Abstract
The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth which comprises a fireproof fiber cloth, a first reinforcing net, a second reinforcing net, a first glass fiber cloth, a second glass fiber cloth, a first polytetrafluoroethylene coating and a second polytetrafluoroethylene coating, wherein the first reinforcing net is covered on a first surface of the fireproof fiber cloth, the second reinforcing net is covered on a second surface of the fireproof fiber cloth, the first glass fiber cloth is covered on the outer surface of the second reinforcing net, the second glass fiber cloth is covered on the outer surface of the second reinforcing net, the first polytetrafluoroethylene coating is covered on the outer surface of the first glass fiber cloth, the second polytetrafluoroethylene coating is covered on the outer surface of the second glass fiber cloth, and the first glass fiber cloth, the first reinforcing net, the fireproof fiber cloth, the second reinforcing net and the second glass fiber cloth are bonded and hot-pressed to form a whole body. When the high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth is used, the fireproof effect is achieved by arranging the fireproof fiber cloth, the first glass fiber cloth, the second glass fiber cloth, the first polytetrafluoroethylene coating and the second polytetrafluoroethylene coating, and the strength of the fireproof cloth is increased by arranging the first reinforcing net and the second reinforcing net.

Most of the existing cloth materials can not prevent fire, and can not be used for effectively isolating a fire source when a fire disaster happens, and the fire spread is easily caused.

In the high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth, the outer surface of the polytetrafluoroethylene coating is also coated with a moisture-proof material coating.
In the high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth, a first flame-retardant cloth is further clamped between the first glass fiber cloth and the first reinforcing mesh, and a second flame-retardant cloth is further clamped between the second glass fiber cloth and the second reinforcing mesh.
In the high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth, a first heat-insulating layer is arranged between the first flame-retardant cloth and the first glass fiber cloth, and a second heat-insulating layer is arranged between the second flame-retardant cloth and the second glass fiber cloth.
In the high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth, the first heat insulation layer is made of heat insulation materials, and the second heat insulation layer is made of heat insulation materials.
In the high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth, the first flame-retardant cloth is made of a flame-retardant material, and the second flame-retardant cloth is made of a flame-retardant material.
The high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth has the following beneficial effects: when the high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth is used, the fireproof effect is achieved by arranging the fireproof fiber cloth, the first glass fiber cloth, the second glass fiber cloth, the first polytetrafluoroethylene coating and the second polytetrafluoroethylene coating, and the strength of the fireproof cloth is increased by arranging the first reinforcing net and the second reinforcing net.

As shown in fig. 1, in a first embodiment of the high-temperature resistant fire-proof cloth according to the present invention, the fire-proof cloth 1 includes a fire-resistant fiber cloth 2, a first reinforcing mesh 3 covering a first surface of the fire-resistant fiber cloth 2, a second reinforcing mesh 4 covering a second surface of the fire-resistant fiber cloth 2, a first glass fiber cloth 5 covering an outer surface of the first reinforcing mesh 3, a second glass fiber cloth 6 covering an outer surface of the second reinforcing mesh 4, a first teflon coating 7 covering an outer surface of the first glass fiber cloth 5, and a second teflon coating 8 covering an outer surface of the second glass fiber cloth 6, and the first glass fiber cloth 5, the first reinforcing mesh 3, the fire-resistant fiber cloth 2, the second reinforcing mesh 4, and the second glass fiber cloth 6 are bonded together by hot-pressing to form a whole.
When the high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth 1 is used, the fireproof effect is achieved by arranging the fireproof fiber cloth 2, the first glass fiber cloth 5, the second glass fiber cloth 6, the first polytetrafluoroethylene coating 7 and the second polytetrafluoroethylene coating 8, and the strength of the fireproof cloth 1 is increased by arranging the first reinforcing mesh 3 and the second reinforcing mesh 4.
Furthermore, the outer surface of the polytetrafluoroethylene coating is also coated with a moisture-proof material coating.
In order to achieve a better fireproof effect, a first flame-retardant cloth is further sandwiched between the first glass fiber cloth 5 and the first reinforcing mesh 3, and a second flame-retardant cloth is further sandwiched between the second glass fiber cloth 6 and the second reinforcing mesh 4.
In order to achieve a better heat insulation effect, a first heat insulation layer is arranged between the first flame-retardant cloth and the first glass fiber cloth 5, and a second heat insulation layer is arranged between the second flame-retardant cloth and the second glass fiber cloth 6.
Further, the first heat insulation layer is made of heat insulation materials, and the second heat insulation layer is made of heat insulation materials.
Further, the first flame-retardant cloth is made of a flame-retardant material, and the second flame-retardant cloth is made of a flame-retardant material.

2. The high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth according to claim 1, wherein the polytetrafluoroethylene coating is further coated with a moisture-proof material coating on the outer surface.

The high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth according to claim 2, wherein a first flame-retardant cloth is further sandwiched between the first glass fiber cloth and the first reinforcing mesh, and a second flame-retardant cloth is further sandwiched between the second glass fiber cloth and the second reinforcing mesh.

The high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth according to claim 3, wherein a first heat-insulating layer is arranged between the first flame-retardant cloth and the first glass fiber cloth, and a second heat-insulating layer is arranged between the second flame-retardant cloth and the second glass fiber cloth.
5. The high temperature resistant flameproof fabric of claim 4, wherein the first insulating layer is a first insulating layer of thermally insulating material and the second insulating layer is a second insulating layer of thermally insulating material.
6. The high-temperature-resistant fireproof cloth according to claim 5, wherein the first flame-retardant cloth is made of a flame-retardant material, and the second flame-retardant cloth is made of a flame-retardant material.
