2) inserting the upright supporting rod into the fixing device, and basically adjusting the approximate height of the whole supporting and fixing frame by moving up and down so that the determined height keeps the swinging supporting rod of the supporting and fixing frame in a proper upward supporting state after the leg of the patient is placed in the U-shaped leg fixing frame;
3) the swing supporting rod for supporting the fixing frame is adjusted to be in a proper spatial position so as to meet the requirement that the legs of a patient are in a spatial position suitable for the operation requirement after the legs of the patient are placed in the U-shaped leg fixing frame;
4) putting the leg of a patient into the U-shaped leg fixing frame, covering the leg fixing frame through a gland, and locking and positioning the leg fixing frame;
5) then the universal movable joint is locked by a locking and locking positioning device.
