The accessory spray coating device for machining in the above patent has the following disadvantages: through setting up a transport rail, transport the accessory bottom plate top and spray paint, but need stop the accessory when spraying paint like this, be unfavorable for the time of spraying paint of holding the accessory, unable continuous spraying, efficiency is lower.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a spraying device for machining and an operation method thereof.

a spraying device for machining, which comprises a cleaning chamber, a drying chamber, a shell and two rotating wheels, the inner wall of one side of the two rotating wheels, which is opposite to the rotating wheels, is welded with a second supporting rod and a first supporting rod, the number of the second supporting rod and the number of the first supporting rod are eight, the outer wall of the second supporting rod is fixedly provided with a first electric push rod through a hinge, the outer wall of the first supporting rod is fixedly provided with a second electric push rod through a hinge, the outer wall of one side of the first electric push rod is clamped with a clamping frame, two opposite sides of an electric push rod adjacent to the electric push rod are fixed with the clamp through hinges and are taken an outer wall, an outer wall of one side of the electric push rod is fixed with a connecting column through screws, the outer wall of the connecting column is connected with two clamps in a rotating mode, the two clamps are connected with one spring in a clamping mode, the inner walls of the two clamps are respectively provided with a protruding rod, two sides of the clamp outer wall are respectively fixed with two electric push rods three through screws, and the two electric push rods three are respectively fixed on the outer walls of the two clamps through hinges.
Preferably: the support has been welded respectively to shell top outer wall both sides, and two support inner walls rotate and are connected with same dwang one, and shell top outer wall has motor one through the fix with screw, and the output shaft of motor one is connected with dwang one through the belt, and two rotate the wheel inner wall and have the link through the fix with screw respectively, and two rotate the wheel and be fixed in dwang one outer wall both sides through the link respectively.

As a preferable aspect of the present invention: the fixed plates are welded on the outer walls of the two sides of the cleaning chamber and the outer wall of the two sides of the drying chamber respectively, the fixed plates are fixed on the outer wall of the shell through screws, the inner wall of the top of the cleaning chamber is connected with a first conveying rod in a rotating mode, the outer wall of the first conveying rod is provided with a first conveying belt, the inner wall of the top of the drying chamber is connected with a second conveying rod in a rotating mode, the outer wall of the second conveying rod is provided with a second conveying belt, and the first conveying belt and the outer wall of the second conveying belt are provided with more than two partition plates which are evenly spaced respectively.
Further preferred as the invention: the distance between the two partition plates is the distance between the two clamping frames.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the cleaning chamber comprises a cleaning chamber top and a drying chamber, wherein the cleaning chamber top is provided with a first blowing cover, the first blowing cover is connected with the outer wall of the conveying belt, the outer wall of the cleaning chamber top is provided with a second blowing cover, the inner wall of the drying chamber top is connected with the outer wall of the conveying belt, the outer wall of the cleaning chamber top is provided with a water spray head, the water spray heads are arranged on the outer wall of the conveying belt, the inner wall of the cleaning chamber top is provided with a water spray outlet, the air inlet of the first blowing cover is connected with a first air pipe, the first air pipe is connected with the air outlet of an external heat pump, the inner walls of the cleaning chamber top and the drying chamber top are respectively fixed with a second blowing cover through screws, the air inlet of the second blowing cover is connected with a second air pipe, and the second air pipe is connected with the air outlet of the external heat pump.

A use method of a spraying device for machining comprises the following steps:
s1: placing the accessories on a first conveying belt on a cleaning chamber, controlling water spraying heads on two sides of the first conveying belt, washing the accessories, cleaning dust, conveying the accessories to the side of a first blowing cover by the first conveying belt, and drying the accessories;
s2: the flushing water can leak down from the water leakage port, fall on the slope and collect in the tank through the collection port;
s3: the first motor is started to drive the rotating wheel to rotate, when the two clamps rotate to the positions above the accessories, the electric push rod III is controlled to stretch out and draw back, the clamps are closed, the accessories are clamped by the aid of the protruding rods on the clamps, then the support rod II and the support rod I are controlled to slightly shrink, the clamps penetrate through the conveyor belt I, and mistaken collision is prevented;
s4: the rotating wheel continues to rotate to drive the clamp to penetrate through a gap between the two spraying plates, then the two spraying heads respectively spray paint on two surfaces of the accessory, the motor III is started, the spraying heads are rotated to spray paint on the other two surfaces, the sliding block is controlled to slide along the electric sliding rail at the same time, the accessory is tracked and sprayed with paint, and the generated paint can be flushed by waste water and flows into the collecting tank;
s5: when the painting is finished, the accessories enter the drying chamber, and the second blowing cover can dry the accessories and uniformly air-dry the surface of the accessories;
s6: then, a second motor is controlled to drive a second rotating rod to rotate, the air suction head rotates up and down, air suction in up and down movement can suck paint droplets away, and an air purifier is used for purifying to prevent polluted air from overflowing;
s7: and finally, controlling the second support rod and the first support rod to extend, loosening the clamp, and placing the accessory on the second conveyor belt for conveying.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

4. 5. In order to be able to clean and dry the accessories; as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the fixed plates 31 are welded on the outer walls of the two sides of the cleaning chamber 1 and the drying chamber 5 respectively, the fixed plates 31 are fixed on the outer wall of the casing 10 through screws, the inner wall of the top of the cleaning chamber 1 is rotatably connected with a first transmission rod, the outer wall of the first transmission rod is provided with a first transmission belt 24, the inner wall of the top of the drying chamber 5 is rotatably connected with a second transmission rod, the outer wall of the second transmission rod is provided with a second transmission belt 33, the outer walls of the first transmission belt 24 and the second transmission belt 33 are respectively provided with two or more partition plates 32 with uniform intervals, in this embodiment, the distance between the two partition plates 32 is preferably the distance between the two clamping frames 17, the outer walls of the two sides of the top of the cleaning chamber 1 on the first transmission belt 24 are respectively provided with water spray heads 23, the inner wall of the first transmission belt 24 is provided with a water leakage port 27, the outer walls of the two sides of the top of the first transmission belt 24 on the cleaning chamber 1 are respectively provided with a first blowing cover 28, and the air inlet of the first blowing cover 28 is clamped with a first blowing air pipe 26, the first air pipe 26 is connected with an air outlet of an external heat pump, the inner walls of the two sides of the cleaning chamber 1 and the drying chamber 5 are respectively fixed with a second air blowing cover 34 through screws, an air inlet of the second air blowing cover 34 is clamped with a second air pipe 30, and the second air pipe 30 is connected with the air outlet of the external heat pump; by arranging the cleaning chamber 1, accessories are placed on a first conveying belt 24 on the cleaning chamber 1, water spraying heads 23 on two sides of the first conveying belt 24 are controlled, the accessories are washed, dust is cleaned, paint spraying is prevented from being influenced, the washed water can leak from a water leaking port 27, then the accessories are conveyed to the side of a first air blowing cover 28 by the first conveying belt 24 to be dried, the accessories are prevented from being residual with water, then the accessories are clamped by two clamps 19 and rotated to a paint spraying position, and the accessories pass through a second air blowing cover 34 on two sides of the cleaning chamber 1 and are dried again; through being provided with drying chamber 5, two 34 of the blower housing that the both sides inner wall of drying chamber 5 set up, after the accessory spraying was accomplished, can rotate drying chamber 5, two 34 of blower housing can carry out the drying with the accessory that the spraying was accomplished, evenly air-dry the accessory surface, then put it and transport on two 33 of conveyer belts.
Waste paint is convenient to collect; as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, a support plate is welded on the inner wall of one side of the drying chamber 5, which is opposite to the rotating wheel 4, the inner wall of the support plate is rotatably connected with a second rotating rod, the outer wall of the second rotating rod is provided with more than two air suction heads 29, the air suction heads 29 are connected with an external air purifier through hoses, the inner wall of one side of the drying chamber 5 is fixedly provided with a second motor 35 through screws, the output shaft of the second motor 35 is connected with the second rotating rod through a coupler, the inner walls of the drying chamber 5 and the cleaning chamber 1 are respectively provided with a slope 25, the lowest ends of the two slopes 25 are welded with the same arc-shaped collecting plate 7, the arc-shaped collecting plate 7 is positioned under the two spray-coated plates 6, the lowest end of the arc-shaped collecting plate 7 is provided with more than two collecting ports 8, the inner wall of the bottom of the shell 10 is slidably connected with a collecting tank 9 through a sliding rail, and the collecting tank 9 is positioned under the collecting port 8; the slopes 25 are arranged in the drying chamber 5 and the cleaning chamber 1, the same arc-shaped collecting plate 7 is welded at the lowest ends of the two slopes 25, so that after the water spraying head 23 is sprayed, generated waste water can fall on the slopes 25 from the water leaking port 27 and then flows onto the arc-shaped collecting plate 7, the collecting port 8 is formed in the lowest end of the arc-shaped collecting plate 7, the water flows into the collecting port 8 to enter the collecting tank 9 below, the waste water can be collected, waste paint generated in the paint spraying process can also fall on the arc-shaped collecting plate 7, when the waste water flows through the arc-shaped collecting plate 7, the arc-shaped collecting plate 7 can be washed, the waste paint is flushed into the collecting tank 9, the waste paint is prevented from remaining on the arc-shaped collecting plate 7, and the cleaning purpose can be achieved; through being provided with the tuyere 29, the tuyere 29 faces the runner 4, and the tuyere 29 utilizes two 35 drive dwang two rotations of motor, can realize the rotation from top to bottom, is in order to prevent that the paint droplet that produces from flowing out, and the breathing in of reciprocating can be with paint droplet siphoning away, utilizes air purifier to purify, prevents to spill over the contaminated air.
When the accessory drying device is used, accessories are placed on the first conveying belt 24 on the cleaning chamber 1, the water spraying heads 23 on two sides of the first conveying belt 24 are controlled to wash the accessories and clean dust, the first conveying belt 24 conveys the accessories to the side of the first blowing cover 28, and the accessories are dried; the flushing water will leak down the drain 27 and fall on the slope 25, through the collection port 8 and into the tank 9; the first motor 2 is started to drive the rotating wheel 4 to rotate, when the two clamps 19 rotate to the positions above the accessories, the third electric push rod 18 is controlled to stretch and contract, the clamps 19 are closed, the accessories are clamped by the aid of the protruding rods 20 on the clamps 19, then the second support rod 14 and the first support rod 13 are controlled to slightly contract, and the clamps 19 penetrate through the first conveyor belt 24 to prevent mistaken collision; the rotating wheel 4 continues to rotate to drive the clamp 19 to penetrate through a gap between the two spraying plates 6, then the two spraying heads 38 respectively spray paint on two surfaces of the accessory, the motor III 40 is started, the spraying heads 38 are rotated to spray paint on the other two surfaces, meanwhile, the sliding block 37 is controlled to slide along the electric sliding rail 36 to track and spray paint on the accessory, and the generated paint is flushed by waste water and flows into the collecting tank 9; when the paint spraying is finished, the accessories enter the drying chamber 5, and the second air blowing cover 34 can dry the accessories and uniformly air-dry the surface of the accessories; then, the second motor 35 is controlled to drive the second rotating rod to rotate, the air suction head 29 rotates up and down, air suction in vertical movement can suck paint droplets away, and an air purifier is used for purifying to prevent air pollution from overflowing; and finally, controlling the second support rod 14 and the first support rod 13 to extend, releasing the clamp 19, and placing the accessories on a second conveyor belt 33 for conveying.
A use method of a spraying device for machining comprises the following steps:
s1: placing the accessories on a first conveying belt 24 on the cleaning chamber 1, controlling water spraying heads 23 on two sides of the first conveying belt 24 to wash the accessories and clean dust, and conveying the accessories to the side of a first blowing cover 28 by the first conveying belt 24 to blow the accessories;
s2: the flushing water will leak down the drain 27 and fall on the slope 25, through the collection port 8 and into the tank 9;
s3: the first motor 2 is started to drive the rotating wheel 4 to rotate, when the two clamps 19 rotate to the positions above the accessories, the third electric push rod 18 is controlled to stretch and contract, the clamps 19 are closed, the accessories are clamped by the aid of the protruding rods 20 on the clamps 19, then the second support rod 14 and the first support rod 13 are controlled to slightly contract, and the clamps 19 penetrate through the first conveyor belt 24 to prevent mistaken collision;
