Implementation mode one
The present invention provides a cleaning device, including but not limited to a duster or a sweeping robot. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the cleaning apparatus includes a cleaning device 100, and the cleaning device 100 is used for cleaning a surface to be cleaned and includes a machine body 10, a cleaning unit 20, a first limiting member 30 and a second limiting member 40. The cleaning unit 20 is movably coupled to the body 10. The first limiting member 30 is used for limiting the highest position of the movement of the cleaning unit 20, the second limiting member 40 is used for limiting the lowest position of the movement of the cleaning unit 20, and at least one of the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 is movably connected to the machine body 10.
According to the cleaning device 100 of the application, by arranging the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40, the first limiting member 30 is used for limiting the highest position of the movement of the cleaning unit 20, the second limiting member 40 is used for limiting the lowest position of the movement of the cleaning unit 20, and at least one of the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 is movably connected to the machine body 10, so that the highest position and/or the lowest position of the floating of the cleaning unit 20 are/is adjusted, the floating position of the cleaning unit 20 is controlled, and the cleaning device 100 can more optimally meet the control requirements on the surface cleaning capacity, the machine obstacle crossing capacity and the noise level of the machine.
Specifically, on a relatively flat hard floor or a surface with low cleaning performance requirements, the cleaning device 100 can be in a state of relatively being vertical to the surface 200 to be cleaned and having a relatively large movable range, so as to freely move up and down along with the fluctuation of the surface 200 to be cleaned, maintain a relatively stable attaching state with the floor, and achieve a relatively good cleaning effect. Meanwhile, when the cleaning device 100 climbs over the ground obstacle, the cleaning device can be moved to a higher position so as to be accommodated in the cleaning device, so that the influence on the obstacle crossing of the device is reduced to the maximum. Meanwhile, on the surface 200 to be cleaned with a thicker and softer carpet, the cleaning device 100 can be in a state of smaller movable range relative to the surface 200 to be cleaned vertically, or can be controlled at the lowest position directly, so that the cleaning unit 20 can be attached to the ground more closely, and a better cleaning effect can be realized.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4 in conjunction, the cleaning unit 20 in the present embodiment includes a housing 21, a roller brush 22, a stopper protrusion 23, and a link 24. Specifically, one end of the link 24 is rotatably connected to the body 10, and the other end of the link 24 is fixedly connected to the housing 21, so that the housing 21 can rotate around the connection between the link 24 and the body 10, and the cleaning unit 20 can move up and down in a direction perpendicular to the surface 200 to be cleaned. The roller brush 22 includes a roller 221 and a plurality of brush heads 222 annularly disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the roller 221, the roller 221 is rotatably disposed inside the housing 21, and when the roller 221 rotates, the brush heads 222 can contact the surface to be cleaned 200 and serve to clean the surface to be cleaned 200. In this embodiment, the brush head 222 is a brush. The housing 21 is further provided with a limiting protrusion 23, and during the rotation of the housing 21, the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 can be respectively matched with the limiting protrusion 23, so as to respectively position the highest limit position and the lowest limit position of the movement of the cleaning unit 20. In the present embodiment, the link 24 and the stopper projection 23 are processed and assembled with the housing 21, respectively, to form the cleaning unit 20. In other embodiments of the present application, the connecting rod 24 and the limiting protrusion 23 may be respectively formed as a part of the housing 21 and manufactured together with the housing 21. In other embodiments of the present application, the structure of the link 24 may be eliminated, and a mechanism capable of oscillating in the vertical direction is connected to the housing 21, so as to ensure that the cleaning unit 20 moves up and down in the direction perpendicular to the surface 200 to be cleaned, for example, a spring is provided in the vertical direction for connecting the machine body 10 and the housing 21.
The cleaning device 100 of the present embodiment further includes a control unit connected to the first limiting member 30 and/or the second limiting member 40, for controlling the first limiting member 30 and/or the second limiting member 40 to rotate or move up and down along a direction perpendicular to the surface 200 to be cleaned, so as to limit the cleaning unit 20 by contacting with the limiting protrusion 23. The control unit of the present embodiment is mainly used for controlling the first limiting member 30 and/or the second limiting member 40 to move up and down along the direction perpendicular to the surface 200 to be cleaned, so as to control the floating position of the cleaning device 100, and better achieve the control requirements on the surface cleaning capability, the obstacle crossing capability of the machine, and the noise level of the machine.
The cleaning device 100 of the present embodiment only includes a control unit, the control unit is connected to the first limiting member 30, and the second limiting member 40 is fixedly connected to the machine body 10. The second limiting member 40 limits the lowest limit position to which the cleaning unit can move, the first limiting member 30 limits the highest limit position to which the cleaning unit 20 can move, meanwhile, the height of the first limiting member 30 in the vertical direction is controlled by the control unit, the height of the first limiting member 30 in the vertical direction is adjusted by the control unit, the floating range of the cleaning unit 20 is adjusted, and the highest limit position when the cleaning unit floats is adjusted. When the first limiting member 30 moves toward the second limiting member 40 and completely fixes the limiting protrusion between the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 under the action of the control unit, the first limiting member 30 reaches the limiting position in the vertical direction. At this time, the cleaning unit 20 is fixed at the lowest position and is not movable in the vertical direction, not affected by the self-gravity and the surface to be cleaned, so that the cleaning unit 20 is more closely attached to the floor, and a better cleaning effect is achieved when cleaning a thicker and softer carpet on the surface to be cleaned.
In the present embodiment, the first stopper 30 and the second stopper 40 are both plate-shaped members. The control unit may be of a rack and pinion structure, and the rack is connected to the first limiting member 30 by connecting the gear to the motor shaft, so that when the motor shaft drives the gear to rotate, the rack can move in the vertical direction, thereby controlling the first limiting member 30 to move in the vertical direction.
In other embodiments of the present application, the second limiting member 40 is connected to the control unit, and the first limiting member 30 is fixedly connected to the machine body 10, so that the highest limit position of the cleaning unit 20 is fixed, and the height of the second limiting member 40 is adjusted by the control unit, so that the lowest limit position of the cleaning unit 20 when floating is adjusted. When the second limiting member 40 moves toward the first limiting member 30 and completely fixes the limiting protrusion 23 between the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 under the action of the control unit, the second limiting member 40 reaches the limiting position in the vertical direction. At this time, the cleaning unit 20 is fixed at the uppermost position and is not movable in the vertical direction, not affected by its own weight and the surface to be cleaned 200, so that the cleaning unit 20 is spaced apart from the floor and can be further retracted into the housing, being separated from the surface to be cleaned 200.
In other embodiments of the present application, the number of control units is two. The first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 are respectively connected to the control unit, so that the highest limit position and the lowest limit position of the cleaning unit 20 when floating are respectively adjusted to make the cleaning unit 20 in a larger floating range. Meanwhile, the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 can also move close to each other, so that the limiting protrusion 23 on the cleaning unit 20 is completely fixed between the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 0, and the position of the cleaning unit 20 is fixed and is not affected by the self gravity and the surface 200 to be cleaned.
Second embodiment
As shown in fig. 5, the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 of the present embodiment are connected by a connecting member 50, and the rest of the structure is substantially the same as that of the cleaning device 100 of the first embodiment. Because the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 are connected by the connecting member 50 and can form a whole, the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 can move together under the action of the control unit, the relative position of the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 is not changed, only the whole position is changed, and the control unit can be connected with any one of the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40. By setting the height of the connection member 50, the interval between the first and second stoppers 30 and 40 may be changed, thereby adjusting the floating range of the cleaning unit 20. When the distance between the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 can only accommodate the limiting protrusion 23, the floating position of the cleaning unit 20 is not affected by the self-gravity and the surface 200 to be cleaned, and is controlled only according to the overall position of the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40.
Third embodiment
Referring to fig. 6 to 10, the second limiting member of the present embodiment is an elastic member 60, the elastic member 60 is fixed on a fixing base 70, and the fixing base 70 is connected to the machine body 10. In other embodiments of the present application, the fixing base 70 may be a part of the machine body 10. The elastic member 60 of the present embodiment is a compression spring, and may be in the form of a tension spring, an elastic rubber member, an elastic steel sheet, or the like in other embodiments of the present application. The movement of the cleaning unit 20 of the present embodiment perpendicular to the surface to be cleaned 200 includes an L1 stroke and an L2 stroke. In the stroke L1, the lowest limit position of the cleaning unit 20 moving along the direction perpendicular to the surface 200 to be cleaned is limited by the elastic member 60, the highest limit position of the cleaning unit 20 moving along the direction perpendicular to the surface 200 to be cleaned is controlled by the first limiting member 30, and the height position of the first limiting member 30 can be adjusted by the control unit. In the stroke of L2, the range of movement of the cleaning unit 20 along the direction perpendicular to the surface 200 to be cleaned is controlled by the first limiting member 30 and the elastic member 60. The lowest position of the L1 stroke is the highest position of the L2 stroke. The L1 stroke can be used as a moving stroke when cleaning hard floors such as wood floors and floor tiles, and the cleaning unit in the cleaning device 100 and the surface 200 to be cleaned can maintain a certain interference or interaction force during the stroke, thereby achieving a better cleaning effect. Meanwhile, the cleaning device 100 can move up and down along with the fluctuation of the ground or the contact of obstacles in the L1 stroke and cannot be tightly attached to the surface 200 to be cleaned, so that the friction noise between the cleaning device 100 and the ground is not too large, and the obstacle crossing of equipment is not influenced. The L2 stroke may be used as a travel stroke for cleaning soft, thick surfaces such as carpets. Such surfaces are more difficult to clean than flat hard surfaces. The height position of the cleaning device 100 is controlled by the first limiting member 30 and the elastic member 60, and the position is lower than the stroke of L1, i.e. closer to the surface 200 to be cleaned, so that the cleaning unit 20 in the cleaning device 100 can be attached to the surface 200 to be cleaned more closely (closer than the stroke of L2), thereby providing better cleaning effect for the surfaces which are harder to clean.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 9 in conjunction, when the first limiting member 30 is at the starting position of the L2 stroke, and the cleaning surface 200 or the object, obstacle, etc. thereon does not exert a force perpendicular to the cleaning surface 200 on the cleaning device 100, the cleaning unit 20 is in contact with the elastic member 60 by its own weight, which is balanced with the elastic force of the elastic member 60, and the limiting protrusion 23 of the cleaning unit 20 is located between the L1 stroke and the L2 stroke.
As shown in fig. 7, when the cleaning unit 20 is forced by the surface 200 to be cleaned or objects or obstacles thereon, the cleaning unit 20 is lifted, and the position-limiting protrusion 23 of the cleaning unit 20 can move within the stroke L1, that is, the position where the elastic member 60 contacts the cleaning unit 20 after undergoing the gravity deformation of the cleaning unit 20 to the highest position that can be reached by the first position-limiting member 30. In this state, the cleaning unit 20 is located at a specific position in the stroke of L1, which is determined by the gravity and the acting force of the surface 200 to be cleaned or the objects and obstacles thereon.
Referring to fig. 8 and 10, the first limiting member 30 presses the limiting protrusion 23 down to a stroke of L1, and the cleaning unit 20 enters into a stroke of L2. At this time, the elastic member 60 is elastically deformed to a large extent, and its elastic reaction force is larger than the gravity of the cleaning unit 20, so that the position-limiting protrusion 23 is pressed against the bottom surface of the first position-limiting member 30 by the elastic member 60. In this stroke, the position of the cleaning unit 20 is controlled only by the first stopper 30, the lowest position thereof is a position where the cleaning unit 20 is located when the elastic member 60 is in the maximum deformation state allowed, and the highest position thereof is a position where the elastic reaction force of the elastic member 60 and the gravity of the cleaning unit 20 are balanced with each other, that is, the lowest position of the L1 stroke.
In other embodiments of the present application, the elastic member 60 may be movably connected to the machine body 10, and the first limiting member 30 may be movably or fixedly connected to the machine body 10, so that the lowest position of the cleaning unit 20 may be limited by adjusting the position of the elastic member 60.
In other embodiments of the present application, the first limiting member 30 may be independently set as an elastic member, and the second limiting member 40 and/or the first limiting member 30 are movably connected to the machine body 10, so that the movement limit position of the cleaning unit 20 can be adjusted and an effective buffering effect can be achieved, thereby achieving a cleaning effect.
In other embodiments of the present application, the first limiting member 30 and the second limiting member 40 can be set as elastic members at the same time, and the second limiting member 40 and/or the first limiting member 30 are movably connected to the machine body 10, so that the limit position of the movement of the cleaning unit 20 can be adjusted and an effective buffering effect can be achieved, thereby achieving a cleaning effect.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
