Abstract
The invention provides a positioning welding tool for an auxiliary seat of a rotary floor, which comprises an annular disc, a limiting pointer, a first limiting pin sleeve and a second limiting pin sleeve. The positioning welding tool adopts an annular disc-shaped structure, a pointer on the tool is aligned with an installation positioning line, two kinds of bolts are respectively inserted into corresponding holes of the large support and each roller support, the mutual position size of the large support and each roller support is matched with the product position size of the rotary floor auxiliary seat diagram, the positioning welding requirement of the rotary floor auxiliary seat is met, the correct exertion of the function of the rotary floor is ensured, and the flexible rotation of the rotary floor and the reliable use of a gun turret in the using process of armored vehicles are realized.

The invention belongs to the technical field of positioning welding, and particularly relates to a positioning welding tool for an auxiliary seat of a rotary floor.
Background
The rotary floor auxiliary seat is positioned on a bottom deck at the rear side of the armored vehicle, consists of a large support and a plurality of roller supports, is distributed in an annular net shape, is provided with the rotary floor, ensures the stable, reliable and flexible rotation of the rotary floor, and ensures that the turret flexibly rotates along with the rotary floor in the driving process of the vehicle. Therefore, the accurate positioning and firmness of the rotary floor auxiliary seat determine the stable exertion of the functions of the rotary floor and the turret.
The existing working mode is that the large support and the roller support are respectively subjected to tack welding by utilizing scribing, due to the fact that a bottom deck is not planar, the scribing has certain errors, and deviation also exists when each roller support is aligned and scribed, the roller supports cannot meet the drawing size requirements, the rotating floor cannot be correctly installed, the problems that the rotating floor is blocked in rotation or cannot rotate and the like are caused, repair and welding are needed, the accuracy of the size of each roller support is checked one by one, a large amount of time is spent on welding and welding effects are poor, and the accurate installation and rotation of the rotating floor have bad influence, so that the reliability of the functions of the rotating floor and a gun turret is reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, contents and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.
The embodiment provides a positioning welding tool for a rotary floor auxiliary seat, which comprises an annular disc 1, a limiting pointer 2, a first limiting pin sleeve 3 and a second limiting pin sleeve 4, as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the annular disk 1 is composed of four annular rectangular steel pipes 5 of different diameters. The four annular rectangular steel pipes 5 are sequentially encircled in a concentric mode according to the size of the annular diameter, the annular rectangular steel pipes are connected in a mode that the rectangular steel pipes with the same specification are circumferentially divided into six equal circles along the annular rectangular steel pipes to form a net-shaped structure, a framework part of the tool is formed, and the framework part is used for connecting supports of all spatial positions to be positioned and ensuring the overall structural strength of the tool.
The limiting pointer 2 is positioned at the position of the installation positioning line of the annular disc 1 and is used for aligning the installation positioning line from the horizontal coordinate and the vertical coordinate. As shown in fig. 3, the index finger 2 includes an index finger 6 and an index finger stop collar 7. The pointer stop collar 7 passes through the annular disc 1 and then is fixed at the position of a mounting positioning line of the annular disc 1, and is used for supporting and limiting the pointer 6. The pointer 6 is inserted into the pointer limiting sleeve 7, and the lower tip of the pointer 6 extends out of the bottom of the pointer limiting sleeve 7 and is used for aligning and installing a positioning line.
The two first limiting pin sleeves 3 are respectively positioned on the diagonal positions of the inner side ring of the annular disc 1 and used for positioning the large support. As shown in fig. 4, the first limit pin sleeve 3 includes a first plug 8 and a plug pin limit sleeve 9. Wherein, the bolt stop collar 9 passes through the annular disc 1 and then is fixed at the diagonal position of the inner ring of the annular disc 1, and is used for providing support and limiting constraint for the bolt 8. The first bolt 8 is inserted into the bolt limiting sleeve 9, and the lower end of the first bolt 8 extends out of the bottom of the bolt limiting sleeve 9 and is used for being inserted into a corresponding hole of the large support to realize the positioning of the large support.
The 21 second limiting pin sleeves 4 are respectively positioned on three rings on the outer side of the annular disc 1 and correspond to the positions of the roller supports for positioning the roller supports. As shown in fig. 5, the second limit pin sleeve 4 includes a second bolt 10 and a limit block 11. The limiting blocks 11 are formed by inserting two parallel bolt limiting sleeves into two ends of a long cushion block to be connected together, and the limiting blocks 11 are fixed on three rings on the outer side of the annular disc 1 at positions corresponding to the roller supports and used for supporting and limiting the second bolts 10. The two second bolts 10 are respectively inserted into the two bolt limiting sleeves on the limiting block 11, and the lower ends of the second bolts 10 extend out of the bottoms of the bolt limiting sleeves and are used for being inserted into corresponding holes of the roller support to realize the positioning of the roller support.
The positioning welding tool for the rotary floor auxiliary seat is positioned on a bottom deck in the vehicle body and is arranged on the rotary floor auxiliary seat in use, as shown in fig. 6. The positioning welding process of the positioning welding tool for the rotary floor auxiliary seat provided by the invention comprises the following steps: marking out an installation positioning line of the rotary floor auxiliary seat on the bottom deck, arranging the large support and each roller support on corresponding positions on the bottom deck, aligning the pointer 6 of the tool with the installation positioning line, respectively inserting the first bolt 8 and the second bolt 10 into corresponding holes of the large support and each roller support, adjusting the tool and each support, performing spot welding positioning after confirming that no errors exist, dismounting the tool, and then completing welding.
The rotary floor auxiliary seat positioning welding tool is characterized in that:
1. the rotary floor auxiliary seats are combined and connected together by utilizing a rotary floor auxiliary seat positioning welding tool, so that the requirements on the mutual position size and tolerance among the rotary floor auxiliary seats are met;
2. according to the spatial position relation of each rotary floor auxiliary seat, the large support and each roller wheel support are respectively positioned by four connected annular discs, and the annular discs form a main structure frame of the tool;
3. and aligning the pre-marked installation positioning line by using a pointer, and respectively inserting the first bolt and the second bolt into corresponding holes of the large support and each roller support to position each part so as to meet the positioning requirement of each rotary floor auxiliary seat on the bottom deck.

the annular disc is composed of a plurality of annular steel pipes with different diameters, the annular steel pipes are sequentially encircled in the size of the annular diameter in a concentric mode, the annular steel pipes are respectively connected in a mode of equally dividing the annular ring along the circumferential direction of the annular steel pipes to form a net-shaped structure, and a framework part of the tool is formed;
the limiting pointer is positioned at the position of the mounting positioning line of the annular disc and is used for aligning the mounting positioning line from the horizontal coordinate and the vertical coordinate;
the first limiting pin sleeves are respectively positioned on the diagonal positions of the inner circular ring of the annular disc and used for positioning the large support;
the second limiting pin sleeves are respectively positioned on the plurality of circular rings on the outer side of the annular disc and correspond to the positions of the roller supports to be used for positioning the roller supports.
2. The rotating floor attachment seat tack welding fixture of claim 1, wherein the annular disc is comprised of four annular steel tubes of different diameters.

The rotating floor auxiliary seat positioning welding tool according to claim 1, wherein the annular steel pipes are connected with each other in a manner of equally dividing circular rings along the circumferential direction of the annular steel pipes by adopting steel pipes with the same specification.
4. The rotating floor auxiliary seat positioning welding tool according to claim 1, wherein the annular steel pipes are respectively connected by adopting a mode that the steel pipes with the same specification are circumferentially divided into six equal circles along the annular steel pipes.

The rotating floor attachment seat positioning and welding tool of claim 1, wherein the limiting pointer comprises a pointer and a pointer limiting sleeve; the pointer limiting sleeve penetrates through the annular disc and then is fixed at the position of the installation positioning line of the annular disc and used for providing support and limiting constraint for the pointer; the pointer is inserted into the pointer limiting sleeve, and the tip of the lower part of the pointer extends out of the bottom of the pointer limiting sleeve and is used for aligning and installing the positioning line.

The rotating floor attachment seat positioning and welding tool of claim 1, wherein the first limit pin sleeve comprises a first pin and a pin limit sleeve; the bolt limiting sleeve penetrates through the annular disc and then is fixed at the diagonal position of the inner side ring of the annular disc, and is used for supporting and limiting the bolt; the first bolt is inserted into the bolt limiting sleeve, and the lower end of the first bolt extends out of the bottom of the bolt limiting sleeve and is used for being inserted into a corresponding hole of the large support to achieve positioning of the large support.

The rotating floor attachment seat positioning and welding tool of claim 1, wherein the second limiting pin sleeve comprises a second pin and a limiting block; the limiting blocks are connected together by inserting two parallel bolt limiting sleeves into two ends of the long cushion block, and are fixed at positions, corresponding to the roller supports, on the plurality of rings on the outer side of the annular disc and used for supporting and limiting the second bolts; and the two second bolts are respectively inserted into the two bolt limiting sleeves on the limiting block, and the lower ends of the second bolts extend out of the bottoms of the bolt limiting sleeves and are used for being inserted into corresponding holes of the roller wheel support to realize the positioning of the roller wheel support.
9. The rotating floor attachment seat tack welding fixture of claim 1, wherein the tack welding fixture comprises two of the first stop pin bushings.
10. The rotating floor attachment seat tack welding fixture of claim 1, wherein the tack welding fixture comprises 21 of the second stop pin bushings.
