The method for realizing efficient welding by using the technological equipment comprises the steps of installing an annular cross reinforcing and positioning nut 2 at the bottom of a main body bolt 4, sleeving a thread protective sleeve 7, enabling the cross reinforcing and positioning nut 2 to be in contact with the inside of a thin-wall cylinder 1, enabling four arc-shaped protrusions 12 of the reinforcing and positioning nut 2 to be embedded into a welding opening, sleeving a short ring pipe 8 to be welded into the main body bolt 4 from the outer wall of the thin-wall cylinder 1, enabling the welding arc surface to be in complete contact with the upper surface of the arc-shaped protrusions 12 of the cross reinforcing and positioning nut 2, sleeving a welding protective ring 9, and placing the short ring pipe 8 to; screwing in the fastening nut 5 to pre-tighten the fastening nut, installing the welding tool support piece 3 in place, fixing the short ring pipe 8 to be welded in the thin-wall cylinder 1 by clamping of the top fixing gasket 10 and the height adjusting nut 11, and then starting welding spot fixation; during welding, the outer cross section of the to-be-welded short ring pipe 8 tangent to the thin-wall cylinder 1 is selected to be uniform and welded at a plurality of points, the to-be-welded short ring pipe 8 can be fixed on the thin-wall cylinder 1, and finally, the parts are sequentially dismounted to complete the welding work of the rest part of the to-be-welded short ring pipe 8.

Claims (5)

1. The positioning tool for welding the short ring pipe outside the cylinder is characterized by comprising a main body bolt (4), an annular cross reinforcing positioning nut (2), a welding protection ring (9), a fastening nut (5), a welding tool support piece (3) and a height adjusting nut (11), wherein the bolt head of the main body bolt (4) is vertically downward, the main body bolt (4) is sleeved with the annular cross reinforcing positioning nut (2), and the annular cross reinforcing positioning nut (2) is screwed downward and is abutted against the bolt head of the main body bolt (4); the annular cross reinforcing and positioning nut (2) is a cross nut and is provided with four support legs, the surfaces of the four support legs are respectively provided with 1 arc-shaped bulge (12), and the four arc-shaped bulges (12) are part of a circular ring taking the central point of the annular cross reinforcing and positioning nut (2) as the center of circle; the outer diameter of a circular ring where the four arc-shaped bulges (12) are positioned is matched with the inner diameter of a circular opening (13) on the thin-wall cylinder body (1); extending a main body bolt (4) sleeved with an annular cross reinforcing and positioning nut (2) from the circular opening (13) on the thin-wall cylinder body (1) from bottom to top, and enabling the outer wall of an arc-shaped bulge (12) on the upper surface of the annular cross reinforcing and positioning nut (2) to be attached to the inner wall of the circular opening (13) of the thin-wall cylinder body (1);
inserting a to-be-welded short ring pipe (8) into a circular opening (13) on a thin-wall cylinder body (1), enabling the lower surface of the to-be-welded short ring pipe (8) to be tightly attached to the upper surfaces of four arc-shaped bulges (12) of an annular cross-shaped reinforcing and positioning nut (2), then sleeving a welding protection ring (9) on a main body bolt (4) and tightly attached to the upper end surface of the to-be-welded short ring pipe (8), and tightly screwing through a fastening nut (5) sleeved on the main body bolt (4) to enable the welding protection ring (9) to be tightly pressed on the to-be-welded short ring pipe (8), so that the relative position of the to-be-welded short ring pipe (8) and the thin-wall; sleeving a welding tool support piece (3) on the upper part of the main bolt (4), wherein the upper part of the welding tool support piece (3) is provided with an opening, the opening on the welding tool support piece (3) is sleeved on the main bolt (4), and a height adjusting nut (11) is also sleeved on the main bolt (4) exposed on the welding tool support piece (3); the height adjusting nut (11) is fastened on the welding tool supporting piece (3) to enable the lower surfaces of the frames on two sides of the welding tool supporting piece (3) to be tightly attached to the thin-wall cylinder body (1).
2. The cylinder external welding short ring pipe positioning tool according to claim 1, characterized in that a threaded protective sleeve (7) is sleeved on the main body bolt (4) between the annular cross-shaped reinforcing positioning nut (2) and the welding protective ring (9).
3. The cylinder external welding short ring pipe positioning tool according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a bottom layer damage-proof heat-insulating layer (6) is arranged between the bolt head of the main body bolt (4) and the annular cross-shaped reinforcing positioning nut (2).
4. The cylinder outer welding short ring pipe positioning tool according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a top fixing gasket (10) is sleeved on the main body bolt (4) between the welding tool support (3) and the height adjusting nut (11).
