the second judgment submodule is used for judging whether the last probing result is an empty number or stopping if the probing result is abnormal; and when the last trial result is an empty number or the mobile phone is stopped, judging that the current state of the mobile phone number is abnormal.
Optionally, the second determining sub-module includes:
the output prompting unit is used for outputting prompting information that the current state of the mobile phone number is uncertain when the last probing result is not a blank number or the mobile phone is stopped, and adding a re-detection identifier to the mobile phone number;
and the secondary detection unit is used for acquiring the mobile phone number containing the re-detection identifier, and re-detecting the mobile phone number until the current state of the mobile phone number can be judged according to a new detection result.

the position comparison unit is used for comparing the positioning information with home address information in the user information and judging whether target positioning information which is the same as the home address information exists in the positioning information or not;
and the position updating unit is used for taking the positioning information with the highest frequency of occurrence in a preset time period as new home address information and updating the home address information in the user information if the positioning information does not exist.

the communication information comparison unit is used for comparing the first communication account information with second communication account information when the user information contains the prestored second communication account information;
and the communication information updating unit is used for changing the second communication account information into the first communication account information when the first communication account information is different from the second communication account information so as to update the communication account information in the user information.
Optionally, the detection updating module 40 includes:
the identification acquisition unit is used for acquiring a user identification in the user information when the current state of the mobile phone number is abnormal, and sending the user identification to a preset operator platform so that the preset operator platform feeds back a new mobile phone number corresponding to the user identification;
a number comparison unit, configured to determine whether a mobile phone number in the user information is the same as a new mobile phone number fed back by the preset operator platform;
the number updating unit is used for updating the mobile phone number in the user information if the mobile phone number is different from the user information;
and the number marking unit is used for marking the new mobile phone number as a normal current state when the mobile phone number is detected to be updated, so as to detect and update the home address information and the communication account information in the user information according to the new mobile phone number.
Optionally, the user information updating apparatus includes:
the number adding module is used for adding the mobile phone number carrying the secondary number-placing identification to a preset phone number set;
and the information sending module is used for sending service information to each mobile phone number in the preset phone number set when a service expansion request is received, so that a new user corresponding to the mobile phone number knows the service information.

Claims (7)

1. A user information updating method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the condition that the preset updating condition is met is detected, acquiring user information in a target database to be updated;
acquiring a mobile phone number in the user information, and sending the mobile phone number to a preset operator platform so that the preset operator platform feeds back a tentative result of the mobile phone number;
when a probing result of the mobile phone number is received, acquiring a last probing result of the mobile phone number, and judging the current state of the mobile phone number according to the probing result and the last probing result;
detecting and updating the user information according to the current state of the mobile phone number;
the step of detecting and updating the user information according to the current state of the mobile phone number comprises the following steps:
when the current state of the mobile phone number is normal, acquiring the positioning information of the mobile phone number;
comparing the positioning information with home address information in the user information, and judging whether target positioning information which is the same as the home address information exists in the positioning information or not;
if the current home address information does not exist, the positioning information with the highest frequency of occurrence in the preset time period is used as new home address information, and the home address information in the user information is updated;
the step of detecting and updating the user information according to the current state of the mobile phone number comprises the following steps:
when the current state of the mobile phone number is normal, accessing a preset communication platform, and acquiring first communication account information corresponding to the mobile phone number, wherein the first communication account information comprises instant communication account information or mail account information;
judging whether the user information contains pre-stored second communication account information or not;
when the user information contains prestored second communication account information, comparing the first communication account information with the second communication account information;
when the first communication account information is different from the second communication account information, changing the second communication account information into the first communication account information so as to update the communication account information in the user information;
the step of detecting and updating the user information according to the current state of the mobile phone number comprises the following steps:
when the current state of the mobile phone number is abnormal, acquiring a user identifier in the user information, and sending the user identifier to a preset operator platform so that the preset operator platform feeds back a new mobile phone number corresponding to the user identifier;
judging whether the mobile phone number in the user information is the same as the new mobile phone number fed back by the preset operator platform;
if not, updating the mobile phone number in the user information;
and when the mobile phone number is detected to be updated, marking the new mobile phone number as a normal current state so as to detect and update the home address information and the communication account information in the user information according to the new mobile phone number.
2. The method for updating user information according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the current state of the mobile phone number according to the heuristic result and the last heuristic result comprises:
if the probing result is normal, judging whether the last probing result is a null number; when the last probing result is a null number, judging that the current state of the mobile phone number is abnormal and adding a secondary number-placing mark, or when the last probing result is not a null number, judging that the current state of the mobile phone number is normal;
if the probing result is abnormal, judging whether the last probing result is an empty number or is stopped; and when the last probing result is an empty number or the mobile phone is stopped, judging that the current state of the mobile phone number is abnormal.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining whether the last probing result is a blank number or a halt if the probing result is abnormal comprises:
when the last probing result is not an empty number or is stopped, outputting prompt information that the current state of the mobile phone number is uncertain, and adding a re-detection identifier to the mobile phone number;
and acquiring the mobile phone number containing the re-detection identifier, and re-detecting the mobile phone number until the current state of the mobile phone number can be judged according to a new detection result.
4. The method for updating user information according to claim 2, wherein after the step of detecting and updating the user information according to the current state of the mobile phone number, the method comprises:
adding the mobile phone number with the secondary number allocation identification to a preset phone number set;
and when a service expansion request is received, sending service information to each mobile phone number in the preset phone number set so that a new user corresponding to the mobile phone number knows the service information.
5. A user information updating apparatus, characterized in that the user information updating apparatus comprises:
the request receiving module is used for acquiring user information in a target database to be updated when the preset updating condition is detected to be met;
the sending probing module is used for obtaining a mobile phone number in the user information and sending the mobile phone number to a preset operator platform so that the preset operator platform can feed back a probing result of the mobile phone number;
the receiving and judging module is used for acquiring the last probing result of the mobile phone number when the probing result of the mobile phone number is received, and judging the current state of the mobile phone number according to the probing result and the last probing result;
the detection updating module is used for detecting and updating the user information according to the current state of the mobile phone number;
the detection updating module is also used for acquiring the positioning information of the mobile phone number when the current state of the mobile phone number is normal; comparing the positioning information with home address information in the user information, and judging whether target positioning information which is the same as the home address information exists in the positioning information or not; if the user information does not exist, the positioning information with the highest frequency of occurrence in the preset time period is used as new home address information, and the home address information in the user information is updated;
the detection updating module is further configured to access a preset communication platform when the current state of the mobile phone number is normal, and acquire first communication account information corresponding to the mobile phone number, wherein the first communication account information includes instant communication account information or mail account information; judging whether the user information contains pre-stored second communication account information or not; when the user information contains prestored second communication account information, comparing the first communication account information with the second communication account information; when the first communication account information is different from the second communication account information, changing the second communication account information into the first communication account information so as to update the communication account information in the user information;
the detection updating module is further configured to acquire a user identifier in the user information when the current state of the mobile phone number is abnormal, and send the user identifier to a preset operator platform, so that the preset operator platform feeds back a new mobile phone number corresponding to the user identifier; judging whether the mobile phone number in the user information is the same as the new mobile phone number fed back by the preset operator platform; if not, updating the mobile phone number in the user information; and when the mobile phone number is detected to be updated, marking the new mobile phone number as a normal current state so as to detect and update the home address information and the communication account information in the user information according to the new mobile phone number.
6. A user information updating apparatus characterized by comprising: a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein:
the computer program realizing the steps of the user information updating method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 when executed by the processor.
7. A computer storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the user information updating method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
