4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the purification structure comprises: a purifying box (16), a second rotating motor (17), a rotating shaft (18) and a plurality of stirring rods (19);
the purification box (16) is arranged on the supporting plate (3) and connected to the right side of the filter box (10), the second rotating motor (17) is embedded at the lower end of the interior of the purification box (16), the lower end of the rotating shaft (18) is fixed on the driving end of the second rotating motor (17), and the stirring rods (19) are respectively fixed on the rotating shaft (18).
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the linkage structure comprises: four first gears (20), two second gears (21), a third gear (22), a chain (23), and a third rotating electrical machine (24);
