Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the examples given.
As shown in fig. 1, a throttle control device for a vehicle includes an air bag 50, an air throttle 51, and a throttle cylinder 52; the air throttle 51 comprises an accelerator pedal 51-1, and an air inlet P port of the air throttle 51 is communicated with the air bag 50; the model of the air throttle 51 is P26716-0001 or P26716-000 of Lishile, and when a driver steps on an accelerator pedal 51-1 of the air throttle 51, an air inlet P port of the air throttle 51 is communicated with an execution port A port; when the driver does not depress the accelerator pedal 51-1 of the air accelerator 51, the port P of the air accelerator 51 is not communicated with the port a of the actuator. The device also comprises a centrifugal control mechanism 1, a motorized reversing valve 2 and a mounting rack 3; the motor-driven reversing valve 2 presses the roller 2-1 at the end part of the valve core to move the valve core by means of external force, under the normal condition, the motor-driven reversing valve 2 is in a normally open state, namely, an air inlet P port of the motor-driven reversing valve 2 is communicated with an execution port A, when the roller 2-1 at the end part of the valve core of the motor-driven reversing valve 2 is subjected to the external force, the roller 2-1 pushes the valve core to move, so that the motor-driven reversing valve 2 is reversed, the motor-driven reversing valve 2 can be reversed without manual operation, and the model of the motor-driven reversing valve 2 can be 23C-25B or 23C-25 BH. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the centrifugal control mechanism 1 includes a connection ring 11, a spring 12, and a centrifugal block 13; the centrifugal block 13 is connected to the chute 11-1 of the connecting ring 11 in a sliding manner, one end of the spring 12 is fixedly connected to the connecting ring 11 at the radial inner end of the chute 11-1, one end of the spring 12 can be connected to the connecting ring 11 at the radial inner end of the chute 11-1 in a welding manner, or one end of the spring 12 can be provided with a hook, the connecting ring 11 at the radial inner end of the chute 11-1 is provided with a round hole, and the hook at one end of the spring 12 is tightly hooked in the round hole of the connecting ring 11. The other end of the spring 12 is connected to the centrifugal block 13 radially outwards; the other end of the spring 12 can be welded on the centrifugal block 13, or the other end of the spring 12 can be provided with a hook, the centrifugal block 13 is provided with a round hole, and the hook at the other end of the spring 12 is tightly hooked in the round hole of the centrifugal block 13. The motor-driven reversing valve 2 is fixedly connected to the mounting frame 3, a roller 2-1 of the motor-driven reversing valve 2 is in contact with or separated from the centrifugal block 13, an air inlet port P of the motor-driven reversing valve 2 is communicated with an execution port A of the gas throttle 51, and the execution port A of the motor-driven reversing valve 2 is communicated with a rod cavity of the throttle cylinder 52.
As shown in FIG. 6, when the centrifugal force of the centrifugal block 13 can overcome the acting force of the spring 12, the centrifugal block 13 can slide radially outward along the radial sliding slot 11-1 of the connecting ring 11 and then contact with the roller 2-1 of the mobile reversing valve 2, and push the roller 2-1 to move the valve core, and at this time, the air inlet port P of the mobile reversing valve 2 is not communicated with the execution port A. As shown in FIG. 5, when the centrifugal force of the centrifugal block 13 cannot overcome the acting force of the spring 12, the centrifugal block 13 is separated from the roller 2-1 of the motor-driven reversing valve 2 under the action of the spring 12, and the air inlet P of the motor-driven reversing valve 2 is communicated with the execution port A.
The motor-driven reversing valve 2 is fixedly connected to the mounting frame 3 through bolts or screws.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the device further comprises a baffle plate 31, and the baffle plate 31 is welded on the mounting frame 3. This makes the centrifugal mass 13 move more smoothly under the action of centrifugal force.
As shown in fig. 7, in the use of the present invention, the mounting bracket 3 is fixedly connected to an axle housing 60 of an axle of a vehicle by bolts or screws, the connection ring 11 of the centrifugal control mechanism 1 is fixedly connected to a hub 62 of the axle of the vehicle by bolts or screws, and the hub 62 is driven to rotate by a half shaft 61 of the axle. So that the attachment ring 11 of the centrifugal control mechanism 1 can rotate together with the hub 62 of the axle when the vehicle is running. The piston rod of the throttle cylinder 52 is fixedly connected to a throttle switch of an engine on the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the working principle of the present invention is as follows: when the vehicle runs at normal speed, the centrifugal force of the centrifugal block 13 cannot overcome the acting force of the spring 12, the centrifugal block 13 is separated from the roller 2-1 of the motor-driven reversing valve 2 under the action of the spring 12, and the air inlet port P of the motor-driven reversing valve 2 is communicated with the execution port A. When a driver needs to accelerate the running speed of the vehicle, the driver only needs to step on an accelerator pedal 51-1 of the air throttle 51, pressure gas in the air bag 50 enters a rod cavity of the accelerator cylinder 52 through the air throttle 51 and the motor-driven reversing valve 2, a piston rod of the accelerator cylinder 52 acts and drives an accelerator switch on the vehicle to act, and the vehicle accelerates.
When the vehicle runs at an overspeed, the rotation speed of the hub 62 of the axle is increased, and since the connection ring 11 of the centrifugal control mechanism 1 is fixedly connected to the hub 62 of the axle of the vehicle by bolts or screws when the present invention is used, the rotation speed of the connection ring 11 is also increased. Thus, the centrifugal block 13 slidably connected in the radial sliding groove 11-1 of the connecting ring 11 can overcome the spring force of the spring 12 to move radially outwards under the action of centrifugal force, after moving radially outwards along the connecting ring 11 under the action of centrifugal force, the centrifugal block 13 is firstly contacted with the roller 2-1 of the motor-driven reversing valve 2, then the roller 2-1 is pushed to move the valve core, the motor-driven reversing valve 2 reverses, and at this time, the air inlet port P of the motor-driven reversing valve 2 is not communicated with the execution port A. Thus, even if the driver steps on the accelerator pedal 51-1 of the gas accelerator 51 to communicate the air inlet port P of the gas accelerator 51 with the port a of the actuating port, the air inlet port P of the mobile switching valve 2 is not communicated with the port a of the actuating port, so that the pressure gas in the air bag 50 cannot enter the rod cavity of the accelerator cylinder 52, the piston rod of the accelerator cylinder 52 cannot move, and the accelerator switch on the motor vehicle cannot be driven to move, namely, the accelerator is cut off. Namely, the invention can automatically cut off the accelerator when the vehicle runs at an overspeed. Therefore, when the vehicle is overspeed and the driver still steps on the accelerator, the running speed of the overspeed vehicle cannot be increased continuously, and the safety is high.
