Claims (10)

1. A method for monitoring the living state and promoting healthy behaviors of the old people is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring activity information of a target person in a first preset time period;
judging whether the activity information is abnormal or not based on a preset healthy living habit model of the target person and the first preset time period;
and sending out alarm information when the activity information is abnormal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method for constructing the preset healthy living habit model comprises the following steps:
acquiring daily activity information sets of target personnel in a second preset time period of a preset number, wherein the second preset time period comprises the first preset time period;
and constructing a life habit model of the target person according to the daily activity information set.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the set of daily activity information comprises: length of lying down, other lengths of time; the preset healthy living habit model comprises the following steps: an activity rule model;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the daily activity information set comprises: a body information set comprising heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, pulse, weight, blood glucose; the lifestyle model includes: a biological information model.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring daily activity of the target person;
and determining the healthy movement scheme of the target person according to the daily activity amount and the reference activity amount.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an alert trigger request;
triggering alarm information according to the alarm triggering request, and sending an alarm video request to a preset client;
and receiving the alarm video request through information, and connecting the client side and the target personnel side.
6. An elderly life status monitoring and health promotion system, comprising: the device comprises an acquisition component, a judgment component and an alarm component; the judgment component is respectively connected with the acquisition component and the alarm component;
the acquisition component is used for acquiring activity information of the target person in a first preset time period;
the judging component is used for judging whether the activity information is abnormal or not based on a preset healthy living habit model of the target person and the first preset time period;
and the alarm component is used for sending out alarm information when the activity information is abnormal.

The system of claim 6, the acquisition component, comprising: the system comprises at least 2 video sensors and 1 individual position sensor, wherein the video sensors are respectively arranged in each room, outdoors and worn by a target person; the video sensor and the body position sensor are used for acquiring the lying time and other times of the target person in a first preset time period; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the acquisition component comprises: intelligence bracelet and intelligent medical equipment, intelligence bracelet and intelligent medical equipment are used for acquireing the health information of target person in first preset time quantum, health information includes: heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, pulse, weight, blood glucose;
the judging component comprises a central processing unit, and the central processing unit is used for judging whether the lying time length and other time lengths are abnormal or not based on an activity rule model; and/or judging whether the body information is abnormal or not based on the biological information model.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the activity rule model is pre-constructed and the biological information model is pre-constructed;
the construction mode of the activity rule model comprises the following steps: acquiring the lying time and other time of a target person in a preset number of second preset time periods, wherein the second preset time period comprises the first preset time period; constructing an activity rule model of the target person according to the lying time length and other time lengths;
the construction mode of the biological information model comprises the following steps: acquiring a body information set of a target person in a second preset time period of a preset number, wherein the body information set comprises heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, pulse, weight and blood sugar; the second preset time period comprises the first preset time period; and constructing a biological information model of the target person according to the body information set.
9. The system of claim 7, wherein the smart bracelet is further configured to: acquiring daily activity of the target person;
and the central processing unit is also used for determining the healthy movement scheme of the target personnel according to the daily activity and the reference activity.
10. The system of claim 7, further comprising: a client; the client is connected with the judgment component;
the judgment component is also used for receiving an alarm triggering request; triggering the alarm assembly to send alarm information according to the alarm triggering request, and sending an alarm video request to the client; and receiving the alarm video request through information, and connecting the client side and the target personnel side.
