists of a plastic substrate and a coating on the surface of the plastic substrate; the coating is prepared from a high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating; the high wear-resistant water-based elastic coating comprises an agent A and an agent B; the agent A comprises water-based polycarbonate polyurethane, water-based polyether polyurethane, water-based hydroxy acrylic acid, a neutralizing agent, a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based wetting and leveling agent, a water-based defoaming agent, a water-based thixotropic agent, water-based wax slurry and deionized water; the agent B comprises a curing agent and a diluent.

The plastic material based on the high wear-resistant aqueous elastic coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aqueous polycarbonate polyurethane, the aqueous polyether polyurethane and the aqueous hydroxy acrylic acid are stirred, then the deionized water and the neutralizing agent are added, the aqueous dispersing agent, the aqueous wetting and leveling agent, the aqueous wax slurry and the aqueous thixotropic agent are added after stirring, the aqueous defoaming agent is added after stirring, and the agent A is obtained after stirring; and stirring the curing agent and the diluent to obtain the agent B.
3. The plastic material based on the high wear-resistant water-based elastic coating as claimed in claim 2, wherein the stirring speed is 600-1200 rpm, and the stirring time is 3-30 minutes.

The plastic material based on the high wear-resistant water-based elastic coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the agent A to the agent B is 10: 2-3; the hydroxyl value of the water-based polycarbonate polyurethane resin is 30-50 mgKOH \ g; the hydroxyl value of the water-based hydroxyl acrylic acid is 80-120 mgKOH/g.
5. The plastic material based on the high wear-resistant water-based elastic coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the agent A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the agent A:

6. the plastic material based on the high wear-resistant water-based elastic coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass percentage of the curing agent in the agent B is 80-85%.
7. The preparation method of the plastic material based on the high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) stirring water-based polycarbonate polyurethane, water-based polyether polyurethane and water-based hydroxy acrylic acid, adding deionized water and a neutralizing agent, stirring, adding a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based wetting and leveling agent, water-based wax slurry and a water-based thixotropic agent, stirring, adding a water-based defoaming agent, and stirring to obtain an agent A; stirring the curing agent and the diluent to obtain a B agent; mixing the agent A and the agent B to form the high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating;
(2) and (3) coating the high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating on the surface of the plastic substrate, and curing to obtain the plastic material based on the high-wear-resistance water-based elastic coating.
8. The method for preparing the plastic material based on the high wear-resistant water-based elastic coating as claimed in claim 7, wherein the curing is heating at 60-80 ℃ for 30-50 minutes.
9. Use of a plastic material based on a highly abrasion resistant aqueous elastomeric coating according to claim 1 for the preparation of coated plastics.
10. Use according to claim 9, wherein the coating has wear resistance and elasticity.
