the free end of the packaging film extends into the accommodating cavity from a film inlet on the annular frame and then is connected with the film outlet device; the second power part is used for driving the rotating disc and the film winding ring to rotate relative to the annular frame so as to wind the packaging film on the film winding ring; the third power part is used for driving the film winding ring to rotate relative to the rotating disc so that the free end of the packaging film is conveyed towards the film outlet device; the film pressing roller is used for being in rolling contact with the peripheral surface of the material so as to press the packaging film on the peripheral surface of the material.
2. The packaging machine of claim 1, wherein:
the placing table and the two upright columns are provided with intervals, and the film winding assembly and the film discharging assembly can pass through the intervals between the placing table and the upright columns.

the rotating disc rotates along a first direction under the driving action of the second power part;
the film winding ring rotates along a second direction under the driving action of the third power part;
the first direction is opposite to the second direction.

the first power part is two linear motors, and the two linear motors are respectively arranged at the joint of the annular frame and the two slideways to drive the annular frame to move along the extending direction of the slideways.

a plurality of first rotating gears and first annular teeth are arranged at the rotating connection positions of the rotating disc and the annular frame, the first rotating gears are all rotatably connected with the rotating disc, and the first annular teeth are connected with the annular frame;
the plurality of first rotating gears are meshed with the first annular teeth, and the second power part is used for driving one of the first rotating gears to rotate so as to drive the rotating disc to rotate relative to the annular frame.
