In order to solve the problem that the existing ejector rod hole repairing difficulty is large and the machining precision of the ejector rod hole is difficult to guarantee, the invention provides a method for repairing an inserted sleeve back hinge of a machine body ejector rod hole, which comprises the following steps: arranging a bushing in the counterbored ejector rod hole to obtain an ejector rod hole with the bushing; adjusting a spindle of a rocker drill above the jack rod hole with the bushing; the reamer handle is upwards penetrated through the bottom of the ejector rod hole with the bushing, and the cutter handle is connected with a main shaft of the rocker drill; the reamer is driven by the rocker drill to feed upwards along the center of the ejector rod hole with the bushing, and the original machined part of the ejector rod hole is used for guiding until the repair of the ejector rod hole is completed; and (5) additionally processing the radial oil hole and the chamfer, cleaning the flash and the burr, and finishing the repair. The method can ensure the quality of repairing the bushing back hinge of the ejector rod hole of the machine body, is simple to operate and has low requirement on the skill level of workers.

Background
The engine body is an important part of the diesel engine, and the ejector rod hole is one of holes with higher precision requirements on the engine body. The machine body blank is generally formed by casting, and if the model or pouring is improper, the machined ejector rod hole has the defects of air holes, looseness and the like, so that the finished machine body is scrapped.
In order to avoid economic loss, casting defects of the ejector rod hole are usually generated, firstly, the ejector rod hole is reamed, then, a lining sleeve is embedded, and then, the lining sleeve is machined by using a reamer so as to recover the accuracy of the ejector rod hole.
If the casting defect is located at the lower section of the ejector rod hole, after reaming and bushing are carried out on the lower section of the ejector rod hole, the ejector rod hole can be repaired by directly using a reamer to guide the upper section of the ejector rod hole. If the casting defect is located at the upper section of the ejector rod hole, the ejector rod hole is repaired by a reamer after the bushing is embedded in the reaming hole, and the center of the reamed hole is easily deviated from the center of the original ejector rod hole due to no guidance, so that the position degree and the cylindricity of the ejector rod hole are out of tolerance. If the whole ejector rod hole is subjected to reaming and bushing treatment and then the ejector rod hole is processed, the repairing difficulty is increased, the bushing is easy to loosen, and the machining precision of the ejector rod hole is difficult to ensure.
In a word, the existing ejector rod hole is difficult to repair, and the machining precision of the ejector rod hole is difficult to ensure.
