Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
A first embodiment of the present invention provides a label printing method applied to a label printing system, which includes an electronic tag attached to a hook, a hook number recognition subsystem, a weighing subsystem, and a printing subsystem, as shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
step 101: when the weighing position detects that the finished wire coil exists on the hook, the weighing subsystem weighs the finished wire coil to obtain weighing information and sends the weighing information to the printing subsystem when receiving control information representing that the finished wire coil belongs to a specified finished wire coil to be printed.
Step 102: the hook number identification subsystem identifies the electronic tag, obtains hook number information, matches finished product roll attribute information corresponding to the hook number information, and sends the hook number information and the finished product roll attribute information to the printing subsystem.
Step 103: and after receiving the weighing information, the hook number information and the finished product roll attribute information, the printing subsystem takes the weighing information, the hook number information and the finished product roll attribute information as the label information of the finished wire roll to print.
In the present application, for a specific finished wire roll to be printed, control information for characterizing that the finished wire roll belongs to the specific finished wire roll to be printed is generated. In step 101, if a finished wire coil is detected to be present on the hook at the weighing position of the weighing subsystem, then if the finished wire coil belongs to a specified finished wire coil to be printed (i.e. the weighing subsystem receives the control information), the finished wire coil is weighed to obtain weighing information, and the weighing information is sent to the printing subsystem. And if the weighing position detects that the finished wire coil exists on the hook but the weighing subsystem does not receive the control information, releasing the coil, not weighing, and waiting for the next coil.
In the weighing process, the hook is fixed at first, and the finished roll is prevented from shaking. And then, lifting the tray to the highest position to separate the finished product roll from the hook. And then delaying for 5 seconds after the data of the weighing instrument is stable, and taking the weight data at the moment as the weighing result of the coil. After weighing is finished, the tray falls back to the lowermost position. Further, for how to weigh the finished coil of wire and in order to improve the accuracy of weighing, the invention provides the following methods:
step 201: and carrying out instantaneous weighing on the wire finished coil for multiple times to obtain multiple weighing results.
Step 202: and averaging a plurality of weighing results to obtain weighing information.
For example, when the weighing tray reaches the top, the instrument starts to collect the weight value, 50 times are collected in one cycle every 50 milliseconds, the average value is taken as the final weighing information of the current finished wire coil, and the calculation formula of the average value is as follows:
Wt=(W1+W2+W3+…+W50)/50
Wtfor final weighing information, W1、W2、W3…W50For instantaneous weighing results collected every 50 milliseconds.
Step 102 may be performed simultaneously with step 101, or may be performed before or after step 101. For step 102, in the present application, an electronic tag is attached to the hook, and the electronic tag includes information of the hook number of the hook, and the electronic tag may be a two-dimensional code or a bar code. The hook number identification subsystem comprises a code reader, and the code reader can acquire hook number information in the electronic tag by identifying the electronic tag. Further, the hook number identification subsystem further comprises a data matching module. The hook number identification subsystem comprises the corresponding relation between the hook number information and the attribute information of the finished product roll. The finished roll attribute information includes a finished roll lot number and/or a finished roll specification. After the hook number information is obtained, the data matching module is used for matching the finished product roll attribute information corresponding to the hook number information. For example, if the hook number identification subsystem includes the finished roll attribute information corresponding to the hook number 1: the finished product roll has the batch number of 1, the thickness of 1cm and the hook number of 2, and the corresponding attribute information of the finished product roll is as follows: the batch number of the finished product roll is 2, the thickness of the finished product roll is 2cm, if the currently identified hook number information is the hook number 1, the matched attribute information of the finished product roll is as follows: the batch number of the finished product roll is 1, the thickness of the finished product roll is 1cm, and then the hook number identification subsystem sends the hook number 1, the batch number of the finished product roll is 1 and the thickness of the finished product roll is 1cm to the printing subsystem.
Further, typically, the finished roll lot number may be changed, and therefore, when the finished roll attribute information includes the finished roll lot number, after matching the finished roll attribute information corresponding to the hook number information and before sending the finished roll attribute information to the printing subsystem, the method further includes:
judging whether the batch number of the finished product roll is changed;
and if the batch number of the finished product roll is changed, updating the batch number of the finished product roll, and sending the updated batch number of the finished product roll to the printing subsystem.
For step 103, after the printing subsystem receives the weighing information, the hook number information and the finished product roll attribute information, the weighing information, the hook number information and the finished product roll attribute information are printed as the label information of the finished wire roll. The printing subsystem can automatically print the label information according to the set format and the set quantity.
In addition, for the label printing system, it may further include a database, and further, in the present invention, after receiving the weighing information, the hook number information, and the finished roll attribute information, the method further includes:
the printing subsystem stores the weighing information, the hook number information and the finished product roll attribute information into a database so as to be convenient for an operator to check.
In the invention, after printing is finished, the current finished wire coil is released, an operator hangs the printed label information on the finished wire coil, and the system waits for the next coil.
Based on the same inventive concept, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a label printing system, as shown in fig. 2, including an electronic tag, a hook number recognition subsystem, a weighing subsystem, and a printing subsystem.
The electronic tag is attached to the hook and comprises hook number information of the hook. The weighing subsystem is used for weighing the finished wire coil to obtain weighing information and sending the weighing information to the printing subsystem when the weighing position detects that the finished wire coil exists on the hook and receives control information for representing that the finished wire coil belongs to a specified finished wire coil to be printed. The hook number identification subsystem is used for identifying the electronic tag, obtaining hook number information, matching finished product roll attribute information corresponding to the hook number information and sending the hook number information and the finished product roll attribute information to the printing subsystem. And the printing subsystem is used for printing the weighing information, the hook number information and the finished product roll attribute information as the label information of the finished wire roll after receiving the weighing information, the hook number information and the finished product roll attribute information.
In addition, the signage printing system may also include a database. The database is also used for storing the weighing information, the hook number information and the finished product roll attribute information.
