背景技术
现有的卫生吸收制品中有卫生巾、纸尿裤和拉拉裤等，这些卫生制品均包括底膜、吸收芯体和亲肤的面层无纺布，面层无纺布与人体皮肤接触并能渗透人体排出的液体(经血、尿液或其他排泄物)，人体排出的液体进入到吸收芯体内，被吸收芯体所吸收，底膜既能有效防止吸收芯体上吸收的液体漏出，又能同时达到透气效果。
现有的吸收芯体包括上下两层无纺布和无纺布中间的高分子吸水材料，高分子吸水材料呈颗粒状，为包装两层无纺布之间的高分子吸水材料不会发生移动，需要在两层无纺布中间填充蓬松纤维层，而高分子吸水材料则嵌在蓬松的纤维层中，为保证高分子吸水材料分布均匀且拥有足够的吸收能力，纤维层的厚度远厚于无纺布的厚度，导致整个吸收芯体较厚，在使用时整个卫生吸收制品的厚度也较厚，卫生吸收制品厚度较厚则会带来透气性差、舒适感降低的问题。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种超薄无感型芯体，以解决现有技术中因吸收芯体厚度过大而存在的卫生吸收制品透气性差和舒适感降低的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的基础方案如下：
一种超薄无感型芯体，包括上下设置的上无纺布和下无纺布，下无纺布用于贴紧卫生吸收制品的底膜，上无纺布和下无纺布之间固定连接有能够透过水分的中间层，中间层呈波浪形，中间层与上无纺布、下无纺布均形成有若干个容纳坑，相邻容纳坑互不连通，容纳坑内填充有高分子吸水材料。
相比于现有技术的有益效果：
本方案中通过波浪形的中间层与上无纺布、下无纺布形成多个容纳坑，容纳坑内只放置高分子吸水材料，因容纳坑之间互不连通，保证了高分子吸水材料位置的稳定性，避免芯体在使用过程中因高分子吸水材料移位而带来的成坨现象；此外，本方案省去了现有技术中的蓬松的纤维层，取而代之的是薄薄的具有透水特性的作为支撑的中间层，故而在填充相同规格和数量的高分子吸水材料时，本方案的芯体厚度更薄，芯体使用在卫生吸收制品上后透气性和舒适性均大幅度提高，因卫生吸收制品存在而带来的异物感也大幅度降低。
本方案中为保证容纳坑之间互不连通，上无纺布与中间层连接后也呈波浪形，波浪形的上无纺布有利于增加与人体排出的液体的接触面积，进而使得液体快速渗透进容纳腔而被高分子吸水材料快速吸收。
此外，上无纺布呈波浪形相比于平直的无纺布，波浪形的上无纺布形成的凹坑结构能够降低液体的流速，进而降低液体在卫生吸收制品横向上的扩散速度，以降低侧漏发生的概率。
进一步，所述上无纺布上方还固定连接有顶层无纺布，顶层无纺布与上层无纺布之间形成空腔，顶层无纺布上开有放置口，空腔内容纳有可拆卸的吸收体，吸收体内设有高分子吸水材料，吸收体能够通过放置口放入到空腔内。
有益效果：在现有卫生吸收制品使用时，以纸尿裤为例，一般1个月内的新生儿，排尿频繁，每2小时需要更换一次纸尿裤，一天大概需要更换10次左右，即便是这样频繁的更换，也有许多新生儿存在红屁股的情况，而之所以出现红屁股是因为纸尿裤并非是排尿一次就更换，有时候是多次排尿后再更换，每次排尿都需要先经过纸尿裤的上层往下渗透后才被吸收，导致贴近皮肤的上层经常出现不干爽的情况，进而造成了红屁股的发生；而本方案中可更换的吸收体的存在使得大人可以定期更换吸收体，保证芯体上层的干爽性，降低新生儿红屁股的概率；而对于女性使用的卫生巾而言，不需要整个更换卫生巾，降低了成本。此外，更换新的吸收体后，整个卫生吸收制品的吸收速度得以提高。

上无纺布3、中间层4和下无纺布5均呈波浪形，中间层4的波动幅度远大于上无纺布3和下无纺布5的波动幅度；中间层4与上无纺布3、下无纺布5均形成有若干个容纳坑7，相邻容纳坑7互不连通，容纳坑7内填充有高分子吸水材料；本实施例中吸收体2的结构与上无纺布3、下无纺布5、中间层4构成的结构相同，以使得吸收体2又薄又能实现快速吸收。

吸收体2底部粘接有弹性骨架，弹性骨架便于吸收体2展开，弹性骨架包括两条竖向骨架10和两条横向骨架11，竖向骨架10和横向骨架11均能够卡在呈波浪形的上无纺布3上，本实施例中弹性骨架10的材质可以采用PP塑胶材质或PE塑胶材质制成。
具体实施过程如下：
本实施例中通过波浪形的中间层4与上无纺布3、下无纺布5形成多个容纳坑7，容纳坑7内只放置高分子吸水材料，因容纳坑7之间互不连通，保证了高分子吸水材料位置的稳定性，避免芯体在使用过程中因高分子吸水材料移位而带来的成坨现象。
本实施例中固定高分子吸水材料的是薄薄的具有透水特性的中间层4，故而在芯体上填充相同规格和数量的高分子吸水材料时，本实施例的芯体厚度更薄，芯体使用在卫生吸收制品上后透气性和舒适性均大幅度提高，因卫生吸收制品存在而带来的异物感也大幅度降低。
本实施例中为保证容纳坑7之间互不连通，上无纺布3与中间层4连接后也呈波浪形，波浪形的上无纺布3有利于增加与人体排出的液体的接触面积，进而使得液体快速渗透进容纳腔而被高分子吸水材料快速吸收；此外，波浪形的上无纺布3形成的凹坑结构能够降低液体的流速，进而降低液体在卫生吸收制品横向上的扩散速度，以降低侧漏发生的概率。
除此之外，在本实施例中还增加了可以拆卸的吸收体2，吸收体2的结构与芯体下部结构相同，故而具有高渗透和高吸收性能，在此性能的前提下，人工可以在吸收体2吸收饱和后及时更换为新的吸收体2，以提高整个卫生吸收制品的干爽性，且及时更换吸收体2代替更换整个卫生吸收制品也有利于降低使用卫生吸收制品的成本。
实施例二
实施例二基本如附图5所示，实施例二在实施例一的基础上做了如下改进：顶层无纺布1与上层无纺布之间粘接有弹性块12(将实施例一中的吸收棉9更改为弹性块12)，弹性块12采用吸水海绵，其中吸水海绵的顶面和远离芯体中部的侧面粘接有拒水层13，本实施例中拒水层13可以采用拒水无纺布，例如透气不透水的纺粘无纺布；弹性块12在自由状态下的高度高于吸收体2的高度，弹性块12的数量为两个，弹性块12与吸收体2位于导流槽8的两侧，两个弹性块12之间相当于形成一个凹槽。
具体实施过程如下：
两个弹性块12之间相当于形成一个凹槽，一来本实施例的芯体在与卫生吸收制品的面层无纺布粘接后，卫生吸收制品也呈现出一个凹槽，有利于人体排泄物中含有的块状物体的容纳(比如随经血一块排出的血块)，避免块状物体与人体皮肤长时间挤压接触带来的不适感；二来弹性块12的存在降低了液体沿芯体横向的移动速度，降低发生侧漏的概率；且作为吸水海绵的弹性块12既能在没有压迫时快速回弹，还能吸收吸收体2来不及吸收的液体，且液体吸收后因弹性块12的顶面和其中一个侧面设有的拒水层13保证即便弹性块12内的液体被再次挤压出去也不会从弹性块12上直接侧漏出去，进一步减少侧漏发生的概率。

Claims (10)

1.一种超薄无感型芯体，包括上下设置的上无纺布和下无纺布，下无纺布用于贴紧卫生吸收制品的底膜，其特征在于：上无纺布和下无纺布之间固定连接有能够透过水分的中间层，中间层呈波浪形，中间层与上无纺布、下无纺布均形成有若干个容纳坑，相邻容纳坑互不连通，容纳坑内填充有高分子吸水材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超薄无感型芯体，其特征在于：所述上无纺布上方还固定连接有顶层无纺布，顶层无纺布与上层无纺布之间形成空腔，顶层无纺布上开有放置口，空腔内容纳有可拆卸的吸收体，吸收体内设有高分子吸水材料，吸收体能够通过放置口放入到空腔内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的超薄无感型芯体，其特征在于：所述放置口位于芯体的后段，芯体的后段与人体臀部相贴。
4.根据权利要求2所述的超薄无感型芯体，其特征在于：所述顶层无纺布上设有至少两根导流槽，导流槽与芯体的长度方向平行，吸收体位于导流槽之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的超薄无感型芯体，其特征在于：所述吸收体底部设有弹性骨架，弹性骨架便于吸收体展开。
6.根据权利要求5所述的超薄无感型芯体，其特征在于：所述弹性骨架包括至少两条竖向骨架，竖向骨架能够卡在呈波浪形的上无纺布上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的超薄无感型芯体，其特征在于：所述弹性骨架还包括至少两条横向骨架，横向骨架与竖向骨架垂直，横向骨架能够卡在呈波浪形的上无纺布上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的超薄无感型芯体，其特征在于：所述上无纺布采用水刺无纺布。
9.根据权利要求4所述的超薄无感型芯体，其特征在于：所述顶层无纺布与上层无纺布之间固定连接有弹性块，弹性块在自由状态下的高度高于吸收体的高度，弹性块的数量为两个，弹性块与吸收体位于导流槽的两侧。
10.根据权利要求9所述的超薄无感型芯体，其特征在于：所述弹性块采用吸水海绵，吸水海绵贴近人体皮肤的顶面和远离芯体中心一侧的侧面上设有拒水层。
