the third spring (30) is arranged between the third sliding rod (29) and the third guide sleeve (28);
a blade (31) mounted on the third slide bar (29).
6. A textile yarn takeup device, as recited in claim 5, further comprising:
two fourth guide sleeves (32), wherein the two fourth guide sleeves (32) are arranged on the mounting rack (1);
two fourth sliding rods (33), wherein the four sliding rods (33) are arranged in the fourth guide sleeve (32) in a sliding manner;
two fourth springs (34) are arranged and are respectively arranged between the fourth sliding rod (33) and the fourth guide sleeve (32);
and the arc-shaped pressing plate (35) is installed between the two fourth sliding rods (33).
