Background
With the development of society, the living standard of people is improved, the quality requirements on various plates are higher when houses are built and decorated, the plates bump in the transportation and delivery process to cause loss, and the plates incline to cause slipping when the bumping is large, so that potential safety hazards exist when workers are hit; in addition, the traditional plate loading and transporting process needs manual carrying, wastes time and labor and is inconvenient to operate.
The invention patent with the Chinese patent number of CN109178582A discloses a carbon energy-saving assembled type building insulation board transfer device, which comprises a bottom plate, wherein the upper surface of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the lower surface of a bearing plate through two fixing blocks, the two fixing blocks are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the bearing plate, the opposite surfaces of the two fixing blocks are respectively clamped with a first bearing, a first rotating shaft is sleeved in the two first bearings, the opposite ends of the two first rotating shafts are fixedly connected through threaded columns, the surface threads of the threaded columns are connected with threaded cylinders, and the threaded cylinders are clamped on the left side surface of a connecting block. The hoisting of the transport panels cannot be accomplished in the disclosed technique.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bearing and transporting device for an assembled plate, which is characterized in that the assembled plate placed on a base is fixed through a limiting mechanism consisting of a first baffle and a second baffle which are movably mounted on the base, and meanwhile, the position of the assembled plate on the base is changed through a power mechanism, so that the assembly is convenient to hoist, and the related problems in the background art are solved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a bearing and transporting device for assembled plates, which comprises a base, wherein two sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the base, screw rods are rotatably arranged in the sliding grooves, and a power mechanism for driving the two screw rods to synchronously rotate is arranged on one side of the base; the base is provided with a baffle plate and a stop block which move along the screw rod, and an elastic element is arranged between the stop block and one side surface of the sliding groove; the other side of the base, which is opposite to the power mechanism, is rotatably provided with a hoisting mechanism, and the hoisting end of the hoisting mechanism is positioned above the base; the bottom surface of the base is provided with a groove body, two columns are symmetrically arranged at the opening of the groove body, the columns are matched with the supporting mechanism, and the supporting mechanism slides along the groove body after installation.
Furthermore, the base is of a rectangular structure, four mounting seats are uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the base, and each mounting seat is rotatably provided with a roller.
Furthermore, the power mechanism comprises a motor and a transmission assembly, and the motor drives the screw rod to rotate through the transmission assembly.
Furthermore, the hoisting mechanism comprises an upright post, an extension post and an extension rod, wherein a disc body is arranged on the bottom surface of the upright post, and the disc body is rotatably arranged on the base; the upright post and the extension post are both U-shaped steel, the extension post is arranged in a channel of the upright post in a matching way, and the top end of the extension post is provided with a telescopic rod; the top end of the upright post is provided with a first guide rod, the bottom end of the extension post is provided with a second guide rod, and the top end of the extension post is provided with a fixed post; and a take-up and pay-off mechanism is arranged outside the stand column, and the end part of a wire harness wound on the take-up and pay-off mechanism is fixed on the fixed column through a first guide rod and a second guide rod in sequence.
Furthermore, two opposite side surfaces of the channel are provided with limit grooves, and two opposite outer side surfaces of the extension column are provided with lugs sliding along the limit grooves.
Further, the telescopic link includes the outer body of rod and interior pole body, the outside of the body of rod including outer body of rod cup joints, simultaneously the tip of the outer body of rod is equipped with the installation ear.
Furthermore, the supporting mechanism comprises a rod body and supporting legs, the supporting legs are meshed with the outer end of the rod body, and through grooves matched with the columns are further formed in the rod body.
Further, the bottom of baffle is equipped with the slider, it has the screw with lead screw complex to open on the slider.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention fixes the assembled plate placed on the base through the limiting mechanism consisting of the first baffle and the second baffle which are movably arranged on the base, and simultaneously changes the position of the assembled plate on the base through the power mechanism, thereby being convenient for hoisting.
2. According to the invention, the base is provided with the telescopic column body formed by the upright column and the extension column, and the assembled plate placed on the base is hoisted by the telescopic column body and the telescopic rod arranged on the telescopic column body, so that the plate is convenient to mount, mount and dismount, and meanwhile, the installed telescopic column body can rotate, so that the hoisting range is wide and the use is convenient.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1-8, the present invention is a load-bearing transportation device for assembled boards, including a base 1, wherein the base 1 is a rectangular structure, four mounting seats 104 are uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the base 1, and each mounting seat 104 is rotatably mounted with a roller 2; the carrying and transporting device of the assembled plate is convenient to move, and the installed roller 2 can move along the arranged track;
two sliding grooves 101 are symmetrically arranged on the base 1, a screw rod 102 is rotatably arranged in the sliding grooves 101, and a power mechanism 3 for driving the two screw rods 102 to synchronously rotate is arranged on one side of the base 1; the power mechanism 3 comprises a motor and a transmission assembly, and the motor drives the screw rod 102 to rotate through the transmission assembly; two ends of the screw rod 102 are provided with bevel gears which are respectively meshed with two transmission gears, the two transmission gears are fixed on the same worm, and the worm is matched with a turbine arranged on a motor;
the base 1 is provided with a baffle 4 and a stop block 7 which move along the screw rod 102, and an elastic element 103 is arranged between the stop block 7 and one side surface of the chute 101; so that the stop block 7 is tightly attached to the plate; the bottom of the baffle 4 is provided with a slide block 401, and the slide block 401 is provided with a screw hole matched with the screw rod 102; the screw rod 102 is driven to rotate through the power mechanism 3, so that the baffle 4 moves along the sliding groove 101, the position of the plate on the base 1 is adjusted, and the plate is convenient to hoist;

the hoisting mechanism 5 comprises an upright column 501, an extension column 502 and an expansion rod 503, wherein a disc body is arranged on the bottom surface of the upright column 501, and the disc body is rotatably arranged on the base 1; the upright column 501 and the extension column 502 are both U-shaped steel, the extension column 502 is installed in a slot 5012 of the upright column 501 in a matching mode, and the top end of the extension column 502 is provided with an expansion link 503; a first guide rod 5011 is installed at the top end of the upright column 501, a second guide rod 5022 is installed at the bottom end of the extension column 502, and a fixing column 5023 is installed at the top end of the extension column 502; a take-up and pay-off mechanism 504 is installed outside the upright column 501, and the end part of a wire harness wound on the take-up and pay-off mechanism 504 is fixed on a fixing column 5023 through a first guide rod 5011 and a second guide rod 5022 in sequence; limiting grooves 5014 are formed in two opposite side faces of the slot 5012, and protruding blocks 5021 which slide along the limiting grooves 5014 are arranged on two opposite outer side faces of the elongated column 502; the telescopic rod 503 comprises an outer rod body and an inner rod body, the outer rod body is sleeved outside the inner rod body, and meanwhile, the end part of the outer rod body is provided with an installation ear 5031; the plate body fixing mechanism is arranged on the mounting lug 5031, the telescopic rod 503 is driven to ascend or descend by the take-up and pay-off mechanism 504 to complete the hoisting of the plate body, and the hoisted plate is conveyed to different positions by manually rotating the upright column 501; in addition, a motor is arranged at the bottom of the upright column 501, a disc body at the bottom of the upright column 501 is driven to rotate through the motor, the lifted plate is conveyed to different positions, and the extension amount of the installed telescopic rod 503 is manually adjusted;
a groove body 105 is formed in the bottom surface of the base 1, two columns 106 are symmetrically installed at an opening of the groove body 105, the columns 106 are installed in a matched mode with the supporting mechanism 6, and the installed supporting mechanism 6 slides along the groove body 105; the supporting mechanism 6 comprises a rod body 601 and supporting legs 602, the supporting legs 602 are engaged with the outer end of the rod body 601, and a through groove matched with the column 106 is further arranged on the rod body 601.
