the second step is that: the internal thread hole 101 of the non-standard gear 1 and the external thread 601 part of the shaft sleeve 6 are installed and fixed through thread matching;
the third step: the non-standard gear 1 is meshed with the rack 2, and the front back plate 5 and the rack 2 are installed and fixed by corresponding screws 10;
the fourth step: the limiting piece 3 is installed and matched with the rack 2 according to the structural design requirement, and is installed and fixed with the front back plate 5 through the corresponding screw 10;
the fifth step: the guide rails 8 are installed and fixed on the left side and the right side of the back plate 4, and the bearings 7 are embedded into the center hole of the back plate 4;
and a sixth step: the shaft sleeve 6, the bearing 7 and the motor are installed and matched;
the seventh step: fixing the front back plate 5 and the slide block on the guide rail 8 by using corresponding screws 10 to realize the connection between the front back plate 5 and the back plate 4;
eighth step: the brush head is embedded into a brush head box 9, and the brush head box 9 is installed and fixed through a screw 10;
the ninth step: connecting a water pipe device led to the self-service bathing equipment with a household water pipe; and (5) finishing the installation.
When the self-service bathing device is used, a user sits on the self-service bathing device, the power supply is switched on, and the water valve is opened. The non-standard gear 1 rotates stably through the motor to drive the rack 2 to do circular reciprocating motion. The front back plate 5 and the brush head box 9 are driven by the rack 2 to do up-and-down circular reciprocating motion in the same way, so that the purpose of rubbing the back is achieved. And water pipes distributed at other positions discharge water and are cleaned in time.
According to the invention, the transmission device is arranged to drive the brush head box 9 to do linear reciprocating motion or looping reciprocating motion, the motor does not need to rotate forwards and backwards, the possibility of buffering or interruption is reduced, and the comfortable sensation is improved while the bath is convenient for old people and users who are inconvenient to move.
