the inner diameter of the clamping sleeve (325) is smaller than the inner diameter of the support flange (5); in the initial state, the clamping sleeve (325) is positioned at the uppermost position of the grooved drum (32), the bud section (322) is in a clamped state, and the outer diameter of the bud section (322) is equal to that of the transition section (323); when the planting groove (3) is inserted into the supporting flange (5) in an inverted mode, the clamping sleeve (325) moves upwards relative to the bud section (322) under the abutting of the supporting flange, and the bud section (322) is converted into a horn shape from a clamped state.
